USA: Mass Shooting At Baltimore Neighborhood Block Party. 30 Shot, 2 Murdered. Commie Dem Officials Are Appalled Deliberately Ignoring Fact Their NO BAIL NO JAIL POLICIES Are Responsible.

🚨NO WHITE SUPREMACISTS INVOLVED🚨

How much do you want to bet the 2 gunmen have a long criminal history and outstanding warrants and have been released back out to the streets several times. Then the Commie Democrats act shocked this is happening in their communities. SHOCKED. 🙄 I'm starting to sound like a broken record right? I'm just playing the song that your horrible city officials wrote. That sadly you have to live with until you finally decide you want to live in a safe neighborhood and want have city officials who are committed to making that happen. All those nice words of peace and love and community doesn't mean shit if they're allowing the opposite. They care more about the lives of the criminals they're protecting than the safety of your neighborhood. (emphasis mine)

👇 back to my regular spiel. 👇
Murder is already a crime. We don't have a gun problem. We have a lack of self-control problem, a criminal supremacists problem and a Commie Democrats local district attorney's, judges, parole officers soft on crime problem, not doing shit to catch the criminals as in crimes go unsolved, and when they do catch the criminals, they immediately release them back onto the streets to allow them to continue terrorizing the community. These same people siding with the criminals want to take away YOUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT to keep and bear arms in order to defend yourself, your business, your family and home against these criminal supremacists and a tyrannical government. Remember, criminals DO NOT obey laws. Therefore, criminals will have access to guns through gun trafficking venues and you will be left defenseless with no guns because the same government siding with criminals THEY'RE ALLOWING to terrorize you with guns said they wanted to keep you safe from guns. The anti-gun prosecutors are not even prosecuting gun crimes. But god forbid you kill an intruder, robber or rapist in self-defense in your home or on your private property, these same Commie Democrat district attorneys or prosecutors will charge you with murder and have you locked up for years in prison. BALTIMORE — The July 2 mass shooting at Brooklyn Homes was actually a series of shootings from separate locations, according to charging documents obtained Tuesday by 11 News.

The charging documents state there were at least three shooters involved and "numerous crime scenes" in a parking lot in front of Gretna Court, as well as the surrounding residential areas of the Brooklyn Homes community and other courts inside the community.

"At least three unknown individual(s) began to discharge firearms at the location, causing terror among the attendees of the event," the charging document states.

Thirty people were shot at an annual block party at 12:35 a.m. on July 2. Three victims remained at hospitals Friday, all in fair condition, police said. Two of the victims -- 18-year-old Aaliyah Gonzalez and 20-year-old Kylis Fagbemi -- died.

Police crime lab technicians found ballistic evidence from five locations in the areas of Eighth Street and Herndon, Glade, Cleve and Gretna courts, the document states. The evidence includes six fired .223-caliber rounds that "would be from a rifle-caliber weapon."

The teen's defense attorney, Michael Clinkscale, told 11 News: "They said that there were six casings found in what they referred to as a pool of blood. Well, what is significant for you guys to understand is that these six casings that they're talking about, they don't say that they came from whatever this young man possessed. They said that they came from this thing that this young man could have possessed."

Police are reviewing multiple CCTV cameras and videos posted to social media to piece together what happened.

The first and, so far, only person charged in the investigation, a 17-year-old boy, was captured on video surveillance in the area of the 800 block of Gretna Court in possession of a rifle-caliber pistol that was taken out of his backpack and shown to people nearby, the document states.

WBAL-TV 11 News is not identifying the teenager by name because he's currently charged in juvenile court.

The charging document states that one of the people injured in the mass shooting is the teenager who was charged. Police said the teen was interviewed twice: Once the day of the shooting and again the next day at the hospital. The document states that the teen confirmed he was wearing the same description of clothing and had the same description of backpack as the person seen in the social media video and on CCTV cameras, pulling out what appeared to be a rifle-powered handgun in the same area where the initial shooting occurred.

The charging document states that the teen arrived at the event with his backpack along with four other people.

The judge on Monday ordered the teen held without bail, saying he agreed with the state's attorney that the teen is a danger and threat to the community.

Defense: A gun was never recovered

Clinkscale told 11 News the evidence doesn't tie his client to the shooting because a gun hasn't been recovered.

"They said that these .223-caliber bullets could have come from a gun similar to what the young man (had), but the police don't have this, So, what are they talking about?" Clinkscale said.

Clinkscale claimed his client had a toy Orbeez gun that he dropped when he was shot in the leg while running away.

"In that video -- whatever it is that he was toying around with -- you don't see a single person in that video looking afraid and running around, but the minute a gun actually did come into existence, they dispersed," Clinkscale said.

Three of the weapons charges the teen faces require him to be charged as an adult. Clinkscale told 11 News that he filed a motion Tuesday morning to keep the teen in juvenile detention.

The City Council Public Safety and Government Operations Committee has scheduled a hearing about the mass shooting to take place Thursday.

Anyone with information is asked to call police at 410-396-2100 or Metro Crime Stoppers at 866-7LOCKUP. There is up to a $28,000 reward for any information that leads to an arrest and charges.
