It never fails, listening to Ella always calms my mind down, and relaxes me. I'm in heaven right now. Her voice is divine! Take a music break from all of the non-sense regularly! Try to incorporate music in your daily activities like when you're commuting, working, gardening, cleaning the house, hiking, walking, bicycling, working on the car, etc. AND most especially on the days you do nothing and simply relax. Catch my drift? ;)
