China Is Experiencing The Most Severe Weather In 50 years! This IS A Crisis!

Dozens of people have died in some of the worst weather to hit China in 50 years. Heavy snow and freezing temperatures have also forced roads, railways and airports to shut down, causing chaos for the MILLIONS of people preparing for the lunar New Year holiday.

Man Admits To Role In Stealing Body Parts!

This is a 1 1/4 minute AP news video clip regarding a man named Lee Bruscetta who has just admitted to being part of a ring stealing body parts from corpses sold to them by funeral directors. I remember watching this exact story on Law & Order: SVU last year! These people are disgusting. What makes matters worse is that the hospitals were buying these body parts to be USED on their patients without the consent of the families involved! Shame on ALL of them!

Immunity From War Crimes!?!?! Unbelievable...

This bill has a provision that will PARDON President Bush and all the members of his administration of ANY possible crimes connected with the torture and mistreatment of detainees dated all the way BACK to September 11, 2001. Okay, I looked up this bill that was passed in Wikipedia.org. The bill is titiled The Military Commissions Act of 2006. I have read this before, however I completely missed this pardon section. So, I re-read this entire page and wallah, there it was under the criminal and civil prosecutions section. Nevertheless, if wiki had not sectioned it off the way they did I probably would have never caught on to this outrageous section of the bill that OUR govenment passed! the following is taken from wiki:

First, the MCA changed the definition of war crimes for which US government defendants can be prosecuted. Under the War Crimes Act of 1996, any violation of Common Article 3 of the Geneva Conventions was considered a war crime and could be criminally prosecuted. Section 6 of the Military Commissions Act amended the War Crimes Act so that only actions specifically defined as "grave breaches" of Common Article 3 could be the basis for a prosecution, and it made that definition retroactive to November 26, 1997. The specific actions defined in section 6 of the Military Commissions Act include torture, cruel or inhumane treatment, murder, mutilation or maiming, intentionally causing serious bodily harm, rape, sexual assault or abuse, and the taking of hostages. According to Mariner of Human Rights Watch, the effect is "that perpetrators of several categories of what were war crimes at the time they were committed, can no longer be punished under U.S. law." The Center for Constitutional Rights adds:

The MCA’s restricted definitions arguably would exempt certain U.S. officials who have implemented or had command responsibility for coercive interrogation techniques from war crimes prosecutions.

This amendment is designed to protect U.S. government perpetrators of abuses during the "war on terror" from prosecution.

FDA Has Approved The Cloning Of Animals For Our FOOD! YIKES... This Can't Be Happening!

These are two 3 minute video news clips given by CNN explaining how just this month the FDA, our Food and Drug Administration has officially approved the cloning of animals to supply us all with our meat, milk, eggs etc. with NO clone labels required by the FDA!!!! They say it's three to five years away. But I say heck no, this is NOT going to come to pass. The Head of the FDA can be fired for making the stupidist decision and this decision can be reversed!

This is so unethical! I don't expect my country, the U.S. to understand anymore. Most especially anything having to do with ETHICS! Where are we going to draw the line for heaven's sake! Seriously. I've taken the following excerpts from an article I read about this subject titled Animal's Suffer From Cloning Warns EU:

Farming cloned livestock should be banned because the animals suffer too much, EU ethics experts said last night. RSPCA scientist Dr Nikki Osborne said: "Cloning causes untold suffering but is purely commercial. The cost in welfare in no way justifies any perceived benefits."

Cloning breeding stock could create monster pigs and supersize cows. But the technology means many cloned offspring die just before or soon after birth. Some have malformed lungs, hearts and kidneys.

I Can See Clearly NOW!

Hi everybody! I'm back... I have been sooo very sick. This flu virus whatever it was came out of left field last Tuesday and I'm still feeling the remnants. I can't remember the last time I was sick. Then on top of me being supremely sick, the temps dropped and the rain came pouring through Los Angeles. We got hit twice last week by torrential rains. What was weird for me was that I became a little mobile again on Thursday feeling a little better. That was also when our rain had stopped. I had a complete relapse Friday night just as the second wave of rains came down. So this song has a double meaning for me right now! Thank you for your patience with me this past week. I'll get caught up with the news and post it for you very soon.

