For many residents, the past several weeks can be viewed as blunder after blunder for Boston Mayor Michelle Wu and her administration.

Unfortunately for residents, the most recent revelation, stemming from a public records request, is proving no different.

An internal City of Boston document, obtained via a public records request, is making the rounds with many referring to it as a “political hit list.”

The message dated June 10, 2022, was sent from then Director of Constituent Services Dave Vittorini to Boston Police Department Captain Robert Ciccolo.

On the surface, and in the absence of comment from the City of Boston, this list certainly appears to be comprised of the mayor’s political opponents.

Vittorini’s list to Captain Ciccolo contains the names of no less than fifteen individuals who have been outspoken critics of Wu and her policies.

One notable inclusion on Wu’s list is Councilor-at-Large candidate Catherine Vitale whose documents obtained by Judicial Watch show as having been arrested in the past for what appears to be opposition to the Mayor.

Vitale is currently campaigning for one of four at-large seats, a position that Wu herself held prior to becoming Mayor. You can visit Vitale’s campaign website by clicking here.

Also included in the email from Dave Vittorini, a Hyde Park native, are Wu appointees Tiffany Chu and Brianna Millor.

It is important to note that many individuals on this list served as the impetus for City Ordinance 16.63 – the so-called “Targeted Picketing Ordinance,” - which was proposed by Mayor Wu upon the recommendation of Corporation Counsel Adam Cederbaum.

This legislation, ardently defended by a former candidate for District Attorney and current District 5 Councilor Ricardo Arroyo, was viewed at the time to be a highly controversial and legally questionable enactment that many saw as an attempt by the Wu Administration to hinder the first amendment rights of city residents.

Arroyo himself is no stranger to scandal as, just earlier today, news that the District 5 representative admitted to violating “Conflict of Interest Law” in regard to a separate incident involving his brother and former City Councilor Felix Arroyo emerged.

Additionally, an internal Boston Police Department email obtained by public records requests indicates that departmental “Policy Regarding the Mayor’s House,” requires police officers to “attempt to identify all suspects” in attendance and that the department has “a master list of protestors that will help with identification.”

One of the many lessons that history affords us is the fact that creating lists of political dissidents rarely, if ever, has helped to foster the principles of democracy and civic engagement that we as Americans hold so dearly.

Due to several troubling implications regarding the Wu Administration’s compiling a list of private citizens, we at BAN firmly believe that Mayor Wu and her team have an obligation to provide the public with clarification.

Although we have reached out to the Mayor, her administration, City Council, and Boston Police command staff for answers, to date we have not received any response.

Additionally, several individuals named on the “political hit list” have reported to BAN the stonewalling they are receiving not only from the City of Boston’s Public Records Office but also from officials at the MBTA.

As a result, we are publicly submitting the following questions to these individuals/agencies in order to provide the public with the accountability and transparency they rightly deserve:
  • Why was this list created by an appointee of Mayor Wu that works within a department at City Hall that has absolutely nothing to do with public safety or community policing?
  • Why are other Wu appointees (Tiffany Chu and Brianna Millor) included on this message thread? What do the Mayor’s Chief of Staff and Chief of Community Engagement have to do with peaceful protests or public safety? What about the Mayor’s Director of Constituent Services, now turned Senior Advisor?
  • What was the intention behind creating such a list? Who is ultimately responsible for its creation?
  • Do you, Mayor Michelle Wu, think the existence of such a list is appropriate? What does this say to others who want to exercise their constitutional freedoms within the City of Boston?
  • Is the City of Boston willing to release the other messages involved in this email exchange? Why haven’t they already been released as part of the records request that was submitted?
  • Mayor Wu, did the creation of this list have any impact on Dave Vittorini’s promotion to Senior Advisor?
  • Mayor Wu, did the creation of this list have any impact on Robert Ciccolo’s promotion to Superintendent of the Bureau of Administration and Technology?
  • Mayor Wu, is it city policy to refer to peaceful protestors as “suspects?” Is the practice of compiling “master lists” of protestors one that has been used by your predecessors?

