With the powerful and highly fortunate Libra New Moon only days away…and Mercury moving Direct again TODAY, opportunities to move forward with your projects and plans are multiplied!
Your ability to connect to your code and activate your soul’s calling positively and pro-actively is greatly enhanced.
So, at this precious moment of the year, open your heart and ask:
- Do you have a burning desire to love?
- Do you have a burning desire to create?
- Are you enjoying your life?
- Are you having fun?
- Are you on a path that enlightens, invigorates and inspires you every day?
It’s a fabulous time to ACT on IMPROVING your life. Especially if you’ve been releasing and laying the groundwork for transformation.
We are in a 9 Universal Month of LOVE, RELEASE and RENEWAL.
If you’ve been holding on to old patterns of behavior, if you’ve been using your precious energy to resist change instead of welcoming it into your life, you’ll find now that change will happen anyways.
It just won’t happen in a way you’ve designed.
Constructive change is a gift to those who live the path of self-awareness.
With Mercury direct again on a 9 Universal Date and 9 Universal Day the call to action is clear: You have the momentum to let go and embrace love, joy, peace!
Open your eyes. Open your heart. Feel…
Ask, what needs to change within you for you to be fully present, fired up inside?
What do you have a burning desire to resolve?
You have reached a point of no return.
There is a season for everything – and this is the season of change. It falls amidst a change of season, from summer to autumn.
Do what you need to do in order to stay grounded, centered and balanced. Being grounded is so important when you’re seeking to engage in your life in a NEW way.
- If that means you need to make some hard decisions, then by all meansmake those decisions.
- If that means your original plans don’t feel so right any more, then change them.
- If that means you need to release, shedding past patterns and replenish your soul, then by all means have a good cry.
You are being supported by the wonderful, sweeping universal winds of change now!
You are being cradled in the arms of the divine.
If you take action in the next two weeks, you will have the heavenly stars and codes on your side, cheering you on, supporting you!
Look around you.
Your circumstances are feedback about your state of awareness.
How you respond to your circumstances measures the quality of your life.
It’s not what you want (wanting anything is projecting energy into the future and the universe is being given a message of “I don’t have”) – it’s BEING the CHANGE.
Being present, being the transformation, being conscious of how you FEEL at any given moment and honoring those feelings is the only way to move forward and create internal recalibration, an internal change of season.
Your confidence soars when you are fully engaged, totally welcoming, passionately grateful for every experience in your life.
So all you need to do is – Dive in!
Self-confidence fires you up! Confidence is a positively charged magnet burning inside you, attracting by its very energy other positive experiences and people into your life!
When you dive in, when you have a BURNING DESIRE to create, to BE lit up with purpose, your purpose unfolds magically in front of you.
When you have clear goals, desires, and intentions, and you move heaven and earth to create those positive circumstances in your life – moving forward to achieve them – you notice that every small step honors the greater purpose in you, strengthens you, feeds the divinity in you.
So make this a remarkable moment of transformation in your life!
And be sure you know and understand what trends and energy patterns are activated personally for YOU right now!
Planning with your divine code and future forecast unveiled in front of youis a sure way of creating success.
Start a positively-charged journey into your divine code – and create your fabulous future!

Dear Friends,
THE NEW MOON IS MONDAY, OCTOBER 12, AT 6:05 PM MOUNTAIN DAYLIGHT TIME (MDT).
We are still processing the results of last month’s powerful trio of the eclipses and the equinox. Rather than a reset, this new moon is helpful in supporting something in your life that you are striving to balance. Make some commitments around something that became clear to you during the eclipse time that you would like support for.
This new moon is about relationship, community and cooperation. It is important to give voice to your intentions and desires. Then spend some time in “being” mode so you can begin to receive. Watch for irritability and anxiety during this time. Big changes are occurring and your survival instincts may be a bit triggered. Be patient and trusting that whatever is happening is leading you to the right place.
Blessings,
Lena
Astrological Notes:
Libra New Moon
Sun and Moon in Libra ~ 19ยบ
Monday, October 12, 2015 6.05 pm Mountain Time
(Tuesday, October 13, 12:05 am Greenwich Mean Time)
The intensity of September with its eclipses, equinox and Mercury retrograde is integrating. We recognize the need for rest and self care in times like those, and we have come to appreciate the hugeness of energy that we can meet physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually using all the tools we have cultivated to become more conscious. This past week kept us on our toes as the Libra Sun squared Pluto challenging us to see our own unconscious part in our relationships. On October 8thVenus entered Virgo and immediately conjoined the Moon. Mercury went direct on October 9 at 1ยบ Libra and given a few more days will be picking up speed supporting communication, networking and information gathering.