The Celestine Prophecy

The Celestine Prophecy is one of my favorite books. I read it when it first came out in the early 90's. I remember that I couldn't put the book down. I finished the book in less than a day. The book does take you through an adventure. You see there are these nine key insights or manuscripts that all the monks and archaeologist are trying to protect. On the other side, the church is working together with the government to have these manuscripts destroyed. You ask why? Because both the church and the government do NOT want the people, the masses to become aware of their true divine nature. They wanted to maintain control of the masses. Sound familiar? The following are the nine insights:

• First Insight: A critial mass ~ A new spiritual awakening is occurring in human culture, an awakening brought about by a critical mass of individuals who experience their lives as a spiritual unfolding, a journey in which we are led forward by mysterious coincidences.
• Second Insight: The longer now ~ This awakening represents the creation of a new, more complete worldview, which replaces a five-hundred-year-old preoccupation with secular survival and comfort. While this technological preoccupation was an important step, our awakening to life's coincidences is opening us up to the real purpose of human life on this planet, and the real nature of our universe.
• Third Insight: A matter of energy ~ We now experience that we live not in a material universe, but in a universe of dynamic energy. Everything extant is a field of sacred energy that we can sense and intuit. Moreover, we humans can project our energy by focusing our attention in the desired direction...where attention goes, energy flows...influencing other energy systems and increasing the pace of coincidences in our lives.
• Fourth Insight: The struggle for power ~ Too often humans cut themselves off from the greater source of this energy and so feel weak and insecure. To gain energy we tend to manipulate or force others to give us attention and thus energy. When we successfully dominate others in this way, we feel more powerful, but they are left weakened and often fight back. Competition for scarce, human energy is the cause of all conflict between people.
• Fifth Insight: The message of the mystics ~ Insecurity and violence ends when we experience an inner connection with divine energy within, a connection described by mystics of all traditions. A sense of lightness--buoyancy--along with the constant sensation of love are measures of this connection. If these measures are present, the connection is real. If not, it is only pretended.
• Sixth Insight: Clearing the past ~ The more we stay connected, the more we are acutely aware of those times when we lose connection, usually when we are under stress. In these times, we can see our own particular way of stealing energy from others. Once our manipulations are brought to personal awareness, our connection becomes more constant and we can discover our own growth path in life, and our spiritual mission--the personal way we can contribute to the world.
• Seventh Insight: Engaging the flow ~ Knowing our personal mission further enhances the flow of mysterious coincidences as we are guided toward our destinies. First we have a question; then dreams, daydreams, and intuitions lead us towards the answers, which usually are synchronistically provided by the wisdom of another human being.
• Eight Insight: The interpersonal ethic ~ We can increase the frequency of guiding coincidences by uplifting every person that comes into our lives. Care must be taken not to lose our inner connection in romantic relationships. Uplifting others is especially effective in groups where each member can feel energy of all the others. With children it is extremely important for their early security and growth. By seeing the beauty in every face, we lift others into their wisest self, and increase the chances of hearing a synchronistic message.
• Ninth Insight: The emerging culture ~ As we all evolve toward the best completion of our spiritual missions, the technological means of survival will be fully automated as humans focus instead on synchronistic growth. Such growth will move humans into higher energy states, ultimately transforming our bodies into spiritual form and uniting this dimension of existence with the after-life dimension, ending the cycle of birth and death.

NEWSFLASH!!! European Union, China & Russia et al Have Left African Shorelines With VIRTUALLY NO Fish!

This is what I mean by greed and not allowing the earth to replenish herself. These criminals are raping our OCEANS and NO ONE is doing anything about it! No one has claim to these Oceans, the Oceans belongs to ALL of HUMANITY. You can read the entire article titled, "Europe Takes Africa's Fish" written by the New York Times on January 14th.

This is outright disgusting, all for the sake of Capitalism, power and CONTROL. These people are the lowest forms of human existence. They only care about the money they will make today and literally don't give a damn about OUR future. It is this exact greed that is depleting all of our known resources. That has crippled coastal economies and added to the surge of illegal migrants who brave the high seas in wooden pirogues hoping to reach Europe. While reasons for immigration are as varied as fish species, Europe’s lure has clearly intensified as northwest Africa’s fish population has dwindled.

Last year roughly 31,000 Africans tried to reach the Canary Islands, a prime transit point to Europe, in more than 900 boats. About 6,000 died or disappeared, according to one estimate cited by the United Nations.

The region’s governments bear much of the blame for their fisheries’ decline. Many have allowed a desire for money from foreign fleets to override concern about the long-term health of their fisheries. Illegal fishermen are notoriously common; efforts to control fishing, rare.

But in the view of West African fishermen, Europe is having its fish and eating them, too. Their own waters largely fished out, European nations have steered their heavily subsidized fleets to Africa.

