I was cleaning out my closet and came across a shoebox filled with an old collection of Creative Thought magazines dating back to the late 1990's. And yes, before you ask, the magazine's are small enough to fit in a shoebox lol ;) I'd like to share one of the daily devotionals from the December 1998 issue. Enjoy! ♥
My Only Belief is in God

There is only God, and I believe only in God. I open my whole being to the Presence of Spirit. Any thought, any residue from the past that is not in accordance with my wishes is now released. False opinions formed in childhood or created from past experience now dissolve, and my whole being is flooded with Light.
My only belief is in Spirit, manifesting through me in a song of praise, love and gratitude. I hear the song of Spirit in friends who call as an expression of love, each one connecting creatively with me. I know and sense the totality of God streaming forth in me, from me, to me and as me.
Only joyful and fruitful experiences occur in my life, for I am one with All, open to ever greater possibilities, and so it is.
