I posted this song back in April when I woke up hearing 'God Inspiration Universe'. I was led to this video by Chris Tomlin titled 'Indescribable'. This video and song are AMAZING! This song has been playing in my spirit all day today and it is filling me up with so much JOY! That is why I am re-posting it for my readers who have not been introduced to this song. I love love love the lyrics to this song! I love you so much God. You ARE truly AMAZING! I think it is TIME that we make this document adhered to by ALL nations. One by one, every Military Dictator and governing body that is intent on oppressing humanity around the world will be removed from power! You can count on that... FREEDOM is your God given birth right! To every person who has been abusing their authority over others, hear me now, your TIME is LIMITED. Many things can be said about the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR). It is the foundation of international human rights law, the first universal statement on the basic principles of inalienable human rights, and a common standard of achievement for all peoples and all nations. As the UDHR approaches its 60th birthday, it is timely to emphasize the living document’s enduring relevance, its universality, and that it has everything to do with all of us. Today, the UDHR is more relevant than ever.
Universality
It was the UDHR, almost 60 years ago, that first recognized what have become nowadays universal values: human rights are inherent to all and the concern of the whole of the international community. Drafted by representatives of all regions and legal traditions, the UDHR has stood the test of time and resisted attacks based on “relativism”. The Declaration and its core values, including non-discrimination, equality, fairness and universality, apply to everyone, everywhere and always. The UDHR belongs to all of us.
More than ever, in a world threatened by racial, economic and religious divides, we must defend and proclaim the universal principles --first enshrined in the UDHR-- of justice, fairness and equality that people across all boundaries hold so deeply.
Enduring Relevance
Human rights are not only a common inheritance of universal values that transcend cultures and traditions, but are quintessentially local values and nationally-owned commitments grounded in international treaties and national constitutions and laws.
The Declaration represents a contract between governments and their peoples, who have a right to demand that this document be respected. Not all governments have become parties to all human rights treaties. All countries, however, have accepted the UDHR. The Declaration continues to affirm the inherent human dignity and worth of every person in the world, without distinction of any kind.
Ongoing struggle
The UDHR protects all of us, and it also enshrines the gamut of human rights. The drafters of the UDHR saw a future of freedom from fear, but also of freedom from want. They put all human rights on an equal footing and confirmed human rights are essential to a life of dignity.
The UDHR drafters’ vision has inspired many human rights defenders who have struggled over the last six decades to make that vision a reality. The contemporary international human rights edifice that originates in the UDHR is to be celebrated. But it has yet to benefit all of humanity equally.
The struggle is far from over. As the Declaration’s custodians and beneficiaries, all of us must reclaim the UDHR, make it our own. While we are entitled to our human rights, we should also respect the human rights of others and help make universal human rights a reality for all of us. In our efforts lies the power of the UHDR: it is a living document that will continue to inspire generations to come.
"All men are created equal". This verse has been playing in my head all day. I know this verse from the United States "Declaration of Independence" document. I looked it up and discovered that this verse and document were inspired by Philip Mazzei, an Italian immigrant who was a very close friend of Thomas Jefferson who apparently borrowed Philip's beautiful sentiment word for word and took full credit. This was a BIG surprise for me. The U.S. history books do not explain this information nor does our U.S. education system. All this time I was led to believe that Thomas Jefferson wrote these words.
But I digress... many people here in the United States grumble about this phrase saying that this statement is a bunch of malarchy. I hear, "This phrase is a lie, all men are not created equal in the United States." This may be true in terms of the social hierarchy. However, I believe the phrase "All men and women are created equal" to mean that we are ALL CREATED in the image and likeness of God. Therefore, YES we are ALL created equal and YES we ALL have EQUAL opportunities. The key word here is 'CREATED'. Now how you choose to LIVE is another thing. The only person or institution to limit you is you. Ask yourself this question, "who is really holding you back from your God given destiny?"
It doesn't matter what level you are on the social ladder. Whether you were born with a silver spoon in your mouth or barely have enough water and porridge or were born with physical disabilities. The choices you make about who you are and how far you dare to achieve is completely up to you. Every child from every social class faces challenges. Overcoming the challenges placed before you is the key. Become a victor and not a victim of your circumstances.
I was watching a special on TBN earlier this week. Please click here to watch this special and select August 20, 2008. They were interviewing people with physical disabilities who were sharing their faith, struggle, determination and spiritual breakthrough. I was extremely touched by all of the guests on the show. But one in particular really took me to another level of appreciation and made me more determined to make a difference in this world. I added his weblink 'Life Without Limbs' to my 'spiritual empowerment websites' section. His name is Nick Vujicic. Nick was born without any limbs. Yeah can you honestly imagine that?
People these days can't even walk to the store or the park. Kids hardly play outside anymore. We have taken the most basic attributes for granted (ie; our sight, our hearing, our sense of smell, our sense of taste, our arms and hands, our legs and feet).
Nick who appears dis-abled has PROVEN to be more ABLE to achieve what appears impossible than most of the population in the United States!