Overfishing is hardly limited to African waters. Worldwide, the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization estimates that 75 percent of fish stocks are overfished or fished to their maximum. But in a poor region like northwest Africa, the consequences are particularly stark.

Fish are the main source of protein for much of the region, but some species are now so scarce that the poor can no longer afford them, said Pierre Failler, senior research fellow for the British Center for Economics and Management of Aquatic Resources.

My Two Cents: Why Do I Care?

I keep asking myself this question: Why do I care? Why? I'll tell you why, because once you have opened your eyes to all of the lies, all of the hyprocrisies, all of the atrocities, all of the injustice, all of the iniquity ~ THERE IS NO TURNING BACK to the ignorant existence you lived before!

Have you noticed that NOT one person around the World has been held accountable for their GREED, CORRUPTION, FRAUD, RAPE, MURDER, GENOCIDE! Not one person, group or government. Even after these atrocities have been exposed! Ask yourself why? Seriously! Sudan, Myanmar, Pakistan, Kenya, North Korea, Columbia, etc. Why does President Bush decide to ONLY get rid of Sadaam Hussein? Why not the other Tyrants of the World? Not that I want Bush Jr. to go policing the World as he much enjoys revealing his weapons. Could it be his own self-interest, greed and corruption that are clouding his judgment? What are his plans down the road?

That was the macro view, now let's take a look a the micro view. Just this week a 30 year old male investment trader who was employed by Societe Generale was caught conducting fraudulent transactions worth, get this $7 billion! YES $7 billion. What did they do? They FIRED him! That's all! NO charges were brought up against him. Now wouldn't YOU call this a crime, a HUGE crime? Just the mere fact that the word FRAUD is even in the sentence should shout red flag to any authority figure, wouldn't you think? NOW ask yourself, why ONLY fire him? Since I don't trust anybody anymore and question everything, I have to wonder if they made all this shit up. They needed somebody to blame for yet another financial fiasco self-induced by another banking institution! The reason why I questioned everything about this situation is because I too was a trader in my past. Jr trader or not, I know that NO trade execution goes un-checked and MOST especially $7 billion dollars worth! Every T must be crossed and every I dotted. There is zero tolerance for any margin of error. Come on, do they really think WE are that stupid!

The Banks on the other hand have mis-managed their funds, invested in HIGH risk vehicles and instead of letting them learn their lesson for NOT being responsible with other peoples money, the Federal Reserve along with OUR government keeps them alive. The same holds true with the Insurance companies that were just about to fold for the same reasons. The government has NOW decided to intervene and save them from their own distruction. What are their actions telling the World? That it's OKAY to lie, cheat and steal, right? sure, why not? If BIG brother is doing it, why shouldn't we! I am being sarcastic, however the message they are sending is very real. So, this all leaves me asking where are we headed??? The MILLION dollar question.

President Bush, without so much as issuing a press statement, on May 9 signed a directive that granted near dictatorial powers to the office of the president in the event of a national emergency declared by the president.

The "National Security and Homeland Security Presidential Directive," with the dual designation of NSPD-51, as a National Security Presidential Directive, and HSPD-20, as a Homeland Security Presidential Directive, establishes under the office of president a new National Continuity Coordinator.

Translated into layman's terms, when the President determines a national emergency has occurred, the President can declare to the office of the presidency powers usually assumed by dictators to direct any and all government and business activities until the emergency is declared over.

NSPD-51/ HSPD-20 also makes no reference whatsoever to Congress. The language of the May 9 directive appears to negate any a requirement that the President submit to Congress a determination that a national emergency exists, suggesting instead that the powers of the executive order can be implemented without any congressional approval or oversight.

Homeland Security spokesperson Russ Knocke affirmed that the Homeland Security Department will be implementing the requirements of NSPD-51/HSPD-20 under Townsend's direction.

I'm not one to take information at face value. I hear it and then research it to either prove its authenticity or dismiss it altogether and move on. Well, boy o boy is there a shit load of information that I've been trying to pull together. I've taken the following excerpts below from an article written back in August of 2007. Connie Fogal says the SPP is the "hostile takeover" of the apparatus of democratic government and an end to the "rule of law". There has been a kind of coup d'état over the government operations of Canada, U.S.A. and Mexico.

The first formal step towards the NAU was NAFTA. Ron Pastor of the Council on Foreign Relations has affirmed that. The Canadian Action Party, a registered federal sovereigntist political party in Canada, began as a party in 1997 precisely because none of the mainstream parties were calling for the clear, outright, unequivocal abrogation of NAFTA, or for control of our national monetary system.