New Moon in Libra will without a doubt spotlight our experiences of balance. Libra as first sign of fall is cardinal – action oriented, an air sign – meaning mental and also masculine, and ruled by Venus accentuating social graces, financial affairs, harmonious order. With the Libra Sun and Moon in opposition to Uranus this New Moon, we may be engaged in finding balance as Uranus will tend to disrupt anything that only resembles balance or is veneered in harmony but really is denial of needs unexpressed. If you find sudden upset, volatility and your inner rebel showing up, it’s a pretty sure sign some disruption might be a good thing in certain areas of your life. She/he is getting on her high horse to break free from situations where clear and free expression of truth is way tamped down. Or it just might be right timing for those big changes you’re been holding at arms length. Radical shift can emerge for some who are directly affected by this Uranus opposite Sun/Moon influence.
Consider this: The Sun is in its ‘fall’ in Libra meaning not well placed. How can that be? The Sun is your agent of self expression, who you are out in the world, your purpose. And yes, Libra’s symbol is Justice holding the scales. But Libra is often balancing everyone else’s needs and the feeling of deep responsibility for those around them to the detriment of their personal needs on the other side of the scale.
Libra must consider the Other. Being one of the humane signs, those symbolized with humans not creatures, (Gemini, Virgo, Libra and Aquarius – these ‘courteous’ signs are granted the qualities of social and intellectual grace), Libra is considered diplomatic, considerate, aesthetic, cooperative and logical. Their desire is to promote harmony, beauty, order and fairness. We find them in artistic professions, political positions, involved in law, justice, arbitration. They are the peace makers.
Despite their aversion to ‘conflict’, they do not shrink from the challenge of meeting opposing ideas, beliefs or obstacles to getting EXACTLY what they want in a situation (with all the reason, tact, and diplomacy a Venus-ruler can provide). Compromise and fairness can mean swaying others expertly to their side through strong mental powers and reasoning.
Ruler of the chart, Venus now in Virgo is square Saturn newly in Sagittarius and opposed to Neptune. That’s a major challenge to Venus, our relationships in particular, or to our financial situation-personal and economic, or balancing work with rest and play. You might find yourself rethinking the basis of your intimate and business relationships, or if all that is up to date, you can use that Saturn to channel the compassion and service that Neptune-Venus generate into creative efforts in the physical world. Saturn squaring Neptune will be a major theme in the months and year to come. Venus is lending her shining light to awaken the deeper love that Neptune in Pisces holds. Saturn says, ‘Well that’s great, but can you bring that down to the reality of daily life?’
Mercury is exactly on the North Node at 1ยบ Libra. As we begin this New Moon cycle of the year lead by the Libran archetype, Mercury’s emphasis is, ‘honor your communications as a cutting edge path of growth’. Listen with an open mind; speak from your truth. Let appreciation, kindness, and clarity define your connection to others. Libra desires partnership between equals, equanimity, the calm place between breaths. Bring that into your communications. Let that be your point of growth. The North Node challenges us to be all we can be.
Mars and Jupiter are very close in Virgo and trined by Pluto. That’s big earthy support for making big plans and keeping track of the details to make it happen. If you’re ready for a bid for power in your life, these planets will have your back. If you haven’t been keeping up with the maintenance and care taking of your life, you might be able to get back in alignment with this influence. Gotta love Virgo for being practical. Mars-Jupiter-Pluto will be active through Full Moon.
Libra’s theme of Self and Other means every meeting, experience, encounter is a reflection of ourselves and what we have created. Use Libra’s neutrality to observe what is being reflected to you so perfectly in the mirror that is the outer world.