Seriously, think about it. Nick has literally traveled the entire world making it his purpose to positively impact humanity! Plus, he has EARNED two Business degrees! Yeah, that's right. This man with NO LIMBS is making a HUGE significant impact globally. Nick didn't let society dictate his destiny. Nick didn't let society's label of being dis-abled limit him. Nick didn't let his circumstances hold him hostage. Nick didn't let the fact that he does not have arms or legs stop him from LIVING OUT HIS DREAMS! Nick has become my new inspiration. Thank you Nick for being a living reflection of God's grace here on this planet and showing us what it literally means to live a life without limits!
So what is your excuse? What is causing you to moan and groan? Who are you blaming for your repeated failures? What or who is holding you back? What or who is causing you to be un-happy and why are you letting them? What is your contribution to Society? Humanity? Nature?
This message is for Jonathan Cainer. He is one of my favorite astrologers based in the U.K. I studied astrology for a time. I have the utmost respect for astrologers. It's not easy to be able to read and interpret planetary alignments and understand their precise meaning. Prior to my spiritual transformation, I was quite dependent on reading the tarot, the runes, the I-ching and astrology. I learned how to read these on my own and it came quite naturally. In fact, my readings were quite accurate. I primarily read for myself. I would on occasion do a reading for a friend or family member. I can now read people and situations without the use of these things thanks to God blessing me with this gift. I no longer have a desire for any of these things I've just mentioned. Not on purpose. It just happened slowly as God began transforming me from the inside out. I do not judge anybody who does these kinds of readings just because I no longer need them. They will find their way just as I did.
At the beginning, I would whip out my tarot to find out about a certain situation like an old habit. But then eventually, I would feel/hear in my spirit 'Do you REALLY need that? Just Trust Me'. As time went on, when I would go to the place where I kept those items it was as if something in my spirit held me back and I would just walk away. Now because I have surrendered my life completely, it's not even a thought. Astrology, well let's just say it is an old habit I do enjoy. I don't read it everyday, not anymore. But I like to visit periodically to stay updated with current planetary cycles. These do affect humanity and events around the world! What do you think controls our vast oceans, planetary grids, etc? Also, a personalized birth chart is like your thumb print where it is instrumental in helping to identify who you are. I would also like to point out that astrology was used to locate Jesus. When He was born a star appeared in the east that led the magi to his location.
I was reading his webpage this evening and read a message that he wrote today that left me puzzled as well. Jonathan Cainer wrote the following:
'Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth.' Nearly two thousand years later, we are all still trying to work out what was meant by this. Did he mean the meek will inherit what's left after the assertive have ripped it to pieces? He wasn't very meek himself when he turned over those tables outside the temple.
Now I need for you to know that I am not a bible scholar nor am I what people describe as a bible thumper. I have however read the bible in its entirety like you would read a normal book. I can honestly say that it was not easy. Out of the blue one late night, I caught Sherphard's Chapel flipping throught the channels. I began bible study being taught chapter by chapter, verse by verse through Shephard's Chapel. Pastor Arnold Murray is awesome at explaining the bible.
Again, this was not on purpose. I guess God figured, if I can't get you to do this on your own and you don't feel comfortable going to a church I will send you help understanding my word right where you are... at home. I suddenly became hungry and thirsty for God's word. This feeling became more profound as time went on. Now I receive the word directly from God. Nevertheless, I am still a work in progress. God is still refining me.
The irony is that I studied everything under the sun in search of enlightenment, in search of the meaning of LIFE. I always communicated with God. I didn't read the bible until after Jesus came to me personally. Then and only then did I truly desire to learn God's word. But it was Him who gave me this desire and for that I am truly grateful. God saved the best for last.
After reading Jonathan's message I thought, yeah God couldn't possibly mean the submissive people will inherit the earth. These are the people we are trying to save from the oppressors. I certainly am not a meek person either. So what did God possibly mean? I must have missed this episode. Was God referring to the little children of the earth? Puzzled, I began to ask God to help me understand. His response was immediate! And boy was I blown away. It was soooo clear to me. God's message was this:
The meek I am referring to are those who submit their WILL unto Me. Those who surrender themselves to Me mind, heart and spirit. Those who are selfless and humble. These are My children who shall inherit the earth.
"Let it be Thy will not mine dear Lord"
I like to think of it this way... God is the Director and I AM the Producer of this great movie we call LIFE. I will follow His direction.
Okay now this is wild!!! I always keep a dictionary on my desk for reference. It's quite helpful because I'm always writing and blogging in my spare time. Anyhow, just now I accidentally knocked it off my desk and it fell to the floor. When I bent down to pick it up, my dictionary was opened and my eyes caught the WORD 'respect'. I read the definition and said YES You're right God, RESPECT is sorely lacking amongst humanity.
I was going to give you the simple definition from my dictionary only. But something just caused me to do a search which led me to the wikipedia definition. Kind of like an inner tugging. As I was reading I was not feeling a connection. I scrolled down to the bottom of the page and was led to this website titled appropriately 'RESPECT' and bingo wallah I felt the connection. I am deeply moved right now reading the description below. This is some pretty powerful stuff! This simple ACT could change so many things in our immediate environment and the rest of the world. How do you treat everyone around you?
I heard this story told by Joel Osteen. This story stayed with me. A mother and daughter were walking into a department store and the mother told the daughter, "Did you see the dirty look that saleswoman gave to me?" The daughter replied, "No mom she didn't GIVE you a dirty look, you were already wearing it when you came in."