The second formal step was the integration and subjugation of Canada's military into the US military command under NORAD, NORTHCOM, and the Bi-National Planning Agreement. That is why our Canadian military is in Afghanistan.

The third formal step in the creation of the NAU was the implementation of the respective liberty-stripping anti-terrorist legislations, the Patriot Act in the USA and the Anti-terrorist Act in Canada. This has been the mechanism to implement the police state apparatus necessary to enforce Fortress America.

The fourth formal step is the SPP, Security and Prosperity Partnership Agreement. That agreement is a "hostile takeover" of the Executive branch of government, a coup d'état over the government operations of Canada, U.S.A. and Mexico.

Okay... This takes the cake! I couldn't really sleep tonight because of the reveleation I received earlier this evening. I have to admit that I was a little overwhelmed by the revelation I recieved tonight. I asked God to help me understand what I was feeling. I was flipping the channels a little before 2am today, and there was a documentary on the Discovery channel titled "Secret History of the Freemasons." I knew this was not a coincidence so I watched this hour documentary on the Freemasons since this was the revelation I had received earlier today!

Let me tell you, it was everything contrary to the message I received earlier! The weird thing was, that they were very specific to mention how Bush Sr. and Bush Jr. were NOT members of the Freemasons. It was extremely contrived, purposely wanting to convince the public (sheeple) that they mean good, they desire World peace!

Actually everything about the documentary was very contrary to the message I had received earlier, I became a little confused. In fact, it was so very strange to me that every thing they said was opposite. They called this a myth, a conspiracy, etc. I began asking God, "please help me see the Truth in this situation." All I kept hearing, seriously, in my spirit was, "The devil is a liar."

After watching the entire program in dis-belief, I went to youtube.com to find it for you to decide for yourself. I found nothing! Crimes are being committed this very minute to innocent victims of which the perpetrators will never pay for what they've done. That is a very good question.

I don’t pretend to know everything. In fact, I don’t take credit for the things I write. I sometimes get blown away with the written material that comes out of me.

What I do know however is that God gave us ALL free-will to make our own choices, right vs. wrong. I do know that we have been given the responsibility to genuinely care for one another, to stand up for those who can not. We have also been given the responsibility to care for this planet and everything in it. After all, this planet is our home and every person is our neighbor.

All of those people you mentioned that have caused injustice and iniquity in this World can only continue if WE allow them to continue! These perpetrators will get away with as much as they can as long as WE keep turning the other cheek, turning a blind eye, remain silent and complacent to their actions and existence! We are only victims if we continue allowing them to victimize us and others!

It is OUR duty to shed light on them! Expose them for what they are and stop them from continuing to damage and spreading their dis-ease throughout the World! Don't try to make sense of their actions. These perpetraitors obviously have no conscience or they wouldn't be committing these acts of violence in whatever way, shape or form! You can not rationalize the irrational; why bad things happen to good people. However, WE can do whatever it takes to prevent such events from re-occuring.

As for their fate, only God knows how that will play out. But that is not for us to waste our time worrying about where or when. It is in letting go and handing the situation over to God that we find our inner peace. Besides, there is nothing for us to gain in worrying, by doing so we're simply giving 'them' power over our well-being and yes they win. However, if we can let go and center ourselves, we will be better equipped (by being able to think clearly) in order to continue to fight the good fight of faith and therefore make a difference! Just trust and know that God is ultimately in control... Nevertheless, WE are still held responsible to do our part, to do the 'right' thing making sure such atrocities never happen again!

If these heinous crimes bother you so much, get involved! How are you contributing to society? You can start within your community, or join an organization to fight a cause that you feel passionate about to change. I have provided my readers with a list of organizations on the right side of my blog. I feel that the worst crime is having knowledge of such things and not doing anything about them, simply remaining indifferent!

The Day The Earth Stood Still...

I watched this movie tonight on AMC after Legally Blonde 2. Oh my gosh is this a great scifi classic film (1951) and again most apropos. This movie is about a PeaceProfit that lands his spaceship in Washington D.C. and reads his Declaration of Peace to all the leaders of World! His message is an ultimatum, change your aggressive ways or be annihilated altoghether. Needless to say, it also shows how humans react to the unknown and the mass hysteria that ensues because of their fears of the unknown brought on by the government and the media!