Nothing Can Come Between Us...♥
Nothing Can Come Between Us
by Sade
Always hope that you remember
We'll never really learn the meanin' of it all
What we have is strong and tender
So hold on
In the middle of the madness
When the time is runnin' out and you're left alone
All I want is you to know that
It's strong still, can't pull us apart
Nothing can come between us
Nothing can pull us apart
Can come between us
I always hope that you remember
What we have is strong and tender
In the middle of the madness
Hold on
So it truly is a good thing
And I always wanted you to know
There is always this and this is everlastin'
Hold on
It's about faith
It's about trust, yeah yeah
It's about faith
It's about trust
Nothing can come, nothing can come
Nothing can come between us
Nothing can come, nothing can come
Nothing can come between us
Nothing can come, nothing can come
Nothing can come between us
Nothing can come, nothing can come
Nothing can come between us
Nothing can come, nothing can come
Nothing can come between us
Nothing can come, nothing can come
Nothing can come between us
Nothing can come, nothing can come
Nothing can come between us
Experiencing The Joy Of Non-Attachment
Go on feeling something in you that is the same no matter what happens on the periphery. When someone is insulting you, focus yourself to the point where you are just listening to him--not doing anything, not reacting, just listening. He is insulting you. And then someone is praising you--just listen. Insult-praise, honor-dishonor, just listen. Your periphery will get disturbed. Look at that also, don't try to change it. Look at it; remain deep in your center, looking from there. You will have a detachment which is not forced, which is spontaneous, which is natural. And once you have the feeling of the natural detachment, nothing can disturb you.
In a village where the great Zen master Hakuin was living, a girl became pregnant. Her father bullied her for the name of her lover and, in the end, to escape punishment she told him it was Hakuin. The father said no more, but when the time came and the child was born, he at once took the baby to Hakuin and threw it down. "It seems that this is your child," he said, and he piled on every insult and sneer at the disgrace of the affair.
Hakuin only said, "Oh, is that so?" and took the baby in his arms. Wherever he went thereafter, he took the baby, wrapped in the sleeve of his ragged robe. During rainy days and stormy nights he would go out to beg milk from the neighboring houses. Many of his disciples, considering him fallen, turned against him and left. And Hakuin said not a word.
Meantime, the mother found she could not bear the agony of separation from her child. She confessed the name of the real father, and her own father rushed to Hakuin and prostrated himself, begging over and over for forgiveness. Hakuin said only, "Oh, is that so?" and gave him the child back.
For the ordinary man what others say matters too much, because he has nothing of his own. Whatever he thinks he is, is just a collection of opinions of other people. Somebody has said, "You are beautiful," somebody has said, "You are intelligent," and he has been collecting all these. Hence he's always afraid: he should not behave in such a way that he loses his reputation, respectability. He is always afraid of public opinion, what people will say, because all that he knows about himself is what people have said about him. If they take it back, they leave him naked. Then he does not know who he is, ugly, beautiful, intelligent, unintelligent. He has no idea, even vaguely, of his own being; he depends on others.
But the man of meditation has no need of others' opinions. He knows himself, so it does not matter what others say. Even if the whole world says something that goes against his own experience, he will simply laugh. At the most, that can be the only response. But he is not going to take any step to change people's opinion. Who are they? They don't know themselves and they are trying to label him. He will reject labeling. He will simply say, "Whatever I am, I am, and this is the way I am going to be."

Kahlil Gibran on Love. So True... ♥
Kahlil Gibran on Love
When love beckons to you, follow him,
Though his ways are hard and steep.
And when his wings enfold you yield to him,
Though the sword hidden among his pinions may wound you.
And when he speaks to you believe in him,
Though his voice may shatter your dreams
as the north wind lays waste the garden.
For even as love crowns you so shall he crucify you. Even as he is for your growth so is he for your pruning.
Even as he ascends to your height and caresses your tenderest branches that quiver in the sun,
So shall he descend to your roots and shake them in their clinging to the earth.
Like sheaves of corn he gathers you unto himself.
He threshes you to make you naked.
He sifts you to free you from your husks.
He grinds you to whiteness.
He kneads you until you are pliant;
And then he assigns you to his sacred fire, that you may become sacred bread for God's sacred feast.
All these things shall love do unto you that you may know the secrets of your heart, and in that knowledge become a fragment of Life's heart.
But if in your fear you would seek only love's peace and love's pleasure,
Then it is better for you that you cover your nakedness and pass out of love's threshing-floor,
Into the seasonless world where you shall laugh, but not all of your laughter, and weep, but not all of your tears.
Love gives naught but itself and takes naught but from itself.
Love possesses not nor would it be possessed;
For love is sufficient unto love.
When you love you should not say, "God is in my heart," but rather, "I am in the heart of God."
And think not you can direct the course of love, for love, if it finds you worthy, directs your course.
Love has no other desire but to fulfill itself.
But if you love and must needs have desires, let these be your desires:
To melt and be like a running brook that sings its melody to the night.
To know the pain of too much tenderness.
To be wounded by your own understanding of love;
And to bleed willingly and joyfully.