Respect means a lot of different things. On a practical level it seems to include taking someone's feelings, needs, thoughts, ideas, wishes and preferences into consideration. We might also say it means taking all of these seriously and giving them worth and value. In fact, giving someone respect seems similar to valuing them and their thoughts, feelings, etc. It also seems to include acknowledging them, listening to them, being truthful with them, and accepting their individuality and idiosyncrasies.
Respect can be shown through behavior and it can also be felt. We can act in ways which are considered respectful, yet we can also feel respect for someone and feel respected by someone. Because it is possible to act in ways that do not reflect how we really feel, the feeling of respect is more important than the behavior without the feeling. When the feeling is there, the behavior will naturally follow.
Going back in time, respect played an important role in survival. If we think of a small tribe wandering in the desert we can imagine that a person not respected by anyone could be left behind and die. Such a person was considered to have no worth, no importance, no value to the group. This, I believe is the foundation of our psychological need to feel respected.
Nowadays it seems much more possible to survive without being respected. Someone could, for example, inherit a large sum of money, have many servants and employees and have salesmen constantly calling on him and catering to him, yet not be respected in the least. Someone could also make a lot of money through having a particular talent which is valued, such as being able to dunk a basketball yet not really be respected, perhaps because of the way he treats others.
Still, there is a value to respect which money can't buy. Though someone's life might not depend on it, there are times, many times in fact, when another person has the chance to make a personal decision - a judgment call. When that person feels sincere respect for someone else, they will make a different decision than if they feel no respect, even if they have customarily shown a false, pseudo-respect to the person.
We can all sense whether we are respected or not. This holds true for those with money and power as well. Moreover, it is quite possible that those who pursue money and power are actually trying to gain a type of respect that they never have truly felt.
When we are respected we gain the voluntary cooperation of people. We don't have to use as much of our energy and resources trying to get our needs met. When people respect one another there are fewer conflicts. In summary, it is for both evolutionary and practical reasons that respect is important, and also why we simply feel better when we are respected.
I heard this song driving home and thought wow how TRUE, once you have genuinely felt God's love touch your spirit and welcomed Him into your heart and life - - - You want to be filled with His love ALWAYS! Imagine being envelope by His LOVE... This song describes how being connected to God is not a part time relationship. It's not an only when I need You God, I will call on you type of relationship. No friends. It is a 24 hours a day. 7 days a week type of relationship. Where He keeps you safe in the palm of His hand and literally kept in His PERFECT peace. Where you wake up every morning and say "Good morning God. I love You." and "Today is the day the Lord has made, I shall rejoice and be glad in it."
The relationship that you will share with God is personal. So much so that you will feel it in the innermost part of your being. The more you seek God's love... the more you will become a reflection of God's LOVE to everyone you meet. God will continuously fill your cup with His LOVE, His peace and His joy and cause it to OVERFLOW onto everyone around you. That is the abundant LIFE Jesus promised us ALL. Please read Psalm 23.

Whenever I hear this song now I hear God trying to get everyones attention. Everytime it plays on the radio it is a constant reminder to me that God WILL ALWAYS be there whenever I need Him, He's ALWAYS AROUND even after you have denied Him. Just call His NAME. God will NEVER leave you or abandon you. God gave us ALL FREE WILL to make our own choices. Even after you have turned away from Him. It doesn't matter who you are, what you have done or where you have been, God WILL ALWAYS welcome you back with OPEN ARMS. God LOVES YOU soooooooo much. More so than anyone on this planet can contain. You will always be God's perfect creation. Enjoy God's message to you!
This is one of my favorite philosophers. I was first introduced to him when I was 23 years old in my first philosophy class. I had to to read and write a report for his book titled, 'Meditations on First Philosophy'. Wow! Descartes experience just about blew me away back then. It's a tiny book about 50 pages thin. This man is a thinker. He was first a mathematician and scientist before he became a great philosopher and an enlightened human being.
Yes, he was a considered a rebel in his days. He refused to have the doctrine shoved in his face and down his throat. I don't blame him, I would have probably reacted in the same way. No person wants anything imposed upon them, period. Back then in the early 1600's the church said the earth was flat and the earth was the center of the Universe. If you disagreed, well then you were considered disobedient and a sinner. The church was shortly afterwards proven to be wrong. But during that time, many were persecuted and killed for having their own beliefs. What gave the church the right to make such judgements upon humanity in such a way. The church was meant to serve as a beacon of light, not a place of judgement.
So, Descartes decided, he chose to dissect the existence of God on his own terms. In his own way. All of this lead to Descartes' greatest Enlightenment. When you seek God in this manner, God blesses you with such a Divine experience that you are instantly changed forever. Then, you will have a 'personal' relationship with your Creator, God and confidently walk into your Divine Destiny with no fear knowing God is with you always. I have taken the following excerpts from Renee Descartes' Meditations. Please click here to read it in its entirety.
The next stage in the system, as outlined in the Meditations, seeks to establish that God exists. In his writings, Descartes made use of three principal arguments.