The CBS article doesn't even give the very important details of this proposal to their readers. I think the parents of children attending these schools would most definitely want to know what this Commie Democrat Governor wants to teach their children. (emphasis mine)

BOSTON - Changes could be coming to your child's physical and sexual education for the first time in 24 years.

On Tuesday, The Board of Education and Secondary Education met to officially begin the public comment period for a proposal to overhaul the physical and sexual education framework for pre-kindergarten through 12th grade. The existing framework has been in place since 1999.

Governor Maura Healey drafted the proposal, which would not need the approval of the legislature to go into effect.

The revised framework includes changes for all ages, and advocates say it includes medical data that did not exist more than two decades ago.

"It's a really big deal," said Megara Bell with the Partners in Sex Education organization. They help school districts draft curricula based on existing DESE framework and are in support of the proposed changes. "Since the last frameworks were updated, we have had a million students go from kindergarten to twelfth grade and not get updated health education."

Part of this revised plan includes working gender and sexuality language into the curriculum - a hotly debated topic in states across the country. Some organizations, like the Massachusetts Family Institute, spoke out against the proposed plan. Michael King is with the MFI and said, "If this framework is passed and implemented, it will only increase the growing opt-out-of-sex-ed movement across the state, not just in Worcester."

BESE voted to open the public comment period for this proposal for 60 days. The Department of Elementary and Secondary Education will be taking feedback via email or snail mail. After the public comment period, the board will vote whether or not to send the recommendations to the governor's desk for a signature.

OAKLAND, Calif. - A 19-year-old has been arrested and charged in an alleged robbery and death of a well-known baker in Oakland, according to authorities.

Ishmael Jenkins Burch, 19, of San Francisco, was charged with murder and second-degree robbery by the Alameda County District Attorney's Office in the killing of Jen Angel in February. Burch also faces one battery charge for a second robbery nearby on the same day. He was arrested June 2. Burch is being held without bail at Santa Rita Jail in Dublin.

Angel was the proud owner of the well-known bakery, Angel Cakes, which sits on the corner of Fifth Street in Oakland.

On Feb. 6, Angel was sitting in her car in the parking lot of Wells Fargo Bank, near 21st and Webster streets in downtown Oakland when someone broke into her car and grabbed her purse. Angel tried to get her belongings back but was dragged by the suspect's car and hit her head on the pavement.

She died three days later.

Detectives identified Burch as the driver of that car, as well as the suspect in a second robbery nearby on that same day.

For months authorities had been working to find a suspect in the case with Crime Stoppers offering a $10,000 reward.

Angel created her famed Oakland cupcake shop in 2008. The community activist credited her mother, Pat, with teaching her everything she knew about baking.

She was also a longtime community activist who did not believe in incarceration. Friends said she would not want those responsible to be in jail.

After news of Burch's arrest, Angel's estate released a statement that read in part:

"To believe in restorative justice and transformative justice is to believe in a deeper and more effective form of accountability than is possible under our current criminal legal system," the statement read. Later adding," We honor Jen Angel’s life, legacy, and values by saying no to incarceration, policing, state violence, and perpetuating cycles of harm in her name."

Friends say the Burch's arrest reopened painful memories as they try to heal from the loss.

"It brought up a lot of more memories and emotions about the loss of Jen. I think for myself, I was starting to get to a place of still having moments of grief hitting me," said Angel's close friend Moira Birss.

Friends say Angel loved life and reached out to find humanity in everyone she met.

"Hopefully…we're not defined by the worst thing we've ever done, and that the possibility for redemption and for her healing and care for each other and mutual support is really, was really, important to Jen," said Birss.

Angel's friends say that they have been working with restorative justice organizations, including Restore Oakland.

Angel Cakes bakery remains open with support from her estate.

Burch has a plea hearing scheduled for July 14.

