I absolutely loved reading this book. I read the entire book in one day back in 2007. It truly resonated with my spirit. I couldn't put it down. It's that great! :)

Living the Four Agreements: A life changing Journey

In the best selling book The Four Agreements don Miguel Ruiz gives four principles to practice in order to create love and happiness in your life. Awakening

In actuality the problem is not that you adopted the Four Agreements. Nor is the problem that you are a failure. What is really happening is that you are having an awakening. You are waking up to how your mind makes assumptions, has emotional reactions, and is so quick to make self judgments. These realizations about the belief system in your mind are not usually pleasant but are part of an awakening. It is usually uncomfortable realization, but through it your awareness is growing.

With some more awareness and practice you can move beyond this uncomfortable awakening about the mind. You will come to see that it is not You that is judging your self for failing. It is the inner judge. With practice you will see the ridiculous expectations and assumptions for what they are and not feel like a failure when you lapse in your journey to impeccability. This comes as you gain more awareness and gain more personal power over your agreements.

The Challenge of a Spiritual Warrior

Don Miguel refers to some of these challenges throughout the book. However, in the excitement of the Truth in what don Miguel writes, people often overlook where he points out that this endeavor is not easy. The agreements may be simple, but he never says they are easy to keep.

At the same time living the Four Agreements has taken me on the most rewarding and profound journey of happiness and fulfillment beyond anything I could have imagined. The hard work in the beginning is rewarded to me in every interaction every day of my life. This is a very big return for a small investment of time and effort.

Don Miguel refers to people who decide to adopt the Four Agreements and create love and happiness in their life as Spiritual Warriors. It is Spiritual because it is about living your Life. It is also referred to as a war because you are challenging the old fear based beliefs in your mind. It will take more than a week and a half to break free of fear, the tyranny of the inner judge, and old emotional habits. There will be some battles lost along the way, but that is of minor concern in the longer term strategy of creating happiness in your life.

The Quest for Personal Freedom

The quest of a Spiritual Warrior is for Personal Freedom. Personal Freedom means freedom from fear, illusions, and the fear based beliefs in the mind. In essence it means to win the war over the beliefs in the mind. It is with Personal Freedom that we are free of the human condition of emotional suffering. Spiritual traditions around the world have their own names for this state of awareness including nirvana and heaven. It is a state that is simply described as living your life with unconditional love, gratitude, and respect, for your self, and for others.

The Difference Between Being Nice and Being Kind

You’ve heard the phrase, “So-and-so is a really nice person,” and probably thought nothing of it. In my work, though, I think a lot about what it means to be “really nice” as I see a major distinction between being nice and being genuinely kind.

The way I understand it, kindness emerges from someone who’s confident, compassionate and comfortable with themselves. A kind person is loving and giving out of the goodness of their heart.

At the root of extreme niceness, however, are feelings of inadequacy and the need to get approval and validation from others.

Overly-nice people try to please so that they can feel good about themselves.

Genuinely kind people are giving because it’s in their nature to care, and since they have no ulterior motives, they aren’t concerned with whether or not other people like them.

Kind people can be assertive and set good limits. Nice people, on the other hand, bend over backward to be obliging.

They deal with potential conflicts by placating the other person because they can’t bear to have anyone upset with them.

Kind people have good self-esteem and because they love themselves as much as they care about others, they expect to be treated with respect.

Nice people are desperate for approval, so they’re often mistreated or taken advantage of.

Nice people tend to do too much for those who don’t deserve it and are easy prey for users. They get into co-dependent relationships in which they care-take others in the hopes of eventually being cared for themselves.

This co-dependent interaction, however, is a lose-lose for everyone involved. The nice person fails to get the love and approval they seek, and the person on the receiving end never feels like they’re getting enough care. Instead of being grateful, they become resentful toward the pleaser.

Kind people take responsibility for their own self-care. They’re generous, even altruistic, but don’t get caught up in a user-pleaser type of relationship.