The argument begins by examining the thoughts contained in the mind, distinguishing between the formal reality of an idea and its objective reality. The formal reality of any thing is just its actual existence and the degree of its perfection; the formal reality of an idea is thus its actual existence and degree of perfection as a mode of mind. The objective reality of an idea is the degree of perfection it has, considered now with respect to its content. In this connection, Descartes recognized three fundamental degrees of perfection connected with the capacity a thing has for independent existence, a hierarchy implicit in the argument of Meditation III and made explicit in the Third Replies (in response to Hobbes).
The highest degree is that of an infinite substance (God), which depends on nothing; the next degree is that of a finite substance (an individual body or mind), which depends on God alone; the lowest is that of a mode (a property of a substance), which depends on the substance for its existence. Descartes claims that ‘it is manifest by the natural light that there must be at least as much reality in the efficient and total cause as in the effect of that cause’ . From that he infers that there must be as much formal reality in the cause of an idea as there is objective reality in the idea itself. This is a bridge principle that allows Descartes to infer the existence of causes from the nature of the particular ideas that are in the mind, and thus are effects of some causes or another.
In Meditation III, Descartes discusses various classes of ideas, one by one, and concludes that, as a finite substance, he can conceivably be the cause of all the ideas he has in his mind except for one: the idea of God. Since the idea of God is an idea of something that has infinite perfection, the only thing that can cause that idea in my mind is a thing that formally (actually) has the perfection that my idea has objectively – that is, God himself.
Descartes used two other arguments for the existence of God in his writings. This argument begins with the author’s own existence, as established in Meditation II. But, the author might ask, what could have created me? It will not do, Descartes argues, to suggest that I have been in existence always, and thus I do not need a creator, since it takes as much power to sustain me from moment to moment as it does to create me anew. I could not have created myself because then I would have been able to give myself all the perfections that I so evidently lack. Furthermore, if I could create myself, then I could also sustain myself, which I do not have the power to do; being a thinking thing, if I had such a power, I would be aware of having it.
My parents cannot be my creators, properly speaking, since they have neither the ability to create a thinking thing (which is all I know myself to be at this stage of the Meditations), nor to sustain it once created. Finally, I could not have been created by another creature of lesser perfection than God, since I have an idea of God, an idea I could not acquire from a lesser being. (Here one suspects that this cosmological argument really collapses into the first causal argument.) From this Descartes concludes ‘that the mere fact that I exist and have within me an idea of a most perfect being… provides a very clear proof that God indeed exists’.
As we shall later see in connection with Descartes’ physics, God is the first cause of motion, and the sustainer of motion in the world. Furthermore, because of the way he sustains motion, God constitutes the ground of the laws of motion. Finally, Descartes held that God is the creator of the so-called eternal truths. In a series of letters in 1630, Descartes enunciated the view that ‘the mathematical truths which you call eternal have been laid down by God and depend on Him entirely no less than the rest of His creatures’.
This message goes out to all of you 'thinkers' out there. I too am a thinker, always have been. I have always had a great love for philosopy. I used to dream of getting my Ph.d in Philosophy so that I could teach and open my students minds and expand their level of awareness. Nevertheless, my life path has led me in Finance. I have worked in almost every area of Finance.
I want you to know that I struggled to get my degree as if I kept questioning God throughout the process (kind of like a Divine discontent) and had to overcome many many obstacles along the way. It took me 10 years to earn my degree in Finance, but God never let me give up and God was my ONLY cheerleader. In fact, I almost did give up and took a year off right before my final year. That was the year Jesus came to me personally and I surrendered myself to the Lord. I then from that moment on became aligned with God's will for me. I let go when Jesus held out His hand toward me while I was hanging on a cliff and repeated these words ~ TRUST and BELIEVE.
God then had me transfer to another University that works on a quarter system instead of a semester system. I am a proud alumni of California State University, Los Angeles. Go Golden EAGLES! I honestly hardly remember my senior year, it is a blur. I was able to knock out this final phase in ONE single year by His strength what took me NINE years in my own strength. It was the hardest, most difficult year for me. Imagine, my senior year was all Upper Division Business and Finance classes. However, because I transfered to this new school, part of the required curriculum included having to take three 'Diversity' classes. I chose Gender classes to fulfill this requirement, which included learning global philosophy and culture YEAH! At first I was upset that I had to take three MORE classes. But then I thanked God later because it was those classes that help quell the pain of the heavy finance classes.
Well let me share with you that I hardly had any sleep and barely ate any food. All I remember was getting to class, reading, studying, writing reports, giving presentations and taking exams. All the while having a great time, making good friends and always with a smile on my face, go figure. It was God who kept me in His perfect peace, gave me energy, but mostly helped me get 'through' and finish what I started many years ago. I look back and I like to think God sent down an army of Angels to feed me, clothe me, brush my teeth and drive me to school everyday. God literally took care of ALL of my needs!
Yes, I also have a special affinity for numbers and analysis. I love to quantify and qualify numbers. I love to put the pieces of a puzzle together figuratively speaking. I may not understand what God's plan is for me in its entirety, but yet I trust Him. I now trust him wholeheartedly. I now find myself in another area of Finance. I am grateful though to have been blessed with a job in this economy. I do know however, that God has put me where I am today to do His good works and I shall remain there until God tells me otherwise.