This is a 10 minute video of the beginning and end of the movie, "The Day The Earth Stood Still". If you have not seen this movie and you like classics, I highly recommend you rent it or look for it on AMC cable channel.

You know after today's turn of events I became quite disappointed in our judicial system, our government and the sheeple for not being able to think for themselves. Truthfully, I actually threw my hands up at God and said what is the fricken point of trying to make a difference. The "Power's That Be" made it clear today that they call the shots, they ARE in control quite loudly I might say and 'We The People' of the United States of America are meaningless.

I took a break from the World as it is today! Ate dinner, drank some wine, plopped on the couch and began flipping the channels. I found the only two movies I was actually interested in watching in this state of mind, they were 1) Legally Blonde 2 and 2) Gladiator. I chose Legally Blonde 2. Guess what... It couldn't have been the more perfect movie to give me that KICK in the ass I so dearly needed! Thank you God... Yes, WE CAN do the impossible... We do NOT have to accept this undesired FATE, the status quo!

I just sent the following letter to the Whitehouse addressing the issue regarding the dire need of helicopters to provide aide to the MILLIONS of refugees in Darfur since humanitarian convoy's are prevented from doing this on the ground.

Subject - 24 Helicopters

Five months ago, the United States supported the passage of United Nations Security Council Resolution 1769 authorizing a 26,000-member peacekeeping force to help protect the people of Darfur. Unfortunately, that force has not yet been effectively deployed.

While Sudanese obstructionism is mainly to blame for the delay, the United States and other governments have not done enough to make the deployment possible. One major obstacle has been the absence of helicopters to support the mission.

I write today to urge the U.S. to do whatever is necessary to ensure that the international force secures these helicopters. Specifically I ask you to:

1. Use all diplomatic means at your disposal, including your voice and any necessary and reasonable horse-trading, to convince other nations to provide helicopters. Your new special envoy to Sudan should make the international effort to secure and deploy helicopters a top priority of his first days on the job.

2. Establish, with other developed nations a fund for the operation and maintenance of the necessary helicopters. This fund will encourage nations who can contribute the necessary helicopters, but who lack the ability to finance their deployment.

Thank you for your leadership on this urgent matter.

Is Mother Nature Sick And Tired of being Sick And Tired?!? Is Earth sending us WAKE UP calls?!? This is Serious... We have a Responsibility to CARE!

I've been avoiding this subject all week. I honestly don't understand why, perhaps because I'm feeling a little strange about it? The weather has been freaky all over the World. Such as a freak Cylcone that just hit Australia, volcanic eruptions in different parts of the world within days, massive flooding in many parts of the world caused by torrential rains and strong earthquakes jolting many countries.

I say freaky because how often do you hear about a cyclone hitting anywhere other than a movie?! I wrote about this on HP two months ago. I wasn't sure what was going to come first, a natural disaster or a financial disaster? It appears that Mother Nature will have her say... I don't see or feel her being out done by MAN...

I feel that these natural disasters reflect the TRUTH about us, Humanity. They reveal how we treat each other in times of crisis. They reveal the TRUTH about our government (local and federal) preparedness to handle such a crisis. This holds true all around the World not just the United States! I mean look at how Hurricane Katrina and the Indian Ocean Tsunami were handled for example. I'm not posting this information to scare you. NO, I'm posting this information to make YOU aware of what other people around the World are going through right now...

An earlier quake measuring 5.5 on the Richter scale occurred on Thursday. A 6.8 magnitude earthquake struck the Gisborne region in North Island on Dec. 20, and caused damages.

January 9, 2008 Southern Africa floods: Unusually early and heavy rains have continued on the western side of the region causing additional localized flooding in Zambia, Zimbabwe and Mozambique. According to government and partners, about 80,800 people have been affected by floods since the first half of December last year. This includes approximately 72,000 in Mozambique, 8,000 in Zimbabwe and 800 in Zambia. The floods have damaged crops and infrastructure. The full extent of the damage is still being assessed.

This is such a trip! I've spent a good part of today reading world news and I can honestly tell you that it became a little overwhelming for me. So much has happend since last week and most especially this past weekend. I couldn't focus on just one event. I know I have given you a good dose of spiritual nourishment this past week, but I didn't want to slam you with all of this news all at once. So I decided to take a break and take a shower to relax. I asked God to guide me. Before getting in the shower, I turned on the radio and this song was being announced. I got excited because I haven't heard it in a while. It hit my spirit so hard! I knew THIS was what I needed to post for me, for someone else, who knows, ONLY God knows why. So here it goes for all of us! ENJOY!
