USA: UNREDACTED Audio Distress Call Proves Nolan Wells Returned On The Boat DEAD The Day His So-Called Friends Claimed He Stayed Behind. Throat, Lungs Not Sent W/Body For Independent Autopsy.

Warren Hudson was interviewed by Officer Tatum in an attempt to exonerate himself. However, he actually incriminates himself throughout that interview. And I want to make clear that it was the authorites, mainly the local Sherrif who announced ONE HOUR AFTER Nolan Wells body was found 2 days later mind you the morning of July 6th, that Nolan Wells case "was an accidental drowning" and "no signs of foul play" MERELY BASED ON him talking to Warren and the other people that went to Horn island on that boat with Nolan Wells. Sure, these people are considered witnesses. But if Nolan was left behind by these "friends", then how would they know it was an accidently drowning and no signs of foul play if they were not with Nolan? Come on. AND MORE IMPORTANTLY, how would the local Sheriff? If Nolan was left behind wouldn't the Sheriff want to know who Nolan was last with on that island? or wouldn't the Sheriff want to know if Nolan left on another boat who was Nolan with? Wouldn't the local Sheriff want to wait for an official autopsy before making that conclusion an hour after finding Nolan's body on the shore not floating in the water. Nolan's body was on the shore right at the water line according to United Cajun Navy leader who also added that it appeared Nolan's body did not look bloated after Nolan was supposedly at sea for 2 days. According to Google AI, warm water like the water around Horn Island, speeds up the bloating process and outer layers of the skin start to peel off for being in the water for 2 days. And no mention of how the marine scavengers affected Nolan's body in the sea off of Horn Island, MS and after Nolan's body supposedly washed up on the shore.