We each have a personal path to take, a journey if you will. It is up to us to take on the challenge we call 'life'. There is no right or wrong, simply choices we make throughout our lifetime. God gave us 'FREE WILL' to make these choices. These choices we make give us experience, help us to grow, help us to become better people if we learn from them. If you don't learn, then God will just have you keep repeating them until you get it right. Why put yourself through that? It's like being a hampster in a wheel, exerting a lot of energy but going nowhere.
I can honestly say from my personal experience that if I had learned to surrender myself over to God early on... I would have spared myself a lot of heartache and grief. I have to admit though, that I have absolutely no regrets. I am grateful for every experience I've had good or bad. My past experiences have been my greatest teachers. I know that God is in control and God will lead you to fulfill your DESTINY! Why not choose to follow Him. God will help to make ALL of your crooked ways straight, meaning he'll spare you from getting lost on a long and windy road and put you on a straight direct path to become ALL that YOU were meant to be. Choose to become a instrument of God's will and let him use you for His good works. You will soon discover a life abundantly filled with love, peace, joy and prosperity. Let it be not my will, but Yours God. Know this though, God has a purpose and plan for YOU. You were not created to merely EXIST on this planet. That would be such a waste.

FAITH
Faith is not what some people think it is. Their human dream is a delusion. Because they observe that faith is not followed by good works, or a better life, they fall into error, even though they speak and hear much about faith. "Faith is not enough" they say, "You must do good works, you must be pious to be saved." They think that, when you hear the gospel, you start working, creating by your own strength a thankful heart which says, "I believe." That is what they think true faith is. But because this is a human idea, a dream, the heart never learns anything from it, so it does nothing and reform doesn't come from this 'faith' either.
Instead faith is God's work in us, that changes us and gives new birth from God (John 1:13). It kills the old Adam and makes us completely different people. It changes our hearts, our spirits, our thoughts, and all of our powers. It brings the Holy Spirit with it. Yes, it is a living, creative, active and powerful thing, this faith. Faith cannot help doing good works constantly. It doesn't stop to ask if good works ought to be done, but before anyone asks, it already has done them and continues to do them without ceasing. Anyone who does not do good works in this manner is an unbeliever. He stumbles around and looks for faith and good works, even though he does not know what faith or good works are. Yet he gossips and chatters about faith and good works with many words.
Faith is a living, bold trust in God's grace, so certain of God's favor that it would risk death a thousand times trusting in it. Such confidence and knowledge of God's grace makes you happy, joyful and bold in your relationship to God and all creatures.The Holy Spirit makes this happen through faith. Because of it, you freely, willingly and joyfully do good to everyone, serve everyone, suffer all kinds of things, love and praise the God who has shown you such grace. Thus, it is just as impossible to separate faith and works as it is to separate heart and LIGHT from fire!
Therefore, watch out for your own false ideas and guard against good-for-nothing gossips, who think they're smart enough to define faith, and works, but really are the greatest of fools. Ask God to work faith in you, or you will remain forever without faith, no matter what you wish, say or do.
This post has been inspired by my friend who goes by the name 'Mammoth'. I replied to a comment Mammoth made last week this morning. Afterwards, I went outside to my yard to relax and I felt in my spirit that my reply was not complete. I kept hearing 'ALL you need is FAITH the size of a mustard seed' and 'FAITH is something that cannot be seen BUT nevertheless EXIST' and 'God's timing is ALWAYS perfect'.
I came back into the house and was going to start typing my message. But something caused me to do a search of 'The meaning of Faith' on the internet. I was led to this GREAT description written by Chris Zach Hidalgo on October 2, 1997. Chris breaks it down in such a way that anyone curious about this subject can take HOLD of its meaning. What is faith? An ancient history books states that faith is: "Being sure of what you hope for and certain of what you do not see."
A line from 'Miracle on 34th Street' says: "Faith is believing in things that common sense tells you not to."
We all have "faith"
FAITH, I believe, is something we all have, but to varying degrees. Do you have faith to believe that there can be an all powerfull creator, or do you put your faith in science? Or do you believe in a combination of several things and/or ideas?
Do you have the faith to believe in yourself? Do you have the faith to believe in your significant other, a family member or a friend?
I believe we all do. The question is "how much faith do we allow to become reality in our life?"
Consider This
Faith stagnates unless you expose yourself. Faith is not a noun, it's a verb. Action is a critical part of faith. Faith is in action when you make yourself vulnerable -- practicing what you believe. Faith is similar to a guidance system that NASA uses regularly.
When the space shuttle is on the launch pad, the guidance system is not activated because it is not needed. BUT, when it breaks free from the launch pad, then the guidance system kicks in. Everyone involved has to believe the guidance system will successfully guide the shuttle to the end of the mission. They have faith in the guidance system.
We have to rely on faith when all else tells us we're crazy... when there's no evidence what-so-ever... and when everything points to something else.
When you practice faith, you can count on others thinking you are out of your mind. Many times you will be ridiculed for your faith (in religion, science, others, etc.).
An Understanding
Simply put, the definition of faith -- is nothing more than an understanding, a belief, a thought about something, someone, some situation that cannot be proven.
Inherently, faith allows for no tangible evidence to be made available -- that you know of -- which would back up or support your claim, idea, theory or thought. It is simply an overwhelming undestanding that, to you, is convincing.