The nice person is careful not to offend anyone and wouldn’t dream of expressing a “negative” emotion. They focus on being good to others, to the detriment of their own needs. In fact, they’re afraid to ask for what they want for fear of creating conflict.

Nice people stuff down their feelings, not wanting to be a bother to anyone, but the problem with this is that emotions can’t be kept down indefinitely.

Feelings and needs are meant to be expressed and when they’re repressed, they find another outlet.

Being nice, then, has unforeseen consequences: it’s painful to seek affirmation but receive contempt. Always holding back needs, feelings and opinions adds to their frustration.

Ultimately, the frustration grows into anger, but showing this anger is unacceptable to someone so invested in always being pleasant. They’re compelled to suppress any “bad” feelings.

As the nice person continues to please everyone and the anger simmers underneath the surface, the pressure builds up. At some point emotions begin to leak, in the form of snarky comments, whining, needling, sarcasm, passive-aggressive behaviour or even outbursts of rage.

When a nice person leaks resentment it’s usually met with surprise or with more anger, which reinforces their belief that anger should never be expressed.

A vicious circle is created in which the nice person pleases others, becomes resentful, represses and then leaks their anger and then represses their feelings some more. As a result, I believe they’ll often get caught up in addictive behaviours which are meant to compensate for their mounting frustration.

I have found that nice people will often turn to starchy, fatty or sugary “comfort foods” to help them to stuff down their anger and soothe their hurt feelings. They’ll sometimes abuse alcohol or turn to tranquillizers to anaesthetize their pain. Some will go on spending sprees, trying to buy themselves happiness.

The nice person is overly-invested in the emotional pay-off they’re hoping to achieve by pleasing and taking care of others.

They’re also unwilling to face how much hurt or anger they’re carrying. They’re resistant to changing their behaviour, despite the consequences of their compensatory addictions.

Kind people are happy people to begin with, and add to their happiness through acts of generosity and altruism. Nice people are needy people who inadvertently create more and more unhappiness for themselves.

The nice person has to understand that their self-worth can never be improved by being a pleaser. They must learn how to validate themselves independently of others, and let go of the co-dependent relationships which foster mutual animosity.

When the overly-nice person can let go of the urge to please, they’ll be able to identify their real needs and feelings and begin to take proper care of themselves.

They can find happiness in pursuing meaningful activities and relationships instead of giving too much, becoming resentful and developing nasty addictions along the way.

A pod of dolphins saved a group of swimmers from a great white shark off the northern coast of New Zealand, it was reported today.

The incident happened when lifeguard Rob Howes took his 15-year-old daughter Niccy and two of her friends swimming near the town of Whangarei, according to the Northern Advocate newspaper.

Mr Howes told the newspaper that the dolphins "started to herd us up, they pushed all four of us together by doing tight circles around us". He explained that, when he had attempted to break away from the protective group, two of the bigger dolphins herded him back.

He then saw what he described as a three-metre great white shark cruising toward them - but it appeared to be repelled by the ring of dolphins and swam away.

"It was only about two metres away from me, the water was crystal clear, and it was as clear as the nose on my face," he said. At that point, he realised that the dolphins "had corralled us up to protect us".

Another lifeguard, Matt Fleet, who was on patrol in a lifeboat, saw the dolphins circling the swimmers and slapping their tails on the water to keep them in place. He told the newspaper he also had a clear sighting of the shark.

"Some of the people later on the beach tried to tell me it was just another dolphin - but I knew what I saw," he said.

Expert Ingrid Visser, who has been studying marine mammals for 14 years, told the Northern Advocate that there had been reports from around the world about dolphins protecting swimmers.

She said that, in this case, the dolphins probably sensed the humans were in danger and took action to protect them.

Ms Visser, of the group Orca Research, said dolphins would attack sharks to protect themselves and their young.

