USA: Judge Refuses To Dismiss Felony Assault Charges Against Teacher Who Is A Violent Antifa Organizer. Another Antifa Thug Sentenced To Prison For Assaulting Trump Supporter.

Here is Yvette Felarca who is a Middle School Teacher and also an Antifa leader who advocates using violence to shut down speech she and her group do not agree with. She and her group in the video are the same people who were arrested in their 'empathy tent'. lol You have to watch Tucker Carlson interview her in this video. It's incomprehensible that this insane woman is a teacher.

Yvette Felarca is a leader of a Berkeley area Antifa group called By Any Means Necessary (BAMN). Last July Felarca was arrested on charges of inciting a riot and felony assault over an incident that took place in Sacramento in 2016. In February of this year, Felarca and two other Antifa defendants asked a judge to dismiss the charges on the grounds that she is the victim of a “political witch hunt” involving a cover-up and police collusion with fascist protesters. Today, County Court judge Michael Savage ruled the felony case against Felarca could proceed. From Berkeleyside:
[Judge] Savage did not accept the defense’s argument that the charges were discriminatory.

“Simply nothing in these exhibits supports the defendants’ claims…that they were unjustly or unfairly culled out,” he said in court…

“No one from my office really cares” about the defendants’ racial or political identities, said Paris Coleman, Sacramento County deputy district attorney. “That’s not why they were charged. They are captured on video committing crimes, unfortunately for them.”

After its lengthy investigation, the CHP submitted more than 100 arrest warrants from the rally, but the DA determined that most did not meet the office’s standards for filing charges, or were not backed by enough evidence, according to a statement by the DA. Coleman said the DA had the ethical obligation to go after the cases that could be proven, and nothing else…

Felarca’s attorneys have argued that the video showing her assault is inadmissible as evidence because it is “unauthenticated.”
The CHP spent eight months investigating what happened in Sacramento. The Associated Press reported last year that the CHP recommended bringing charges against over 100 people involved in the melee, but ultimately the DA only found evidence to support charges against four individuals:
The fighting broke out in June when about 30 members of the Traditionalist Worker Party were confronted by more than 300 counter-protesters. Fourteen people suffered stab wounds, cuts and bruises. Two of the injured survived critical stab wounds.

The CHP is seeking 68 felony charges and 514 misdemeanors against 106 individuals for activities ranging from unlawful assembly to assault with a deadly weapon…

Officials said their investigation was made more difficult because many counter-demonstrators wore masks, forcing them to review surveillance and social media videos to identify the attackers.

“Many of those deliberately disguised their identity and were difficult to locate. Many refused to cooperate with investigators,” CHP spokeswoman Fran Clader said.

The Traditionalist Workers Party had a permit for the rally, and more than 100 officers were present because of the expected counter-protest. Several observers who were not involved criticized officers for being too slow to intervene.
While I don’t think there was any police conspiracy going on here, it is unfortunate that police stood by and let this escalate. That’s the same sort of hands-off policing that resulted in disaster in Charlottesville. Police now acknowledge that the best way to prevent standoffs like this from escalating into violence is to keep the combatants separated at all times and clamp down on any scuffles that do break out.

Here’s the video showing Felarca attacking a member of the racist Traditional Worker’s Party. She shoves him, punches him and then her fellow Antifa goons take over, bringing him down to the ground before kicking and stomping him. This clip also shows Felarca celebrating her group’s victory later in the day. It’s hard to see how she’s going to get a pass on this.

A violent member of Antifa has been sent to jail for his assault on One America News reporter Jack Posobiec in DC last year.

Sydney Ramsey-Laree, 25, was originally sentenced to two years of probation for the assault, but was arrested yet again for public intoxication in December.

The popular right-wing reporter was on a corner speaking to members of Antifa when Ramsey-Laree punched him. Police immediately rushed to the scene and arrested him. The man immediately claimed self defense — but it was easily disproven by Posobiec’s video.
When the officer attempted to apprehend Ramsey-Laree for drinking in public, the violent anarchist ran from police.