1) What stood out to me was when Warren said his buddy was shouting at Nolan to get on the f-ing boat several times because the boat was sinking and they needed to leave. Then added that Nolan said he was going stay behind to leave on another boat. But then Warren totally contradicts himself when he brought up that his buddy who knows Katy called Katy to find out if Nolan was with her and she told his buddy that the last time she (Katy) saw Nolan was around 3pm when they were shouting at Nolan to get on the boat and Katy said that's when Nolan said good-bye to her because he had to get on the boat.
2) If you were going to stay behind to hang out with other friends and leave with other friends, wouldn't you make sure you grabbed your belongings from the boat you came on? Wouldn't you especially grab your cell phone and house/car keys from the boat you came on? Because when you get back to the mainland, you're going to need your cell phone to call for a ride back home or to pick up your car or to call your mom to check in with her? Your cell phone is your lifeline period. Just to have on you in case of emergency.
3) The distress call was made around 4:30pm on July 4th. However, as I said earlier Warren said his buddy was shouting at Nolan Wells to get on the f-ing boat because the boat was sinking AND Warren CONFIRMS in his interview with Officer Tatum that his buddy talked to Katy the next day July 5th to find out if Nolan Wells was with her and Katy said NO, the last time she saw Nolan Wells was around 3pm when his friends were shouting to get on the boat and Nolan Wells said good-bye I have to get on the boat. That means his friends boat and Katy's boat were close together. So Katy saw Nolan get on his friends boat with Warren.
4) So, ask yourselves, if the boat was sinking at the time Warren said his buddy was shouting at Nolan Wells to get on the f-ing boat which Katy said was around 3pm, first of all why the heck would they be leaving the island IF THE BOAT WAS SINKING? That makes no sense. In other words, why are you going to drive the boat into deeper water if the boat is sinking at the shore? Wouldn't you stay close to shore or at the shore so you can wait on dry land while you wait for help to get the boat towed back to the mainland? And second, Katy said Nolan left her to get on the boat at 3pm because his friends were shouting at him to get on the f-ing boat. BUT BUT BUT... the distress call was made around 4:30pm North Northwest OFF THE TIP of Horn Island. That's an hour and a half later.
5) I have a video I'm going to upload here in a minute that shows two people with nautical experience that clearly state that the boat owner and captain are liable for everyone that left the mainland on that boat on July 4th.
6) Warren made an unconscious/consious statement during the Officer Tatum interview. He said, "Why didn't Nolan just wake up." Why would he say such a thing if his story is that Nolan stayed behind to be with Katy and Nolan said he was going to catch a ride on another boat WITHOUT his cell phone and without his home/car keys.
7) I forgot to mention, Warren told Officer Tatum when they went to visit Horn Island to continue the interview, Warren said, "Obviously we were in an emergency, the boat, we were trying to save the boat. It's not like we didn't ask Nolan or we just left Nolan. Nolan decided to stay on the island with the girl that he was with AND THE GIRL IS A WITNESS TO THAT TOO." Say what? But Warren told us in another part of the Officer Tatum interview that his buddy called Katy the next day July 5th because his friend knew her to ask if Nolan was with her AND Katy told his buddy that Nolan was not with her. The last time she saw Nolan was at 3pm when the friends were yelling at Nolan to get on the f-ing boat and Nolan said good-bye I have to get on the boat.
8) Warren told Officer Tatum in the exclusive interview on Horn Island "I grabbed my cell phone when we left the beach to get on the boat with Wyatt because we were having boat issues." And in another part of the Officer Tatum interview I type a transcript of what Warren said,
"my buddy Wyatt pulled the plug and we planed off. We moved all the weight to the front of the boat to plane off. Eventually we planed off. So when you're planed off and you have water in the boat and you're hauling, we're going pretty fast, probably 40-42 mph. So all that access water that was built up on the boat was coming out of the boat. So I mean that's what we had to do. SO WE RAN INTO FORT BAYOU. We didn't run straight to my buddy's grandparents house. We ran into Fort Bayou. A couple of us jumped into the water and Wyatt, the whole reason to stop was to so Wyatt could hop in and to put the plug back in the boat. So then after that we docked it and I went back to my buddy's house and we ate and napped for a little bit. It was a long day at the island. We were all tired. Eventually we go over a girlfriend of mine she was having people over for 4th of July we're doing fireworks and stuff. We all went over there to swim and hang out. I never got in the pool. I talked to her dad for awhile. I mean all my friends were downstairs. I was upstairs talking to her dad. We were talking about boats and stuff. I mean I had been with my friends all day. I was just talking to everybody. I went back downstairs and all my friends are just hanging out. My buddy Wyatt talking about Nolan and I was just like, "Well where is Nolan have you heard from him? and he was like, "No we haven't." And I was like,"Okay well." It's a little concerning like I mean I'm not freaking out or anything but like I'm trying to find where Nolan is. So I texted Jevon and I was like hey and also a couple other buddies that I had at the island. I was like, "Hey have you all seen Nolan? Did he ride in with yall?" And all of them said no." So I texted Jevon and I was like, "Hey can you send me Ms. Christine's number?" Because I hadn't heard from Nolan and if she hasn't heard from Nolan, I'm calling the Coast Guard.
WAIT A MINUTE RIGHT THERE. How the hell does Warren think Nolan is going to be able to call anybody if they admit they kept Nolan's phone on the boat? OR I should say based on their story, they knowingly let Nolan Wells stay behind on an island without his cell phone. And Nolan's mom's friend would later retrieve Nolan's cell phone that was kept inside one of their homes. So they brought Nolan Wells' cell phone into their home from the boat.
"Jevon sends me her number. I walk down to the dock because there was a lot of people there. There's not a lot but there was probably 15 of our friends there and I was like walk down to the dock with a couple of my buddy's. I called Ms. Christine. I called her the first time she didn't answer. I called her a 2nd time and I got on the phone with her and I asked her if she heard from Nolan? She said no and I said alright don't freak out I'm going to call the Coast Guard. This was about 11 o'clock.
Officer Tatum asked Warren. So what's your intent on calling the Coast Guard? Nolan can be with a chick or he could be with somebody else. He could have gone back with somebody. What made you concern enough you felt like you couldn't wait it out anymore you had to call the Coast Guard?
"Well, I mean, like I said my friends and I had been on the water our whole life. Stuff happens. People die all the time. I know people that have died out there. And you know it's a fun place to be but it's also very very very dangerous place to be if you're not handling it right. 👈🏻🚩 And ah, Nolan, So I hadn't heard from him and obviously I'm thinking I way rather be safe than sorry. I mean I would rather call a Coast Guard a hundred times than lose my mind over it. My buddy be okay than not and me not knowing where he is and him not be okay. So I called the Coast Guard and I talked to them on the phone for like 20 minutes. Gave them a description, what Nolan was wearing, the last known place we were at, the last time I saw him, who were you with, what boat we were on, the conditions of the water. Just a summary. And ah, I called Ms. Christine back after and I talked to her and I said I got in contact with the Coast Guard. I'm not sure who she called or what she did. I think she said she was going to make a couple phone calls to either Demar or Jackson County Sheriff's office. I mean yeah, I was thinking worst case scenario. Like I mean, I you know I would way rather be safe than sorry about this you know. That's the 1st phone call at least I made and I would assume that the 1st phone call she got from anybody. Because Jevon hadn't called her and you know there's nothing wrong with that. But Jevon hadn't called her and ah, I was just worried about my friend you know stuff happens out there, boat problems, it could be anything. But um I mean there's a lot of stuff that happens out there. I was just worried about my friend."
Now you have to ask yourselves why Warren is so damn worried if they insist Nolan stayed behind on Horn island to be with Katy and Warren's friend who is there with him knows Katy. And you notice how Warren tries to throw Jevon who is one of Nolan's best friends who he grew up with under the bus. Warren had to call Jevon to get Nolan's mom's phone number. Warren didn't even have Nolan's mom's phone number. Why would Jevon need to be worried? I bet you Jevon saw Nolan Wells leave Horn Island on the boat with Warren and the rest of the friends. So there would be NO REASON for Jevon to be worried and therefore no reason for Jevon to call Nolan's mom that night on July 4th. In this same interview Warren said when he found out they found Nolan Wells body, "He was devastated because he had never experienced anything like that in his life. It was really really hard on me. It was so traumatic.". BUT BUT BUT... remember Warren said, "Well, I mean, like I said my friends and I had been on the water our whole life. Stuff happens. People die all the time. I know people that have died out there. And you know it's a fun place to be but it's also very very very dangerous place to be if you're not handling it right. 👈🏻🚩(emphasis mine)
Chronicle Speaks published July 25, 2026: Nolan Wells: Audio PROVES He Returned to the Boat? “He’s Dead!” “Nolan!” The phone call Nolan Wells’ “friends” made to Sea Tow may be the smoking gun that finally helps bring justice for Nolan. During the call for help with a sinking boat—whose bilge pump had allegedly failed—you can seemingly hear the passengers in the background calling Nolan’s name, asking if he is dead, and telling someone to check his chest. If that is what is being said, it sharply contradicts their claim that Nolan never returned to the boat with them. Shortly after Nolan disappeared, those same “friends” reportedly retained attorneys. Now, this newly released audio is raising serious questions about what really happened on that boat and whether investigators were given the full story.
Nancy Grace published July 23, 2026: NOLAN WELLS AUTOPSY FUROR AS FBI SWOOPS IN. The investigation into Nolan Wells' death continues amid shocking autopsy results.
The independent autopsy report was released and the local Mississippi Medical Examiner did not send Nolan Wells neck and his lungs to the Forensic Pathologist who conducted the independent autopsy. Why would Mississippi Medical Examiner hold that back and not send Noland's neck and lungs with his body to be independently examined by a top forensic pathologist in Washington D.C.? (emphasis mine)