It was past high noon as Shooting Star climbed the path to the Star Temple. She had waited for her sister Snowy Owl to arrive back from her meeting with the Council of Twelve so together they could do ceremony for this Full Moon but Snowy Owl had not yet returned. In the past Shooting Star would have felt lonely but this day she was connected to her heart center and felt a sense of inner peace. As she came closer to the entrance of the sacred space she heard voices. Two were female and one was male. Shooting Star knew the male voice could not be her friend Runs With The Salmon for he had returned to the other side of Turtle Island after the last New Moon. Who could be waiting for her she thought.

When she entered the Star Temple she saw Snowy Owl sitting with the Star Walkers Arista and Dauphin. It had been many Moons since they had visited and the young woman knew this Full Moon message would be very powerful. Even though the exact moment of Sister Moon’s fullness would not be seen because it was daytime the message could still be heard. As soon as Shooting Stat sat with the other three Sister Moon began to speak.

“I have asked Arista and Dauphin to travel from the far away time, where they have been guiding the two leggeds to an awakening of spiritual consciousness, so they could be here for this Moon celebration. Arista you give the gift of knowledge and wisdom of the Temple Priestesses and show the two leggeds the Rainbow Bridge of Healing. You are guided by the Goddess in all her forms. Dauphin you awaken the wounded masculine to the Healing found when they step onto the Rainbow bridge. You are guided by the Whales and Dolphins and remind the two leggeds that they must remember to sing again the ancient song that is their unique sound but creates the Music of the Spheres when all join together in Harmony”

Sister Moon paused for a moment and then spoke again “Snowy Owl you are the Holder of the Wisdom of Spiritual Truth. Shooting Star you are the guardian of the messages from the Animals and the Starry Ones. I ask that you join Arista and Dauphin and travel with them to the far away time to continue to awaken the spiritual consciousness of the human kingdom. The time ahead is filled with opportunities for a new way of being. But first the old way must be released. This Full Moon IS THE RAINBOW BRIDGE OF HEALING INTO THE ONENESS WHERE THERE IS NO SEPARATION ONLY UNITY. I and Grandfather Sun bless you on this journey.”

Snowy Owl and Shooting Star retrieved their magic flying capes from the Standing One who guarded them and followed Arista and Dauphin into the far away time to fulfill what Sister Moon had asked of them.

I did not think there would be a story this time. When I stopped “thinking” it flowed through, Arista and Dauphin have spoken to us before and it made me realize (again) that I want to put the stories together so they flow.

I feel blessed to have been chosen as the Story Teller. I have said before I don’t really write them I just let them flow through me. That is why I had to stop “thinking”.

In the northern hemisphere this is the last Full Moon of the South Direction, learning to listen to our intuitive knowing as our guide. In the southern hemisphere this is the last Full Moon of the North Direction, the place of stillness and transforming knowledge into wisdom. This Pisces Super Full Moon also completes the lessons we have been working on since the Pisces New Moon Eclipse of March 20. That was a Super New Moon with this message “this New Moon meeting is a time of completion. We are asking the two leggeds to heal the world wound by releasing the old ways and create space for the Oneness of All to be embraced. That can only be done through forgiveness and completion. Each individual who heals themselves helps heal the world. When all two leggeds understand and embrace this path, harmony and peace will be restored.” Well it seems we still have a long way to go.

Full Moons are a time of blossoming but also completion. Spiritually Super Moons are powerful influences. The theme for Moon in Pisces and Sun in Virgo is healing, forgiveness, completion, and release so we make space for the new that is on the horizon with the Virgo New Moon Eclipse on September 13. That New Moon emphasises the need for humanity to cross the Rainbow Bridge of Healing into Wholeness so harmony and peace will be available for all. Same message repeated because we have not mastered that yet. But we have lots of energy shifts in the next few months to help us do that. The Virgo Eclipse will influence us until Mar 08, 2016.