To wake at dawn with a winged heart and give thanks for another day of loving;
To rest at the noon hour and meditate love's ecstasy;
To return home at eventide with gratitude;
And then to sleep with a prayer for the beloved in your heart and a song of praise upon your lips.
Once The Soul Awakens...♥ This Quote Is So Beautifully Expressed And So Very True.
“Once the soul awakens, the search begins and you can never go back. From then on, you are inflamed with a special longing that will never again let you linger in the lowlands of complacency and partial fulfillment. The eternal makes you urgent. You are loath to let compromise or the threat of danger hold you back from striving toward the summit of fulfillment.”

Watching Shine (1996) An Inspirational True Story. One Of My Favorite Movies. ♥
Scenes From One Of My Favorite Movies "Shine"
Hope everyone is enjoying a nice relaxing weekend doing whatever it is that puts a smile on your face. I relaxed most of the day listening to music, and managed to put up some of my Halloween decorations outside. I'll finish that project tomorrow. Now it's time to watch this inspirational true story. It was on my mind most of the day. So I need to satisfy my spirit with the message that it's asking for. I've watched this movie many times. In fact, I still have this movie on VHS. I was deeply touched by this movie when I went to watch it at the theatre opening night back in 1996. So without further ado, I'll let you enjoy these scenes from the movie I shared with you above and I am going to pop in the movie and cozy up on the couch. Catch you later. :)
The Way of the Warrior by John Cali and Spirit ♥
GREAT video message from "rules of the road" from John Cali and Spirit. Very uplifting and empowering. I typed a transcript below for for my international readers who need to translate and for those of you who can't view video. Enjoy! :)
Music by Sacred Spirit - Chants and Dances of the Native Americans.
*************************************************************
The Way of the Warrior is simple. However, as you have often heard me say, it may be simple but it's not always easy.
Rules of the Road. Today I would like to give you a few of my simple guidelines or "rules of the road" if you will. And that road is the Way of the Warrior.
- Speak Her Truth: The Warrior always speaks her truth - no matter what the circumstances.
- Detached: The Warrior is totally detached from what others think and say about her. This is absolutely necessary if she's going to observe the first rule above.
- See the Divinity: The Warrior always does her best to see the Divinity in all that is. In this way, she shall never have any desire to own, control, manipulate, misuse or abuse any of the Great Spirit's creatures.
- Follow the Highest Path: The Warrior always follows the highest path as dictated by the highest authority in the Universe ~ herself.
- Surrender to Life: The Warrior totally trusts in and surrenders to the flow of her life. She knows all is as it should be. Therefore, she must always completely trust in and surrender to her Higher Self, her Soul, the Great Spirit.
- All is Within: The Warrior knows all Love, all Wisdom, all Power lie within her - within her heart, her mind, her body, her Soul. There is nothing to seek, nothing to find, nowhere to go - except WITHIN.
- There Are No Mistakes: The Warrior knows with absolute certainty that she has never made a mistake - she can never make a mistake. All of her life is simply a lesson in this classroom called Planet Earth. She learns as she goes. All is as it should be.
- Don't Take Life Too seriously: The Warrior never takes life too seriously. It's all a game, after all, a game in the classroom of Planet Earth. And games should be FUN. Enjoy the game, it won't last forever!
- Always Full Heart: The Warrior's heart is always full and always grateful. She never knows lack or emptiness. Except that is, when she creates those illusions by getting too infatuated with the Great Illusion - the human experience.
- Interesting Challenges: The Warrior knows the Great Illusion creates some highly interesting challenges. For example, the challenge to rise above the Great Illusion.
- The Great Illusion: As she rises above the Great Illusion, the Warrior knows this experience is as it should be, she has chosen it. And in this choosing, she is remembering her way back to the Light - back to her Home. That was the only reason for choosing the Great Illusion in the first place.
- Different Paths: The Warrior knows all her brothers and sisters on Planet Earth have the same destination she does - Home. But each may take a different path. And the Warrior knows that's okay! All will get Home - no matter what path they take. It cannot be otherwise, for all paths lead Home.
- The Way of the Wind: The Warrior knows the way of the wind. But she knows she cannot capture it - she cannot own it. She can love it, luxuriate in its presence, glory in its energy. But if she tries to capture it, it becomes something other than what it truly is... it becomes still and stagnant air. She can never possess it completely - unless she refuses to ever own it - unless she refuses to ever have sovereignty over it. She can possess it ONLY by letting it be free - by letting it be what it is.
