How the heck do you people sleep at night? Knowing damn well you are LYING through your teeth every time you open your mouth. You clearly have absolutely NO CONSCIENCE and NO HEART! Have you NO SHAME at all?The American public does not want a fast talking salesman or saleswoman working for us anymore. The American public has had ENOUGH of listening to you try to push one proposal after another without ever presenting a SOLID DETAILED BUSINESS PLAN to us. Talk is CHEAP! What's worse is neither of you even know what's really in the bills you vote for and the President signs into law!!! You are like a car salesman or saleswoman who tries to sell a car by directing me to the sound system and other gadgets. That's fine and dandy. However, all I really care about is the car's performance, the price and the DETAILS of the auto loan contract. If you intend to continue giving me the run around and not answer any of my questions, I will gladly leave and take my business elsewhere. I feel as if you have been trying to sell a Porsche 911 Turbo to the American public. Yet underneath the VENEER it really is a Ford Pinto with the price tag of a Porsche. Although you want the American public to BELIEVE that they can get this so-called Porsche with a $100 monthly payment. A sow's ear dressed up to look like a silk purse is STILL a sow's ear!
While I am on this subject, let me give you another example of who you remind me of: The loan officers, mortgage brokers and agents. Those of you in Washington and your many cohorts are trying to push this healthcare proposal in the same manner these loan people pushed the option arm negative amortization loans. Almost everybody excluding myself made it their life mission to sell the minimum payment associated with this loan program. Never ONCE explaining the CONTRATUAL TERMS of this loan. The masses actually believed they could get a $500,000, that's a half a million dollar mortgage loan for $1,200 per month. The American public wasn't aware that the banks were paying all salespeople the HIGHEST COMMISSION for pushing this one product. The banks are responsible for enabling by way of compensation the corruption, greed and massive fraud associated with the lending implosion.
Millions of people were FOOLED into this home loan not knowing that as long as they continued to pay the minimum payment at 1% locked in for five years, the difference of this payment and the actual interest only payment was being applied back to their principle balance! Therefore, when the floor fell out from under the lending industry, and values of homes began to drop these people could not even afford the interest only payment. Why? Well because the con-artist in the industry lied about the homeowner's income on the mortgage documents in order to qualify them. However, told the homeowners that they were being qualified for a 5 year fixed rate at 1%, which was the minimum payment. So the homeowner saw their home values drop at the same time watching their principle balance increase. They were all basically screwed and many of them took out a mortgage at 100% of the purchase price. To make matters worse, the homeowners could not get refinance because they now owed more than their house was WORTH! This was the major cause of the massive foreclosures across America.
There is one last thing I would like to point out how I've heard many placing blame on the white man. Well, for your information the banksters needed a sales force to push their loan products onto the unsuspecting public. As an insider, I discovered that most people ONLY did business with their own kind. Therefore, white loan officers screwed their white clients and black loan officers screwed their black clients and hispanic loan officers screwed their hispanic clients and russian loan officers screwed their russian clients and asian loan officers screwed their asian clients and armenian loan officers screwed their armenian clients etc. I hope you catch my drift. Everybody financially screwed their own kind!!! So if you are going to blame anybody for the financial mess, I suggest you start looking within your very own communities.
Have you wondered why the inner cities across America have remained the same? It's not for the reason's you've been told blaming the white man. The hard cold truth is because of the politicans you voted for in those districts who pretend to be working for you, they are great speakers, all the while hoping to remain long lasting self-serving con-artist. Praying you don't start asking tough questions and if you do they'll just blame the white man for all of your community problems. They would never dare take RESPONSIBILITY for the position you placed them in.