For the planetary dance things are fairly quiet at this Pisces Super Full Moon but we have to watch out for the quiet ones. Aug 29 is the tenth year anniversary of Hurricane Katrina hitting the US Gulf coast as a category 3 storm. New Orleans in particular is still recovering. That event showed us some people have compassionate hearts and others are only interested in what is best for them. It was not a Super Moon influence at that time but Uranus (hurricanes and lightning storms) was at 08 degrees Pisces. In our current Super Full Moon the planet Neptune is at 08 degrees Pisces. Neptune rules the oceans and the lands. We do have a hurricane threat in the Caribbean right now named Erica that is expected to hit the east coast of Florida Saturday or Sunday. My planetary guide often says “history does not repeat itself but it rhymes”.

Neptune is an important player at this Super Full Moon. He was sighted in Sept 1846 and given rulership over Pisces. Astrologer Alan Oken calls Neptune “The Light of Inspiration”. Neptune is associated with the visual arts, music, dance, and in modern times filmmakers, especially when he is in Pisces. In fact when he was sighted the whole art world changed. But he is also called the Dissolver and the planet of illusion. He rules drugs and alcohol, two methods of escapism. Neptune at 08 degrees Pisces is travelling with the Moon and the Earth at 06 degrees Pisces and is opposite Jupiter at 03 degrees Virgo who is travelling with the Sun at 06 degrees Virgo. So we have a double opposition. Oppositions ask us to find balance. With Neptune the tug of war is illusion or illumination.

Prior to the sighting of Neptune the planet Jupiter, growth and expansion of whatever we are focused on, was the ruler of Pisces. The opposition between Neptune and Jupiter is very powerful here because of their link to Pisces. This Full Moon gives us the opportunity to focus on our spiritual vision, become illuminated and be a teacher and Wayshower for others. The Sun/Moon are both square Pallas Athene at 12 degrees Sagittarius creating a T Square. The question is are you going to let someone or something block you from shinning your Light? Pallas Athene is spiritual warrior and Goddess of Wisdom. Be the spiritual warrior and share what you know and believe to help others on the path to Illumination.

The Virgo Sun is ruled by Mercury at 02 degrees Libra. The planet of our thoughts and perceptions has just passed over the Libra North Node (Aug 27) giving us all support to create a new relationship to self. The other rulers of Virgo are Chiron at 19 degrees Pisces, healing the world wound, and the Asteroid Vesta at 12 degrees Aries, embracing the Authentic Self. Vesta is square (finding new ways of doing things) Pluto at 13 degrees Capricorn (transforming society). All three are retrograde asking us to do the inner work of personal healing so we can cross the Rainbow Bridge into Wholeness and be Wayshowers for others.

Brown Bear, introspection and healing, guides us for the Sun in Virgo. Cougar, coming into your personal spiritual power, and Wolf, the teacher about the power of change, are the Animal Totems for the Moon in Pisces. Dolphins, along with Whales, are Sacred Animals for Pisces. All are working together to support your journey of healing, forgiveness, and completion. Now is the time to release whatever blocks you from your spirit and a sense of wholeness.

The Clan Mother for Virgo is Setting Sun Woman, the keeper of tomorrow’s dreams and vision. She is also the Guardian of going within to find your Inner Universe and personal truth. Her teaching is how to live that truth.

I believe the Pisces/Virgo Full Moon is the most spiritual of all Full Moons. Raven Kaldera in “Moon Phase Astrology” calls this the Healers Moon. This pairing of astrological signs is found on the Tarot Constellation of the Hermit, the principle of Introspection and Personal Integrity. Virgo is journeying within to heal our spirits and Pisces is journeying to Source to find our Divine Light and to shine it out into the world. Only when we heal old wounds is that possible. As we said earlier the theme for this Lunation is healing, forgiveness (ourselves and others), releasing old wounds, and completion, which leads to transformed new directions.