- It cannot be otherwise. The Way of the Warrior IS The Way of the Wind.
The Way of the Spiritual Warrior - What is Your Spiritual Path? WOW! I Just Came Across This Amazing Written Piece I'd Like To Share With You! I'm Deeply Moved ♥ Re-post 11/15/10
The Way of the Spiritual Warrior - What is Your Spiritual Path?
written by Mahindra Raj
Does the term "spiritual" seem inappropriate combined with the idea of a warrior? There is a spiritual tradition in many cultures that describes the warrior of the higher path. The Tibetans, Buddhists and Yaqui Indians are most known for this description of the spiritual journey. In today's New Age Daanan Perry writes and speaks about the Warrior of the Heart, this very concept, and so does Dan Millman in his "The Way of Peaceful Warrior". I love that book! It is the book that got me started on this path of mine and is a HUGE reason why I do what I do now - sharing the greater light and wisdom that is available to all of us.
The Spiritual Warrior braves hardships, loneliness and ridicule to help others, improve the world and live the spiritual way. The path of Spiritual Warrior includes having the courage to know yourself - looking at or into the dark sides of yourself and its hidden shadows. Being a Spiritual Warrior means having the courage to face our own fears and create change in our lives. The Buddhists know it takes courage to stay committed and follow the eight fold path to enlightenment. The American Indians make decisions for the tribe by remembering and being responsible for seven future generations.
The average human lives either avoiding conflict to keep life nice and pleasurable or, in "fighting for control of life" by stepping on others, beating them out and getting Earth's treasures for the ego self. This flight or fight response to life's situations has created victor tyrants and abused victims, neither are happy or feeling complete and satisfied within. We see this in our homes and around the world between nations and races. Doing what "seems" expedient for the now - beating someone up physically/emotionally or retreating and avoiding conflict - only leaves the problem to continue. The spiritual path includes working to solve problems for all time!
But don't be deluded into thinking that we will get rid of conflict on our learning path. Conflict is a constant challenge facing us all. It will continue to be so as long as we have something to understand and learn or until we no longer wish to give the gift of helping others. Conflict is especially more pronounced in the life of a Spiritual Warrior because he or she has chosen and committed to a life of growth, transformation, helping others and creating a greater quality life. Being on Earth is conflict - we are powerful infinite spiritual beings experiencing an infinite limiting physical world. If darkness does not exist, there will be no great appreciation of Light. The conflict between darkness and light will always "be", but it only you and me that can choose how we want to feel.
If there's one thing you will remember and integrate into every cell of your body and mind, it is this - "LET US STOP EQUATING CONFLICT WITH SUFFERING". Conflict in life is a way to stretch our spiritual, mental, emotional and even physical strength. It is a call to growth and learning. A warrior answers the challenge and moves forward despite seeming difficulties. If we say we want to learn, we have taken up the banner of warrior. But let us be loving wise warriors working (not fighting) for good for all unto the seventh generation.
To eliminate suffering we can follow the Buddhist eight fold path of right views, right intention, right speech, right action, right livelihood, right effort, right mindfulness, right concentration.
Buddha taught, "Now, the cessation of suffering is to cease from attachment. Attachment originates in craving, and craving originates in ignorance. To cease from suffering, cease from attachment; to cease from attachment, cease from craving; to cease from craving, cease from ignorance."
The eternal conflict is learn and grow or suffer. The path of the spiritual warrior includes surrender of personal ego to spiritual direction, surrender of what no longer serves you or Spirit, surrender of what is no longer true, surrender of what isn't loving and surrender of ignorance so we can be wise. On this path we will risk being misunderstood, hurt, not looking good or even feeling foolish. It means being willing to be a "learner" or "beginner" in life no matter what our earthly age.
The Avatars of this world were (and still are) spiritual warriors, as are our cultural heroes of every era. By joining the group of spiritual warriors today we work to help our own progress, we support others in what is good and we bless the world (and all the Universe).
The Great Awakening... ♥ Re-Post From 9/12/10
What an AMAZING message!!! Absolutely LOVED IT! ♥ Thanks to my dear friend Jeanette for sharing this video message with me! :)
Life is not a prison, it is a school. You are sent here to learn, you are sent here to grow. You are sent here to become more conscious, more AWARE.