An anarchist bakery owner in Oakland, California who believes in the abolishment of law enforcement has died after sustaining severe injuries during a violent attempted robbery on Monday. Jen Angel, 48, was dragged for nearly fifty feet after struggling with two men in a vehicle who tried to steal her purse.

Angel was a self-described "anarchist" and an avid social justice advocate, and had a strict policy of never calling the police. In a GoFundMe organized to cover expenses, her family said that if police locate the suspects, they are "committed to pursuing all available alternatives to traditional prosecution, such as restorative justice."

According to CBS News, at around 12:30 pm Monday, the suspects broke into Angel's vehicle while she was inside and grabbed her purse. She got out and ran after them, but got stuck in the door of their getaway vehicle and was dragged down the street. She was immediately rushed to the hospital, but the medical team soon revealed she was unlikely to survive.

Angel's family announced Thursday evening that she had been "medically declared to have lost all brain function and will not regain consciousness." In a long statement, they outlined her life philosophy and how she wanted law enforcement to deal with her attack.

"As a long-time social movement activist and anarchist, Jen did not believe in state violence, carceral punishment, or incarceration as an effective or just solution to social violence and inequity," the family wrote, adding that, "Jen would not want to continue the cycle of harm by bringing state-sanctioned violence to those involved in her death or to other members of Oakland’s rich community."

As The Post Millennial Editor-At-Large Andy Ngo reports, Angel had a long history of vocally opposing any method of policing. In one post, Angel wrote, "my policy has always been to never call the cops, and I have trained by staff to call the fire department directly if there is a medical emergency instead of calling 911."

The post later stated, "I really appreciate the downtown businesses who have said they won’t share their security camera footage because it endangers the life of black folks."

After a number of local businesses had their windows broken during a protest, Angel said she "appreciated" those who let it slide because "they undertand why it happened."

According to Ngo, "Jennifer Angel has a long history of far-left organizing in the Bay Area of California. She was trying to proselytize the belief that nation-states, the rule of law, police, etc. should be abolished in favor of an anarchist utopia. She supported the 2020 riots in her community."

A woman has been arrested and sentenced to only 24 months in prison after firebombing a bank in Los Angeles, California with a Molotov cocktail.

Tenranee Millet was arrested in January of 2021 on the other side of the country in Georgia after having causing the explosion in September earlier that year. Millet was a student at Santa Monica College in California.

On March 21, Millet pleaded guilty to "unlawful possession of a firearm and destructive device," according to a press release from the US Attorney's Office in the Central District of California.

In September of 2021, after having a dispute with the branch manager, Millet yelled she would "blow this b*tch up!"

After Millet left briefly, the manager called 911 and notified law enforcement.

Millet came back a few minutes later to throw a Molotov cocktail into the branch. The explosion caused a fire and as Millet left, she threatened another customer and threw a glass bottle at the customer's truck.

The reason for the initial dispute was that Millet had grown impatient waiting in line. When she spoke to the manager Millet said that she believed she had been waiting for too long in line.

Within a few minutes police arrived and recovered what remained of the explosive device.

At the time of her arrest in Georgia, Millet led police on chase in a stolen van which ended when she crashed. Inside the van, other materials for Molotov cocktails were found.

Officers used video surveillance from the bank branch to identify Millet committing the crimes in LA. She suffered injuries from the crash which were then treated.

She has been in custody since the arrest and will now be admitted to federal prison.

She was originally charged in March of 2022 with "one count of attempted arson and one count of unlawful possession of a destructive device," according to records from the US Attorney's office.

If she had been convicted of each original charge, she would have had a "mandatory minimum sentence of five years in federal prison" for the charges that were originally brought.

LOS ANGELES – A South Bay woman was sentenced today to 24 months in federal prison for throwing a Molotov cocktail inside a bank in Torrance after having a dispute with the branch manager.

Teranee Millet, 35, of Gardena, was sentenced by United States District Judge Stanley Blumenfeld Jr.

Millet pleaded guilty on March 21 to unlawful possession of a firearm and destructive device.