Virgo and Pisces are active on the 6th Ray of Idealism and Devotion. The Archangels of the 6th Ray are Uriel, peace, harmony and love, and Aurora Grace, divine blessings. They are also 2nd Ray signs. This is the Ray of Divine Love and Wisdom. As we said before I see Virgo as the Rainbow Bridge of healing showing us the path to illumination and enlightenment that Pisces offers. The Archangels who guide us are Jophiel, creative power and vision, and Constance Christine, inner perception and divine illumination. The theme of this full moon is FAITH and TRUST. What are you doing to deepen your spiritual practice and anchor a greater faith and trust in spirit? This is an important full moon as what you do with it has the potential to set you up either really well or not so well for some of the influences of the next few months

Rather than organizing, consolidating and prioritizing your external world, this time frame is more focused on organizing, consolidating and prioritizing your internal world. What is important? What do you value? What are you not paying enough attention to that serves as your foundation in this life?

With that said, it is also a beautiful time to spend in community and to allow yourself to receive the support around you that will help build that faith and trust. So use this full moon to get your internal and spiritual priorities straight, and set some practices in motion that will help you focus on building that important trust and faith in spirit. If you use this full moon time well, it will help you to transition through these last days of August with more focus.

We have a myriad of reasons to put our attention on this Virgo/Pisces Full Moon: The Jupiter/Neptune cycle, Full Moon, and the movement of the Nodes.

First, big planets are aligning with the Sun and Moon – Jupiter conjunct the Sun expanding Virgo energies at the same time as the Full Moon conjuncts Neptune deepening, deepening Pisces energies. Expect Full Moon energies to be greatly magnified by this joining of big planets with the Sun and the Moon. Jupiter is the traditional ruler of Pisces and Neptune the modern ruler (since its 1846 discovery). They will exactly oppose each other in their 13-year cycle in mid-September emphasizing the Virgo/Pisces continuum and making us really stretch to open our conscious awareness and our hearts even further and adapt to our changing worldly existence. This Full Moon is a prelude and initiation to that opening signified by Jupiter opposing Neptune in mid September while book-ended by solar and lunar eclipses.

Then, In November, the nodes will be changing to the themes of the Virgo/Pisces axis for 18 months to orient our growth in this same arena.

So what dynamics do Pisces/Virgo bring up for us? It’s the perfect right/left brain dichotomy, impressions vs. facts, wide-open sensitivity to all input visible and invisible vs. the precision and focused detail of the mind. A feminine water/earth polarity, both Pisces and Virgo are mutable signs meaning able to be flexible and integrate and even thrive on change. What makes them opposites is Pisces desire for unity and Virgo’s desire for discrimination.

Pisces as the last sign of the zodiac is sensitive to the wholeness and oneness of life, hence the most intuitive, creative and spiritual of the signs. Pisces brings us imagination, poetic fluidity, spiritual compassion.

Pisces’ spirituality and femininity is the healing antidote to the unraveling of the unbalanced masculine structures of our planet. Pisces teaches us about having faith in something greater than our egoic creations and how trust supports us in opening to the abundance of our divine natures. This is a hard sell if we are focused on the chaos of the news and the physical world and may seem naive and gullible of which Pisces is often accused. But Neptune in its own sign of Pisces now for the next 14 years (somewhere it hasn’t been in 165 years) is here to support us in dissolving the veils that separate us from a greater wholeness. Neptune’s action is to dissolve, merge, respond, surrender, sacrifice. What is intangible, illusionary, mystical, dreamt is Neptune’s gift and breeds healers, artists, martyrs, poets, dancers and visionaries. Idealistic? Yes, and prone to disappointment leading to escapist behaviors when overwhelmed – drugs, alcohol, vague confusion, worries and suffering, television – and the propensity to hide and keep secret these ‘self-undoing’ behaviors.

Neptune is within 2º of the Moon so all of the above qualities of Pisces will be greatly magnified and will extend beyond exact Full Moon. By mid September, Jupiter, newly moved to the sign of Virgo, will exactly oppose Neptune stretching us to higher frequencies, expanding our relationship to Spirit, and developing a trust that ‘everything’ will turn out perfectly.