The more you are moving towards your life’s fulfillment, the more your life becomes a rejoicing, a deep joy for no reason at all, a blissfulness so deep and so abundant that you can start sharing it with others. In fact, you have to share it with others because it is overflowing, you cannot contain it. ~ by Osho
I was asked earlier today if I was a follower of Osho. My answer is no, I'm not a follower of anybody on this terrestrial plane. I am connected to my Source, the Creator of all living beings. I enjoy reading what he has to share, his take on life and spirituality. Just like many others that I respect. This is positive food/nourishment for our spirit. It's important to care for ourselves regularly: mind body and spirit. What we take in shows through. Our thoughts and feelings create our reality. That is why it is important that we are CONSCIOUS of what we are feeding our senses. Balance is the KEY.
A person experiences life as something separated from the rest - a kind of optical delusion of consciousness. Our task must be to free ourselves from this self-imposed prison, and through compassion, to find the reality of Oneness.~ by Albert Einstein
I received this pretty awesome message today through a facebook application called Message from God that I want to share with you. Perhaps this is something you need to hear.
"On this day, God wants you to know... that change is the very nature of life, - welcome it. No glass ever became sand again; No bread ever became wheat; No ripened fruit ever became a flower. Welcome change, and choose what kind of glass you create, what kind of bread you bake, what kind of fruit you harvest."
I'm soooo ready! and so the creating and transformation continues... I embrace it. Thank you God for giving me the ability to enjoy the constant growing reshaping refining process through You. ♥
UPDATE 10/10/15: I first shared this message with you five years ago. I had no idea what kind of transformation I was going to go through. Apparently my soul did, and accepted the challenge with excitement lol Looking back now, I am grateful I said yes to the Universe. This past five years has forced me to grow every which way imaginable. This past five years has also proven to me that no matter what my circumstances look like, God Almighty will never leave me nor forsake me. Father God has been the only stable, secure force in my life. When all hell broke loose in my life, and there was no one I could turn to on earth for help, I was forced to rely on God for 100% of my survival. I give God all the glory. Father God has been my anchor, providing me with His strength, courage, wisdom, comfort, peace, love, and joy. ♥
The ONE thing I am absolutely secure in and that nobody can take away from me is God's love for me and my love for God. My experience is mine alone and nobody can ever ever change that...

Now I'm Watching On a Clear Day You Can See Forever... ♥ (1970)
Hmm... I think after bawling my eyes out watching Somewhere In Time just now, I need to watch this classic lighthearted feel good movie. This is number two on my list of movie favorite's! Love everything about it. It's another masterpiece that resonates with my spirit. I still have it on VHS lol need to upgrade this vid to DVD. Hope you're having a fun relaxing Friday evening too. Sending you lot's of love and giving you a great big hug. ;)
On A Clear Day (You Can See Forever)
by Barbra Streisand
On a clear day
Rise and look around you
And you'll see who you are
On a clear day
How it will astound you
That the glow of your being
Outshines every star
You'll feel part of every mountain sea and shore
You can hear
From far and near
A word you've never, never heard before...
And on a clear day...
On a clear day...
On a clear day...
You can see forever...
And ever...
And ever...
And ever more. . .
Watching My Favorite Movie, Somewhere In Time On DVD. I'm A Huge Fan. I Know Every Little Bit Of Minutia About This Cult Classic...♥
It's one of those late nights I just want to cuddle on the couch and watch my favorite movies. This movie tops my list. I wish Somewhere In Time would get more air time on any of the networks so a whole new generation can be touched by this masterpiece.
The video above is one of my favorite scenes from this timeless classic. This movie was not a big hit when it was first released in 1980. In fact, it was a flop. But years later, those who were deeply touched by this movie turned it into a cult movie and now have a huge following. Avid fans meet annually at The Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island, Michigan where this movie was filmed. The soundtrack is AMAZING too! I still want to cry when I hear Rachmaninov: Rhapsody On A Theme Of Paganini by John Barry. In this scene, one of the main characters named Elise Mckenna, played by Jane Seymour, has re-written the entire first scene from the play she is acting in. Her heartfelt message is for Richard Collier, played by Christopher Reeve, who is sitting in the audience taken totally by surprise.

"The man of my dreams is almost faded now. The one I have created in my mind. The sort of man each woman dreams of in the deepest and most secret reaches of her heart. I can almost see him now before me. What would I say to him if he were really here? Forgive me. I've never known this feeling, I've lived without it all my life. Is it any wonder, then, I failed to recognize you? You've brought it to me for the first time. Is there any way that - that I can tell you how my life has changed? Any way at all to let you know what sweetness you have given me? There is so much to say. I can't find the words, except for these... I love you. And that's what I'd say to him if he were really here."