On September 20, 2021, Millet entered a Bank of America branch in Torrance. She spoke to the bank manager and demanded to be helped by another teller because she believed she had been waiting in line for too long.

When the bank manager informed her that no other tellers were available and she would have to continue waiting, Millet used profane language and then yelled, “I’m going to blow this bitch up!” In response, the bank manager called 911 and informed law enforcement of Millet’s comments.

A few minutes later, Millet returned to the bank branch and threw a Molotov cocktail into the bank, causing a fire in the middle of the bank. A bank customer successfully extinguished the fire. On her way out of the bank’s parking lot and before law enforcement arrived, she threatened another customer and threw a glass bottle at the customer’s truck, causing minor damage to the vehicle. Police responded within a few minutes, secured the scene and recovered the item that Millet threw on the floor.

Law enforcement used bank surveillance photos to help identify Millet.

Millet was arrested in Georgia in December 2021, after she led law enforcement on a chase in a stolen U-Haul van that ended with the van crashing, according to court documents. Inside the van, law enforcement recovered a gym bag containing four packs of glass bottles with tissue paper inserted inside the bottles, a can of lighter fluid and a five-gallon can of gasoline, according to court documents. Millet sustained injuries in the crash and later received medical treatment. She has been in custody since that time.

The FBI, the Torrance Police Department, and the Torrance Fire Department investigated this matter.

Assistant United States Attorney Kellye Ng of the Violent and Organized Crime Section prosecuted this case.

After a Hollywood dinner party, hundreds of millions of dollars of “avoidable” transfers were sent from Alameda to investment firm K5 Global, the suit alleges.

FTX has filed a lawsuit in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware against some of the investment firms it had ties to before its collapse. The suit, filed June 22, contains 16 counts and seeks over $700 million from the defendants.

The lawsuit filing names as defendants incubator and investment company K5 Global, Mount Olympus Capital and SGN Albany Capital, as well as affiliated entities and K5 Global co-owners Michael Kives and Bryan Baum. Kives is a former agent for the CAA talent agency and a former aide to Hilary Clinton. The suit noted the then-CEO of FTX, Sam Bankman-Fried, attended a social event hosted by Kives in 2022:

Subsequently, the suit alleged, FTX-affiliated crypto trading firm Alameda Research transferred $700 million to Kives, Baum and K5 Global, but they constructed the deals as coming from shell companies SGN Albany and Mount Olympus Capital.

The suit seeks the return of funds transferred from Alameda Research that ended up in SGN Albany Capital and funds transferred from Kives, Baum and SGN Albany Capital to Mount Olympus Capital.

The transfers were described as being carried out “without receiving equivalent value” and, crucially, as avoidable. In U.S. bankruptcy law, an avoidable transaction is one that can be reversed under the Bankruptcy Code or other laws.

Kives, Baum and SBF also developed close personal ties, with Baum even having his own bedroom in the FTX executives’ Bahamas residence, the suit said. After FTX’s collapse, “Kives and Baum worked behind the scenes with Bankman-Fried on a strategy to find someone to bail out the FTX Group (and to protect their golden goose).”

‘Lawsuit is without merit,’ says K5

In a statement to Cointelegraph, a spokesperson for K5 Global said the lawsuit is “without merit.”

“K5 is a Venture Capital firm with over $1 billion in assets under management (apart from any funds from SBF and his affiliates) and has investments in 148 companies. In mid-2022, an affiliate of Sam Bankman-Fried and Alameda bought a third of K5’s general partnership for cash and stock, and ultimately made a $400 million investment in certain funds managed by K5,” said the spokesperson

“K5 was under the impression — like many others — that SBF was completely legitimate and they were entering into a fair, long-term, and mutually beneficial business relationship. Our belief is that the lawsuit is without merit.”

Nine of the counts in the suit concerned fund transfers. Kives and Buam were personally charged with aiding and abetting breach of fiduciary duty and dishonest assistance, and SGN Albany Capital was charged with unjust enrichment.