Other words to consider: Trust, reliance, assurance, conviction, devotion, loyalty, faithfulness, commitment, dedication, observance.

Do you know who you are? Do you know what you stand for? Are you a person of integrity, strength and honor? Are you a person who is genuinely kind and generous with your words and time? Do you encourage others? or are you a person of selfish ambition, pride and arrogance?
Do you treat others with respect and dignity? or do you try to control others out of fear and insecurity? Are you a bully? Do you have a superiority complex with no real substance? Do you create an environment of fear in order to maintain power over others? Do you proclaim a shallow existence?
A bully ALWAYS and it doesn't matter what status the bully falls under, has their sheer incompetence and fraud REVEALED! ALWAYS... The crazy thing about bullies is that they become a product of their own DEMISE. Self-serving people NEVER EVER WIN! Bullies live to destroy everything and anyone in their path that does not belong to them or does not submit to them.
Do not under any circumstances allow a bully to intimidate you, scare you or make you feel like you are nothing. Their insecurity has nothing to do with you. They are simply trying to reflect their nothingness onto you. You will encounter many throughout your lifetime. This person can be a classmate, a teacher, a boss, a boyfriend or girlfriend and even your parents or family members. Abusive behavior comes in many forms not just physical. Abuse can also be verbal, emotional, psychological and sexual.
This type of abusive behavior should not be tolerated under any circumstances. It is wrong and it is not okay for anybody to treat you this way. Do the right thing, be strong and find the courage to tell someone you trust, enroll in a self-defense class (ie; martial arts), and most importantly find ways to build up your self-esteem. Because your self-esteem is what they are trying to destroy because they don't have ANY self-esteem!
If you don't, the abusive behavior will continue and not only continue to harm you but others as well. How many more victims must fall prey to this type of torment before it is stopped? There are laws that protect you against this type of personal VIOLATION! You should never be made to live or work in fear. This type of person is a thief trying to rob you of your personhood.
You must first face yourself and overcome your fears in order to be able to face your enemies with strength, courage and integrity! Rest assured God will take care of the rest.
No one can hurt you without your permission.
What have you built your foundation with? Because this is what determines your TRUE character. So again, I ask you... Who are you? What do you stand for?

This is so wild. I was just talking about this today with a friend at work. He was sharing his excitement about the Olympic opening games. I was not able to reciprocate the same excitement. He immediately noticed that I didn't respond in my usual cheery self. I told him that I am committed to boycotting the Olympics being held in China. He said what about supporting our atheletes. In my mind all I could think was, the few 1000 atheletes will understand, I'm doing this for the MILLIONS of people who have been or are being harmed by this OPPRESSIVE Chinese government.
This conversation did stayed in my spirit for the rest of the day. I was driving home from work and just started asking God if this was the best way for us to make an impact on China. I really love to dance! When a great song comes on, I just close my eyes and escape into the music. Music is the pathway to the soul! So to all of you DJ's around the WORLD, "PLEASE don't stop the MUSIC".
Tonight was the season finale of "So You Think You Can Dance". It came down to the last four fantastic dancers! Wow this season was phenomenal. The BEST thus far! If you haven't seen this show, they begin by selecting the dancers with the most potential. Once selected, each dancer is then paired. Then they are introduced to a variety of styles of dance by some of the most amazing choreographers. If dance is truly in their heart and soul, it is revealed when they overcome challenging techniques, styles and sheer exhaustion.
I have the utmost respect for all of the dancers. I really loved watching Katee Taira Shean, a local from Orange, California. Both she and Joshua were always synchronized and blended naturally together with the music. They always made their routines appear seemless. Katee, may you NEVER give up dancing. It is in your blood.
Joshua Allen, a 19 year old from Texas is this season's WINNER. Congratulations!!! Joshua arrived on the show as a hip-hopper and has had no formal training. Nevertheless, Joshua with on the job training, passion and perseverance became an AMAZING dancer and let his LIGHT shine through by simply believing in himself.

The past, present and future are all included in this one sound. A timeless mantra. Whosoever meditates this one syllable obtains all that he desires. We are spiritual beings conceived through the sound of Creation. Born from the sound of the spheres. We are One with all Creation. The Way we view ourselves can broaden our sense of who we are and help us appreciate ourselves as brave spirits on an important mission to learn and grow here on earth.
Remembering that we are spiritual beings is part of the work that we are here on earth to do. Each of us, however, carries within us the capacity to change the world in small ways for better or worse. We are One with the Universe. Remembering who We are can give us the patience to persevere when we become overwhelmed or frustrated. I came home from work today and decided to listen to Michael Jackson's HiStory CD amongst others I chose to listen to help me unwind. This song is the last song on this CD. When this song began playing I couldn't stop crying. These lyrics were completely unexpected for me. In fact, I completely forgot this song was on this CD. This song and lyrics have touched me so much right now. I hope it does the same for you.

There has to be a generation to walk in the fullness of what God has for them. God is not Glorified with you falling apart. God is not Glorified with you bringing forth contaminated fruit that rots. God wants to bring something so significant in you and through you that establishes His Glory. That people look and say 'I want to serve the God that you're serving'.