UPDATE 7/25/26 at 3:44pm: Sorry it took me so long to add this video. I had to put it together and download it onto my GlobalAwareness101 Rumble account to be able to share it on here.
GlobalAwareness101 published July 25, 2026: Man with 30yrs nautical experience explains maritime law regarding Nolan Wells.

According to Google AI: yes, a boat captain is legally responsible for the safety, well-being, and conduct of all passengers on board. Under maritime law, the captain holds ultimate authority and accountability for the vessel from the moment it casts off until it docks.

Core Responsibilities
  • Physical safety: Ensuring everyone has proper safety gear, like life jackets, and handling emergencies or medical issues
  • Vessel operation: Driving and navigating the boat safely according to local and federal rules of the road.
  • Onboard rules: Setting and enforcing strict safety guidelines that passengers must follow.
  • Ultimate authority: Having the final say on all decisions, including turning back or removing unruly guests
I aked Google AI: How about the owner of the vessel?

According to Google AI: The owner of the vessel shares legal and financial responsibility for the passengers, but their liability focuses on providing a safe, seaworthy boat rather than managing the minute-to-minute operations on the water. While the captain is responsible for real-time safety, the owner faces significant liability if they fail to maintain the vessel properly or hire an incompetent crew.

Division of Responsibility
  • Vessel seaworthiness: The owner must provide a structurally sound boat with all federally required, functioning safety equipment.
  • Negligent entrustment: Owners are legally liable if they knowingly lend or charter their boat to an unqualified, unlicensed, or intoxicated captain.
  • Vicarious liability: In commercial setups, the owner is generally held responsible for the negligent actions or mistakes made by the captain and crew they employed.
  • Operational immunity: Owners are typically not liable for sudden, unpredictable passenger behavior or navigation errors if they were not on board and the boat was well-maintained.
UPDATE 7/25/26 at 4:41pm: I wanted to include this part of the press conference where Nolan's mom describes what happened after her friend Tashima went to Noland's friend's house to pick up Nolan's cell phone the night of July 4th after Warren called Nolan's mom frantic worried about not knowing where Nolan was and if she had heard from Nolan. BUT why didn't Nolan's friends call Nolan's mom to pick up Nolan's phone? Nobody called Nolan's parents to pick up Nolan's house/car keys or cell phone. Or to ask if Nolan was home so Nolan could come and pick up his house/car keys and cell phone. These so-called "friends" had Nolan's cell phone and house/car keys inside their home with them. His so-called "friends" could've said something like, "Hi Ms. Christine could you let Nolan know that we have his keys and cell phone he left behind when he gets back home and to come and pick them up." No, instead Warren calls Nolan's mom freaking out. (emphasis mine)
NBC Chicago published July 10, 2026: 'We just want to know': Nolan Wells’ family demands answers, questions timeline | FULL PRESS CONFERENCE. Nolan Wells’ family, joined by attorney Ben Crump, spoke publicly about the unanswered questions surrounding the 18-year-old’s death in Mississippi.

UPDATE 7/25/26 at 11:29pm: Added the video I typed a transcript for you at the very top of this post. Sorry for the delay. I just finished customizing it with the captions.
GlobalAwareness101 published July 25, 2026: Nolan Wells friend Warren Hudson incriminated himself. Here is a 6 minute snippet of Warren Hudson exclusive interview with Officer Tatum.