What does Virgo bring to the equation as a balancing force? A strong mental focus because of its Mercury ruler, and a focus on the real world because of its earth element, along with some very practical work ethics for keeping the material world in working order such as organization, efficiency, discerning priorities, excellence at detailed tasks, skillful creativity and notable self discipline. Virgo stretches beyond the work world to craftsmanship and love and care of animals, nutrition, gardening, study, caring for others. Bottom line, Virgo is about work and health, and its relationship to the sixth house and a deep commitment to service will often find our Virgo selves opting for a crisis in work or an illness for a growth experience. This is how Virgo at times orients toward self improvement, purification, and adapting to circumstances. Virgo’s “consideration of others” and gentle and thoughtful nature is undeniable, but they are also considered “dry” as a temperament which means able to inhibit emotional reactivity which supports their ability to bring intellectual clarity and discernment to a situation.

Gift-giver, expansive Jupiter has just entered Virgo for one year. Jupiter helps us see how our beliefs and philosophical ideas shape our experience and give meaning to life. We draw down wisdom from the universe through Jupiter. This will be a year of making our lives much more functional, efficient and productive. And this week is the only time within that year when Jupiter gets the rocket boost of the Sun’s energy coupled with Neptune’s power. Use this for creativity, teaching and learning, for healing work and aligning with Spirit, surrendering the non useful, and readying your life for new, unfathomable relationship with that which is greater than personality. Expansion has already begun; personality, not happy.

Pisces is ever ready to support Virgo projects. Don’t let dreams, synchronicities, signs and hunches or ‘funny feelings’ pass you by and rely on your spiritual practices, contemplation and dreams for balance and guidance. Develop your trust and faith and “learn to walk the mystical path with practical feet”.

Venus and Mars have just become ‘morning stars’ and are rising in the East at dawn. They are anchoring a Grand Trine in Fire Signs along with Vesta and Pallas Athena all at 13º. Venus and Mars in Leo activate our leadership, delight in self expression and relationship to personal power. Vesta brings the virgin quality of being whole onto ourselves, strengthening our personal commitment and focus, while Athena helps us use the quantum creativity channels of the mental realms to attain our goals and manifest with ease. Fire signs inspire us and give enthusiasm, self confidence and energy. Venus and Mars are making three conjunctions, this being their second and the third will appear in late October ~ a long dance of union between the masculine and feminine archetypes.

The tiny bird decided it was above the game

This tiny owl may be cute, but don’t let it fool you: it has more sass in its little talon than a Colorado sheriff’s deputy.

Boulder County Sheriff’’s Deputy Sophie Berman came across a wee owl in her patrols on Tuesday and got into a staring contest with the bird while filming it, the Associated Press reports. Her feathered foe stood unwavering for several minutes, making clicking sounds in response to Berman’s words. Finally, the owl decided it was above the game and turned its back on Berman and flew away.

The Boston Police Department arrested two gunmen who threatened “violence” at the city’s Pokemon World Championship, the BPD announced Sunday.

Kevin Norton, 18, and James Stumbo, 27, were both arrested and charged with unlawful possession of a firearm on Friday.

The incident began developing on Thursday, when security officers at the Hynes Convention Center—host of the Pokemon World Championships—contacted the Boston Regional Intelligence Center (BRIC) about threats made on social media against attendees.

Norton and Stumbo, who had driven in from Iowa, were stopped from entering the event when officers found several firearms in their car. The pair was unable to provide a license to carry; after being held, they were released.

A search of the vehicle on Friday turned up some disturbing arsenal, including shotgun, a rifle, several hundred rounds of ammunition, and a hunting knife. Norton and Stumbo were arrested Friday night in what city officials hailed as a “great job in the stop and prevention of a potential tragedy.”

Firefighters battling a wildfire in Arizona received a much-needed glimmer of hope this week after encountering a furry survivor who managed to escape the flames.

Crews from the Desert Hills Fire Department (DHFD) were fighting a section of the 7,000-acre fire near Lake Havasu City when, much to their surprise, a lone donkey — frightened but alive — emerged from the burning forest. Amazingly, he seemed to understand the firefighters could help, which they did by cooling his singed body with water from their hose.

