CINCINNATI - A pop-up roller rink is opening in Cincinnati this weekend.
“If you were here yesterday, Court Street Plaza was just a street,” 3CDC senior event marketing manager Emily Stowe said. “We had our team come down here and the floor is actually made of a bunch of small tiles clicked together.”
Frisch’s and 3CDC are partnering to open the rink, and on Saturday, Frisch’s will be giving out free samples of its new line of Craft Butcher Burgers.
“This is a party 75 years in the making. It’s our 75th anniversary at Frisch’s and we’ve been planning for about a year for this roller rink,” Frisch’s VP of Marketing Jordin Nabi said.
The roller rink has nearly 9,000 square feet of space to skate around, and throughout the next several months, it will open at Court Street Plaza for various weekends.

Admission is $2 and skate rental costs $5.
Hours this weekend are:
Friday, May 27 from 4 to 8 p.m.
Saturday, May 28 from 12 to 8 p.m.
Sunday, May 29 from 12 to 8 p.m.
Monday, May 30 from 12 to 6 p.m.
The roller rink will then reopen the following weekends:
July 1-4
Aug. 5-7
Sept. 2-5
Sept. 30-Oct. 2
Oct. 28-30