I'll be watching this tonight for the gazillionth time. In heaven. :) ♥
Oh and one more thing before I log off. You must watch this movie from the very beginning. This story begins as soon as you hear the music playing and people chatting. I already have goosebumps just thinking about it. See you later alligators. :)

Off The Wall
~ by The Legendary King of Pop, Michael Jackson
When The World Is On Your Shoulder
Gotta Straighten Up Your Act And Boogie Down
If You Can't Hang With The Feeling
Then There Ain't No Room For You This Part Of Town
'Cause We're The Party People Night And Day
Livin' Crazy That's The Only Way
So Tonight Gotta Leave That Nine To Five Upon The Shelf
And Just Enjoy Yourself
Groove, Let The Madness In The Music Get To You
Life Ain't So Bad At All
If You Live It Off The Wall
Life Ain't So Bad At All
(Live Life Off The Wall)
Live Your Life Off The Wall
(Live It Off The Wall)
You Can Shout Out All You Want To
'Cause There Ain't No Sin In Folks All Getting Loud
If You Take The Chance And Do It
Then There Ain't No One Who's Gonna Put You Down
'Cause We're The Party People Night And Day
Livin' Crazy That's The Only Way
So Tonight Gotta Leave That Nine To Five Upon The Shelf
And Just Enjoy Yourself
C'mon And Groove,
And Let The Madness In The Music Get To You
Life Ain't So Bad At All
If You Live It Off The Wall
Life Ain't So Bad At All
(Live Life Off The Wall)
Live Your Life Off The Wall
(Live It Off The Wall)
Do What You Want To Do
There Ain't No Rules It's Up To You
(Ain't No Rules It's All Up To You)
It's Time To Come Alive
And Party On Right Through The Night
(All Right)
Gotta Hide Your Inhibitions
Gotta Let That Fool Loose Deep Inside Your Soul
Want To See An Exhibition
Better Do It Now Before You Get To Old
'Cause We're The Party People Night And Day
Livin' Crazy That's The Only Way
So Tonight Gotta Leave That Nine To Five Upon The Shelf

Why Challenges Are Essential...
I have heard an ancient parable--it must be very ancient, because God used to live on the earth in those days. One day a man came to him, an old farmer, and he said, "Look, you may be God, and you may have created the world, but one thing I must say to you: you are not a farmer. You don't know even the ABC of farming. You have something to learn."
God said, "What's your advice?"
The farmer said, "You give me one year's time, and just let things be according to me, and see what happens. There will be no poverty left!"
God was willing, and one year was given to the farmer. Naturally, he asked for the best, he thought only of the best--no thunder, no strong winds, no dangers for the crop. Everything was comfortable, cozy, and he was very happy. The wheat was growing so high! When he wanted sun, there was sun; when he wanted rain, there was rain, and as much as he wanted. This year everything was right, mathematically right. But when the crops were harvested, there was no wheat inside.
The farmer was surprised. He asked God, "What happened? What went wrong?"
God said, "Because there was no challenge, because there was no conflict, no friction, because you avoided all that was bad, the wheat remained impotent. A little struggle is a must. Storms are needed, thunder, lightning is needed. They shake up the soul inside the wheat."
This parable is of immense value. If you are just happy and happy and happy, happiness will lose all meaning. It will be as if somebody is writing with white chalk on a white wall. Nobody will ever be able to read it. You have to write on a black board, then it comes clear.
The night is as much needed as the day. And the days of sadness are as essential as the days of happiness. This I call understanding. Once you understand it, you relax--in that relaxation is surrender. You say, "Thy will be done." You say, "Do whatsoever you feel is right. If today clouds are needed, give me clouds. Don't listen to me, my understanding is tiny. What do I know of life and its secrets? Don't listen to me! You just go on doing your will." And, slowly slowly, the more you see the rhythm of life, the rhythm of duality, the rhythm of polarity, you stop asking, you stop choosing.
This is the secret. Live with this secret, and see the beauty. Live with this secret, and you will be suddenly surprised: How great is the blessing of life! How much is being showered on you every moment!

Self-Acceptance... Why It Is So Important For Your Well-Being! This Story Is Such A Beautiful Analogy ♥
You cannot improve upon yourself. And I am not saying that improvement does not happen, remember--but you cannot improve upon yourself. When you stop improving upon yourself, life improves you. In that relaxation, in that acceptance, life starts caressing you, life starts flowing through you. Nobody else has ever been like you and nobody else will ever be like you; you are simply unique, incomparable.