"We have many wild donkeys living in the area, so we're very used to them here. They're normally quite skittish, but this one was not," DHFD administrator Jeanne Kentch told The Dodo. "This one followed the firefighters. It's like he knew, 'If I stick with you, I'll be safe.' He kept following them around."

It's unclear whether the donkey is feral, or if he escaped from a farm behind the fire line. But his friendly presence there amid so much devastation quickly found the animal a place in the hearts of rescue crews.

"Our firefighters have seen a lot of animals that were killed in the fire, so the situation has been hard on these guys," Kentch said. "The donkey has really boosted their spirits. He really made their day."

The donkey has since been evacuated to safety. If no owner comes forward to claim the animal, the American Wild Horse Sanctuary in California has volunteered to give her a home, founder Neda DeMayo confirmed to The Dodo.

An animal rights group has filed a legal challenge to a planned roundup of wild horses in Arizona, arguing the government has failed to determine whether these horses actually need to be removed.

Friends of the Animals sued the U.S. Forest Service on Friday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona after the government issued a notice at the end of July authorizing the impoundment of horses in Tonto National Forest for up to a year.

Classified by the Service as "unauthorized livestock," these wild horses could be offered for sale and may end up slaughtered for meat, Friends of Animals said in their complaint.

"Actions to remove wild horses from the Tonto National Forest could have a significant effect on the surrounding environment and on the many people that study, view and document the herd," the group said in its complaint, noting that wild horses have roamed the area since at least 1890.

Government roundups of wild horses often spur intense opposition from animal advocates and other conservation groups.

Republican Sens. John McCain and Jeff Flake, both of Arizona, have also raised concerns about the roundup challenged in the complaint. The lawmakers sent a letter to the service in early August, asking the agency to hold off on gathering any horses until there has been "sufficient public engagement."

Friends of the Animals argue the government issued its impoundment notice in the Arizona Capitol Times on July 31 without any prior notice to the public.

Under the federal Wild Horse Act, passed in 1971, the government can remove wild horses only if it determines that there is an overpopulation of horses in the specified area and the action is necessary to maintain an "ecological balance."

The animal group said the government did not offer any explanation about why the horses in Tonto National Forest were not covered by the Wild Horse Act.

The government also did not undertake any analysis of the environmental impacts of the horse roundup, which is a violation of the National Environmental Policy Act, according to the group.

The Forest Service did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

TOKYO, JAPAN- ANA, Japan’s largest airline, announced that two more of its planes will be decorated with Star Warscharacters as part of an agreement with The Walt Disney Company.

ANA also announced the Star Wars ANA Jet, which will showcase both BB-8 and R2-D2 on the outside of a Boeing 767-300.

These Star Wars themed planes will join the previously announced R2-D2 ANA Jet, a Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner.

Through this combination of characters, ANA hopes to welcome more passengers of all ages from around the world.

ANA launched the Star Wars Project in April 2015 after signing a five year promotion license contract for the Star Wars brand.

As part of the agreement, the ANA Star Wars planes’ will also display in-flight decorations, such as headrest covers, paper napkins and cups featuring Star Wars characters - more details will be announced at a later date.

The three Star Wars jets will fly international and domestic routes.

On October 18, the R2-D2 ANA Jet is scheduled to go into service on international routes, initially as flight NH116 between Tokyo and Vancouver, and then fly between Japan and other cities in ANA’s robust international network including the US (Seattle and San Jose), Europe (Munich, Paris and Brussels), Australia (Sydney), China (Beijing), and Indonesia (Jakarta).

“We’re thrilled to unveil the designs of our new Star Wars themed planes, and I’m sure fans across the world will love the look,” said Osamu Shinobe, President and CEO of ANA. “At ANA we pride ourselves on offering the best possible flight experience, from the ANA Star Wars Project and our extensive in-flight entertainment options, to our peerless, award-winning in-flight service, dining options created by Michelin-starred chefs and wines chosen by our discerning sommeliers.
