My custom video I made for this news story that I shared on all of my social media accounts was reported on TikTok for violating community guidelines. This is real life news being censored and people are allowed to share horror movies on TikTok. But my custom video is not acceptable? I didn't alter the video. All I did was create a customized background that I enjoy designing for the news I'm sharing. I submitted an appeal with TikTok. Let's see what happens. Here is the video:

All I have to say is he is a danger to society at large. What's there to discuss? They want to do a competancy test? He lost his rights when he murdered a man and starting eating him in pubilc. Come on. He needs to be locked up in prison where he can get mental health treatment. I say that because I had to go look up if insane asylums still existed in America and well it looks they don't anymore. And if a quasi mental healthcare treatment facility exists, they most likely dump their patients out on the street and continue collecting money for the patient from the government who never audits anything. I think it was found out years ago that a state run asylum was busing their patients to other states and leaving them on the street to fend for themselves. Oh well wouldn't know it, that state I'm referring to is NEVADA. Yep, Nevada was sued by San Francisco after investigating why so many mentally ill people wound up homeless in their city. Of course, Nevada claimed, " psychiatric patients were wrongly shipped to California upon discharge." But they should have never been discharged in the first place because they were still mentally ill, a danger to themselves and the rest of society. How much do you want to bet this same thing is happening by state-run psych wards across America. I would like to find out where this guy came from, his history, is he from Las Vegas originally? How long has he been on the street? Was he already in state care and they dumped him on the street? (emphasis mine)

LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — It's one of the most unusual cases Clark County District Attorney Steve Wolfson has ever seen.
News 3 got his reaction to a murder case involving alleged acts of cannibalism.
The suspect, Colin Czech, is now out of the hospital and due back in a local courtroom on Wednesday, May 1.
Wolfson has been involved in our local courts for more than 40 years as a defense attorney and prosecutor, but this case is different.
He says the competency of the defendant will no doubt be addressed.
"It is not uncommon for some of these cases to take years," said Wolfson.
Wolfson calls it an ongoing investigation— a grisly murder at East Charleston Boulevard and 3rd Street.
Czech, 29, is accused of attacking a man and eating portions of his face.
Czech was a no-show during a court hearing Monday afternoon, now rescheduled for Wednesday.
"I would be shocked if there wasn't an effort by his lawyer to talk about whether he's sane or not, whether he's competent or not," said Wolfson.
Wolfson says the details from Czech's arrest report are like nothing he's read before.
It started at 4:44 a.m. Sunday morning in front of a 7-Eleven at Charleston and Las Vegas Boulevard.
An employee calls 9-1-1 after a man tackled and punched a customer in the parking lot.
The caller also stated the suspect was banging his head on the concrete—screaming and yelling and pacing in front of the business.
Then, at 5:33 a.m., another call comes in from the Ampm just up the street.
Witnesses report a man fitting the same description at a bus stop eating the face of a male on the ground.
At 5:37 a.m., the police arrive and take Czech, who is said to be homeless, into custody.
According to the report, there is biological matter in his hair, mouth, and on his clothing.
"I was shocked, very shocked," said James Burch, who lives nearby.
News 3 met Burch, Suzanne Saccento, and Scott Hanofee outside the 7-Eleven.
All three once lived on the streets and say it's far more dangerous than most people realize.
"For the first time in my life, I was petrified, and I never thought anything like that would ever happen to me," said Hanofee.
"I stayed out on the streets for two months, then somebody set my tent on fire," said Burch.
"He's security, and I ask him to walk with me and my animal at night because I'm too afraid," said Saccento.
As for Czech, Wolfson says there is a process if the issue of competency is raised.
"First, there is an evaluation by a couple of doctors, and these doctors then submit reports to a judge, and the judge then makes a finding of whether that judge feels the person is competent or not. If the judge finds him competent, then we proceed," said Wolfson.
But if he is found not competent, he would be sent to a state facility for treatment, and the case is temporarily put on hold.
As for the victim, he's identified as Kenneth Brown.

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A man allegedly murdered another man at a bus stop near the Las Vegas Strip, eating his victim’s face in the process, according to documents the 8 News Now Investigators obtained.
Colin Czech, 29, faces a charge of open murder.
Just before 5 a.m. Sunday, a person called police about a man who reportedly tackled another man to the ground on Las Vegas Boulevard near Charleston Boulevard, documents said. About 45 minutes later, another person called police, saying a man was on top of another man at a bus stop “eating” the other man’s face.
Officers responded, finding Czech kneeling next to the victim with “biological matter in his hair, mouth and on his clothing,” documents said. Czech reportedly told officers the victim had attacked him.
Paramedics transported the victim, identified as Kenneth Brown to the hospital where a doctor pronounced him deceased. Brown had a large cut to part of his head and he was missing an eye and ear, according to documents the 8 News Now Investigators obtained.
While in police custody, Czech “was going in and out of consciousness,” documents said. He later told officers he is unhoused and was awake for “five days straight” because something was “possessing him,” according to the documents.
Czech also told detectives he used his teeth to hurt the victim, adding “he used his teeth to eat [the man’s] eyeballs and ears,” documents said.
Czech did not appear for his initial appearance in Las Vegas Justice Court on Monday afternoon because he was in the hospital, the judge said. His next court appearance was scheduled for Wednesday, May 1 at 8:30 a.m.
A booking photo for Czech was not immediately available.