Accept this, love this, celebrate this--and in that very celebration you will start seeing the uniqueness of the others, the incomparable beauty of the others.
Love is possible only when there is a deep acceptance of oneself, the other, the world. Acceptance creates the milieu in which love grows, the soil in which love blooms.
I have heard:
A king went into his garden and found wilted and dying trees, shrubs and flowers. The oak said it was dying because it could not be tall like the pine. Turning to the pine, he found it drooping because it was unable to bear grapes like the vine. And the vine was dying because it could not blossom like the rose. He found Heart's-ease blooming and as fresh as ever. Upon inquiry, he received this reply:
"I took it for granted that when you planted me you wanted Heart's-ease. If you had desired an oak, a vine or a rose, you would have planted them. So I thought that since you put me here, I should do the best I can to be what you want. I can be nothing but what I am, and I am trying to be that to the best of my ability."
You are here because this existence needs you as you are. Otherwise somebody else would have been here!--existence would not have helped you to be here, would not have created you. You are fulfilling something very essential, something very fundamental, as you are. If God wanted a Buddha he could have produced as many Buddhas as he wanted. He produced only one Buddha--that was enough, and he was satisfied to his heart's desire, utterly satisfied. Since then he has not produced another Buddha or another Christ.
He has created you instead. Just think of the respect that the universe has given to you! You have been chosen, not Buddha, not Christ, not Krishna. You will be needed more, that's why. You fit more now. Their work is done, they contributed their fragrance to existence. Now you have to contribute your fragrance.
But the moralists, the puritans, the priests, they go on teaching you, they go on driving you crazy. They say to the rose, "Become a lotus." And they say to the lotus, "What are you doing here? You have to become something else." They drive the whole garden crazy, everything starts dying--because nobody can be anybody else, that is not possible.
That's what has happened to humanity. Everybody is pretending. Authenticity is lost, truth is lost, everybody is trying to show that he is somebody else. Just look at yourself: you are pretending to be somebody else. And you can be only yourself--there is no other way, there has never been, there is no possibility that you can be anybody else. You will remain yourself. You can enjoy it and bloom, or you can wither away if you condemn it.
Accept this, love this, celebrate this--and in that very celebration you will start seeing the uniqueness of the others, the incomparable beauty of the others.

Daily Mantra: I Am A Child Of The Most High God. No Weapon Formed Against Me Shall Prosper! ♥

And know with confidence, what the devil (dark forces) meant for evil in your life, God will turn the situation around for your good. ♥ The dark forces will do everything in their power to try to steal your joy, and break you down to make you doubt God's presence in your life. You have to absolutely refuse to let the enemy steal your joy, and refuse to let the enemy steal your faith. Remember the enemy (dark force) comes to steal, kill, and destroy you and wants you to abort your destiny. Even at your weakest moments, cry out to God, even in the form of a whisper, or heart signal to heaven. The Holy Spirit is your anchor who will keep you spiritually grounded, and who will comfort you even in your most trying times. You must keep your trust in God no matter what, most especially during the dark night of the soul. Surrender the situation(s) over to God literally visually hand it over to Him, and let God handle your enemies (dark forces). Meanwhile, you stay in good cheer knowing God is in control, and will always have the last word. God loves you soooooooooo much, unconditionally. It is the purest form of LOVE. Hold on to that knowing. It is your security while your walking through the valley of the shadow of death, while your standing tall on the mountaintop, and at all times in between.
KNOW WHO YOU ARE and KNOW WHO YOU BELONG TO.
Daily Mantra until it seeps into your spirit, your consciousness:
I am a child of the most High God.
I am God's perfect creation.
No weapon formed against me shall prosper.
I am protected by the shed blood of Jesus Christ, my Lord and Savior.
By His stripes I am healed, from the crown of my head to the soles of my feet, nothing missing and nothing broken.
What the devil meant for evil in my life, I know that God is going to turn the situation around for my good.
God said that I am the head and not the tail.
God said I am above and not beneath.
God said I am a victor and not a victim.
God said I am the lender and not the borrower.
I can do ALL things through Jesus Christ who strengthens me.
He that is in me is greater than he that is in the world.
God said He will never leave me nor forsake me.
I am the righteousness of God in Christ x3
I am blessed and highly favored because I am His beloved.