You have to admit this is getting a little strange. So let's take a closer look at Christopher Wray.

Before Christopher Wray became the head of the FBI, he was a partner at a lawfirm called, King and Spalding. At the lawfirm, he was making $6.3 MILLION per year. This is very strange. Partners in lawfirms generally make a lot of money. But they don't make that much money. When accountants look for fraud, one of the first things they look for is someone getting paid a lot more money than is normal for that type of job.

So for instance, the American Bar Association released statistics that show the average partner at the top 200 lawfirms in the United States, earned $1.054 MILLION per year in 2019.

How much did Christopher Wray make again? $6.3 MILLION. More than six times as much. That's strange.

There are only a handful of lawyers in the entire country that get paid that much. What was Christopher Wray doing that made so much money?

Apparently, he was working for the Chinese Communist Party. That's why. ๐Ÿ˜ณ

We know this from comments from Nicole Tsai, spokesperson for the New Federal State of China.

Christopher Wray dropped Miles Guo as a client to go work for a (Communist China Party) CCP owned company called, The HNA Group.

HNA Group is controlled by Wang Qishan, the former Vice President of the People's Republic of China.

HNA Group had multi-billion dollar contract with the lawfirm King and Spalding. That is why Christopher Wray was making so much money.

So here is the chain of events. Christopher Wray drops Miles Guo as a client. He makes millions of dollars through his contract with the Chinese Communist Party and when he becomes head of the FBI, he arrests Miles Guo and holds him in prison without bail. Doesn't that seem strange?

Shouldn't someone in Congress ask the head of the FBI why he is imprisoning his former client? I would like to know that. Wouldn't you like to know that?

Now just for clarification, as I mentioned this information came from Nicole Tsai, spokesperson for the New Federal State of China. This is a lobby group created by Miles Guo with the goal of overthrowing the Chinese Communist Party. I have not been able to verify this information with a second source so it might be biased as they have their own agenda.

HOWEVER, I do not think we should dismiss these claims so quickly because their information has turned out to be correct in the past.

During the pandemic, this was the same group who came and said that the virus came from a lab leaked in Wuhan China. JUST THIS WEEK IT WAS REVEALED that patient zero was identified as Ben Hu, a scientist at the Wuhan Institute of Virology who was performing research on how coronaviruses INFECT HUMANS. We think he was the first person to get infected with the virus.

So it turns out this group led by Miles Guo was right about the virus this entire time. Why didn't we listen to them? Maybe we should start paying attention to what they have to say this time. Because it seems like they have some way to get information from inside the Chinese Communist Party. I don't know how they do it? But somehow they are doing it.

And all of these allegations would be so easy to verify.

Why don't we just ask Christopher Wray?

Why was he making SO MUCH MONEY as a lawyer?

Was he taking money from the Chinese Communist Party?

Why is he putting his former client in prison?

One of the biggest questions in all of this is why has Christopher Wray been WORKING SO HARD TO PROTECT JOE BIDEN?

Why did he refuse to turn over the 1023 form to Congress?

Why did he redact the information?

Why has he not been investigating any of the leads against Joe Biden?

I think it is possible that Joe Biden is not the only person committing treason.

Christopher Wray may also be committing treason.

I do not think Republicans realize that in this situation they hold all the cards. ALL this could be revealed just by asking simple questions.

Here's what Congress should do. I think they should bring Miles Guo from prison to the Capitol and ask him two questions:

1. Is there a connection between Joe Biden and the Chinese Communist Party?

2. Has Joe Biden committed treason?

I don't know what Miles Guo knows. But I have a feeling that he can answer these two questions. I would like to find out. Wouldn't you?

Christopher Wray is trying so hard to shut this guy up. It only makes me think that Miles has something important to say.

In order to convict someone of treason, you need two witnesses. That's why I believe Miles is so important.

We already have one witness in Tony Bobulinski.

Depending on what Miles Guo knows he could be witness number two.