“As I approached the males, they turned and looked at me and took off running. I yelled, ‘Stop, Police,'” the police report explained. “One male later identified as Sydney A. RAMSEY-LAREE from his VA learner’s permit, jumped down from the plaza onto the sidewalk holding what he was drinking in his hand. Once on the sidewalk I observed him throw to the ground a can of what I immediately identified as Budweiser.”

The officer reportedly yelled from him to stop once again, but Ramsey-Laree bolted across Pennsylvania Avenue and entered an active construction zone and hid under an active large construction crane. The officer fell as he attempted to jump over the fence to apprehend him and then became caught in a wire under the crane. Eventually, he turned to the officer who grabbed his arm, but continued to resist arrest.

A pipe to smoke marijuana was also found in one of his pockets.

“This is a message to all Antifa everywhere. When you resort to violence to attack the First Amendment, you will face law and order,” Posobiec told The Gateway Pundit. “We will arrange a meeting with you and the United States Federal Penitentiary System.”

Ramsey-Laree is now serving 60 days in jail.

Former Diablo Valley College adjunct professor Eric Clanton’s pretrial was moved after initially being set for Feb. 22.

Clanton was arrested in May 2017 for the April 2017 protests in Berkeley where an individual wearing a mask assaulted attendees of the “Patriot Rally” with a bike lock.

In May of 2017, Clanton was charged with four felony counts of assault with a deadly weapon and one misdemeanor offense of wearing a mask to avoid identification.

Clanton’s lawyer, Dan Siegel said that Clanton plead not guilty to all the charges.

The pretrial has been moved to April 5 at 9 a.m. at the Renรฉ C. Davidson Courthouse in Oakland.

A professor who has taught philosophy and ethics classes at San Francisco-area colleges was arrested on suspicion of using a metal bike lock to assault supporters of Republican President Donald Trump at a Patriot Day rally in Berkeley last month.

Investigators studied videos showing a hooded, masked man using a U-shaped metal bike lock to smash at least three Trump supporters in the head during the April 15 melee, police told the East Bay Times, causing “significant injuries.”

Eric Clanton faces three counts of suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon that isn’t a firearm and assault causing bodily injury, the Times said. He was in Berkeley Jail on Thursday in lieu of $200,000 bail and is scheduled for arraignment Friday morning in Oakland, the paper said.

Clanton, 28, was identified as the alleged bike-lock attacker on the 4Chan website soon after the incident in which leftist antifa counter-protesters clashed with Trump supporters, Berkleyside reported. Twenty people were arrested and 11 others were injured — seven of whom needed hospitalization, KPIX-TV said.

Berkeley Police Capt. Ed Spiller told Berkeleyside that Clanton had been under investigation for some time before his arrest on Wednesday and that law enforcement “obtained information from various sources” before seeking a warrant.

Police told KPIX that apprehending the bike-lock attacker was such a priority that homicide detectives were assigned to the case.

“You’re swinging a small metal object that can absolutely cause traumatic injuries,” Berkeley Police Lt. Kevin Schofield told the station.

Clanton began teaching at Diablo Valley College in Pleasant Hill, California, in 2015, Berkleyside reported, but was not active this semester. Clanton taught philosophy in the Contra Costa Community College District in 2015 and 2016.

“His work in political philosophy … centers on mass incarceration and the prison system,” his Diablo Valley faculty page entry read, Berkleyside reported, adding that the entry was later taken down. “He is currently exploring restorative justice from an anti-authoritarian perspective.”

Clanton was a candidate to teach another philosophy class at Diablo Valley this summer, KPIX reported.

Among the philosophy classes Clanton taught was “Introduction to Ethics,” a Diablo Valley spokesman told the station.

“We especially at Diablo Valley College received, in fact, hundreds of calls and emails concerning the hiring, that we have someone like this in front of our class, in front of our students, potentially dangerous,” spokesman Tim Leong told KPIX.