And in order to live big, you MUST get rid of tunnel vision and have a peripheral view. What do you mean by that Paula? Tunnel vision is where they put blinders on those race horses. And those race horses can only see the next step that is in front of them. They cannot see the people in the stands. They cannot see the other horses behind them. They can only see directly in front of them. And it's okay to have tunnel vision for a season when you first get saved. Because people need a straight forward vision. So they don't get tied to their past and can break off some things in their life. But there is a time that you grow up. When I was a child, I thought like a child, I acted like a child, I reasoned like a child. But when I became a mame, you go through a process that brings you to a place of maturity. You start reasoning, thinking and doing like an adult. And that time is when you get rid of tunnel vision and you have a peripheral vision that enables you to see opportunities that other people cannot see. It enables you to have eyes in the back of your head. God wants to enlarge your vision that you can see everything. Where you can see ALL around you.
It reminds me of Abraham. Abraham, as long as he had Lot in his life, Lot represented disobedience. And as long as he had Lot, he was limited in his vision. Because Lot which was disobedience brought strife, because disobedience always brings strife and stife always brings division. Where they had a falling out between their herdsmen and Abraham says take whatever you want. Lot picks Jordan because it seems like the best and Abraham is sitting in his tent crying because sometimes we cry when we think we've lost the best in our life. And he's sitting there and he's crying, feeling sorry for himself and God starts to speak to him and God says 'Lift up now mine eyes'. You see there are some things God cannot show you with certain people in your life because they're disobedience. There's some things that God cannot reveal to you as long as there is Lot around you. And so God said 'NOW lift up your eyes and look to the north, the south, the east, the west. He said there is blessing ALL around you. But you couldn't see it because you were looking at the wrong thing.
God is going to cause you to be repositioned tonight that is going to enlarge your vision to see what you could not see before. So you can taste what you haven't tasted before. God wants you to have perpheral vision so you can take advantage of opportunities that you could not have when you walked in tunnel vision. If you can see it, you can receive it! I feel somebody getting pregnant in the spirit tonight. I feel somebody who has twins is getting ready to have quadruplettes. Somebody is getting ready to have an enlarged vision. You are going to see what you could not see. Therefore, you can walk in what you could not walk in. Because you can only do what you can see. Therefore, you NEED God to show you some things. You NEED God to take some blinders off of your eyes. You see revelationi is a special unveiling for you to see what you were blinded to before. Lift up your hands and say 'Show me God, show me'.
Radical change comes from radical revelation. In other words, if I want a higher living I have to have a higher way of thinking. I have to see myself for what God says I AM! And NOT what man says. And when I begin to know who I AM in God, then I can do what God says I can do. I can have what God says I can have. I can be what God says I can be. And the only limitations on my life are the ones that I place there. There is NOTHING to difficult unless I put the limitation. The ONLY limitations are your own. NOTHING in life can stop you. NOTHING in life can limit you because God doesn't consult your past to determined your future! He says how BIG do you BELIEVE me to be in your life. And so if you've ever met somebody that says I'll see it or I'll believe it when I see it. What they're really saying is they don't believe things are possible unless they can see it in the natural. And sensory driven people are carnally minded. They must see it in order to believe it.
And this is what God has to say about that, turn to Romans 8:6-8; 'To be carnally minded is dead. To be spiritually minded is LIFE and PEACE.' Watch this... everything that is dying in your life you can trace back to a decision made with a carnal mind. Everything that has LIFE and PEACE you can trace back to a decision made with a spiritual mind. My decisions determine my destiny. God sets before me LIFE and He sets before me death. So therefore I must have a spiritual mind in order to live out a life full of LIFE and PEACE. And he says those that are carnally minded cannot please God because the flesh is an enmity to God. And we've been so dysfunctional we think that word please means that we get God's acceptance or approval. Kind of like Hebrews 11:6 'Without faith it is impossible to please God'. But the word pleased does NOT mean God are you happy with me, do you love me, do you accept me. Because God LOVES YOU unconditionally! God LOVED the unlovable you. God LOVED the unlikable you. The Bible says in Romans 5:8 'He LOVED you while you were still a sinner'.
And by the way, if God LOVES you and accepts you unconditionally, why do you go where you are tolerated INSTEAD of where you are CELEBRATED? Don't hang around fools who don't have enough discernment to see the value in your vessel. And so what that means in Hebrews 11:6 without faith operating a word activated in your life it is impossible, now watch this Greek word please, to come in alignment or agreement with God. In other words, without the WORD activated in my life, it is IMPOSSIBLE to think like God, to see like God and ultimately to do like God. Somebody say 'Show me Lord, show me'.
In other words if I am going to walk out the life and live the bigger life that God has for me. I must see it in the spirit. To be in faith a person MUST be spiritually minded. Able to believe in what they cannot see because God's word says it's true. You will need the fruit of the spirit to go along with that. Stuff like long suffering, long suffering does not mean ooohhh I'm barely makin' it through, I'm dragging. Long suffering means to ENDURE with an ASSURANCE that God's promises WILL come to pass.
This message really stood out for me. It is quite powerful! Almost everybody here in the United States and also around the world need this message to help lift their spirits. Well are you ready for the word? Somebody say 'bring it on, bring it on'. Stand with me and go to Isaiah chapter 54. I am really here to prophetically declare what thus saith the Lord. I was in the presence of God as I am everyday many months ago and God said there is a window of opportunity coming to the body of Christ for favor to be established in an unprecendented way for the Glory of the Lord to go across the earth.
