USA: CA Police Spying On Medical Pot Users

Kevin Ford is still waiting for his court date. He claims he was pulled over in late January in the city of Murrieta, after leaving the marijuana dispensary where he volunteers.

Ford says he was pulled over for no legitimate reason. Police say he didn't signal correctly. He was arrested and charged with misdemeanor drug possession because of two vicodins he had. His car was impounded and a GPS device was later found stuck on his gas tank.

The issue is more than medical marijuana it's about our privacy rights. Or as Phil puts it "or at least what we used to think of as our rights of privacy."
