CNN's Sanchez: "What If, As An American, I Don't Agree With Progressive Values Mr. President?!"

I shared this video with my friends on Facebook yesterday and this is what I wrote, "WOOOOOOW! I am truly blown away. Horray! I believe that Rick Sanchez from CNN has woken up. Thank you God!!!!!!! FYI: Progressive is code for Socialist!

Have you ever listened to this guy before? Before this video... Rick Sanchez has skewed everything he has reported to show Obama in a favorable light. In the same manner that Olbermann and Maddow do. Now he's critisizing them. That's what caught me by surprised. He's AWAKE apparently.

Matthews, Olberman and Maddow have visited the White House and met with President Obama and his staff often to get the scoop on what they are supposed to be reporting. In other words, they are NOT working in the public interest BUT they are clearly working in president Obama's interest. That is UNETHICAL and not journalism."

Then today I find out that Rick Sanchez was FIRED and this was my response, "This is the guy I posted the video on yesterday who FINALLY CAME FORWARD about MSNBC pushing PROGRESSIVE (socialist) VALUES for the president. COINCIDENCE? I THINK NOT!"

I've typed a transcript below for those of you who are unable to play the video:

This comment from Deputy White House Secretary Bill Burton, you ready? Here it is, "If you're on the left, if you're somebody like Keith Olbermann or Rachel Maddow or one of the folks who keep our government honest and pushes and prods to make sure that folks are true to progressive values, then he (Obama) thinks that those folks provide an invaluable service." Now I'm not sure if either Olbermann or Maddow is happy about Burton's comment. We tried calling them today for a comment about this segment and so far we've heard nothing back. But essentially what's going on here is in an effort to praise them, Burton has actually revealed MSNBC's BIASED. Or at least what the White House perceives as their BIASED. It's right there, I mean that's what he's saying, pushing and prodding PROGRESSIVE VALUES is an invaluable service. What if as an American I don't agree with PROGRESSIVE VALUES Mr. President?!?!

CNN newscaster Rich Sanchez has been fired. The news comes one day after Sanchez appeared on Pete Dominick's Sirius radio show, where he called "The Daily Show's" John Stewart a "bigot" (he later amended the term to "prejudicial") and suggested that "everybody who runs CNN" was Jewish.

Today, CNN released a statement noting that "Rick Sanchez is no longer with the company. We thank Rick for his years of service and we wish him well."

CNN did not disclose whether Sanchez's comments were cause for letting him go. But the radio interview was just the latest in a history of incendiary quotes from the newscaster, who has gotten into trouble for calling Obama a "cotton-pickin' president," misquoting Rush Limbaugh, and not understanding the metric system.

The network says it will broadcast "CNN Newsroom" from 3-5pm in the place of Sanchez's daily show "for the foreseeable future."