I began to recognize that God's was opening doors. Opening doors to believers. Then I began to see in the marketplace and Hollywood and political and governments that were strategic. And you say Paula what does that have to do with me? God is about to give you access to the principle. I mean He is going to give access to the body of believers in an unprecendented way for His Glory to be established. Favor is about to visit YOU! Favor is about to find YOU! And open doors that NO MAN can shut! And what God has established NO MAN can come against. Somebody say 'show me Lord, show me'.
So I am here to set you up for the increase that is already at hand. About two weeks ago God spoke to me and said 'the winds of change have already occured. It is not a new season that is coming to the body of Christ. That season is already here and I believe that season is full of potential, blessings, for favor, undeserved access to open doors that have been shut off for God to establish His Glory. And it is the GREATEST time to be ALIVE! Slap somebody and say 'You won't recognize me one month from now.'
Isaiah 54, very familiar portion of scripture chapter 54 verses 1 to 5. It says, 'Sing oh barron. Thou that does not bare. Break forth into singing and cry out loud. Thou that does not travail with child. For more are the children of the desolate than the children of the married wife saith the Lord. Enlarge the place of thy tent and let them stretch forth the curtains of thy habitation. Spare not. Lengthen thy cords and strengthen thy stakes. For thou shalt break forth on the right hand and on the left. And thy seed shall inherit the gentiles and make the desolate cities to be inhabited. FEAR NOT, for thou shalt not be ashamed, neither thou be confounded. For thou will not be put to shame. For thou shalt forget the shame of thy youth.'
You know all of those mistakes you have made God said it is not only going to be over, it is forgotten. Never to be remembered not only by God but God is going to erase some things off of your record in the natural. Some things are getting ready to come off of your life and fall off of you.
'And shall not remember the reproach of the widowhood anymore' and this is the reason why verse 5. 'For your Maker is your husband, the Lord of Hosts is His name and Thy redeemer the Holy One of Israel. The God of the whole earth He be called. Let's look at verse 2, 'ENLARGE the place of your tent.' In other words, God is getting ready to move you into a place of increase. Put those stakes in, enlarge, increase, take the limitations off of the Holy One of Israel. If I were Bishop Jakes, I'd say 'Get ready, Get ready, Get ready'.
You better get ready because there is increase. Ready or not you are going to own the company. Ready or not your Boaz is going to find you. Ready or not your ministry is going to explode. God is getting ready to pull you out of isolation and out of obscurity and lift you up to notoriety. And it has nothing to do with your good looks, your charisma, your personality, your education or your influence! It has to do with the Glory of God established in you to show people that God is God. He is getting ready to do something so GREAT in your life, bring forth so much fruit. Your not even going to recognize yourself. Come on you should speak to yourself and say 'I'm not even going to recognize me'. God is getting ready to do something so significant. You better say 'Show me Lord, show me'.
It's going to explode on the inside of you tonight and begin to manifest itself out of you over the next several days, several weeks, several months. In our text, the connotation of this text is that the church had a narrow way of thinking. They had a limited mindset. They were confined within the narrow limitations. I found out over several years of ministry that the church does not have a provision problem. We have a revelation problem. And so it is not that there is no provision for you. It is have YOU SEEN what God has already established in your life? There is a revelation problem. Somebody say 'OPEN MY EYES Lord, Open my eyes'. But God was about to supernaturally increase the children of Israel. He was about to enlarge them beyond anything they have ever known before. And He uses a proverbial cast to suggest that there would be such great increase, that that of a barron female woman would bring forth more children than that of a married woman. In other words, God was about to do something so unusual and unlikely. He would use things that people did not count on. He would use and do something so significant with something that seemed so unlikely.
What God was saying is I AM about to breathe upon something barron, something lacking, something broken. And through My breathing upon this they will produce more children and more fruit than that which is already productive which is already fruitful. In other words, God is getting to breath upon every barron place in your life. That marriage that is broken and heading to divorce court, God is going to supernaturally breathe upon it tonight. God is getting to somebody who is facing foreclosure, bankruptcy and doesn't know how you are going to pay your bills by the end of the month, you are going to stand back and walk in position before the year is over as the Head and NOT the tail. God can raise you up Supernaturally through Divine intervention. He can do what man, what the economy, what the government cannot do for you.
God is going to take all of your mess and people who had given up on you and said they are not ministry material and He is going to bring you out of the ashes, out of the dunghill and He is going to set your feet on a SOLID ROCK! And He is going to open doors that no man can shut that you are going to walk through and people are going to say HOW. You'll be saying 'I'm just blessed by God'. Divine intervention. Supernatural provision. Supernatural increase. By a Holy God. In other words, this is the ONE TRUTH I want you to get tonight and I'm going to build everything around this TRUTH. The LIFE God put you in is BIGGER than the LIFE you are living in right now. Let it hit your spirit. There is more ahead of you than there is behind you. There is much more; more peace, more provision, more annointing, more goodness, more protection, more doors. In other words, you have to come up to your revelation and stop living by your situation. God is going to pull you up tonight through the word of the Lord.
