USA: 2 Men Posing As Maintenance Workers Claimed There Was A Work Order For The Apartment Unit. After Tenant Said No Without Opening The Door, The Men Attempted To Kick In The Door With Guns.

🚨 NO WHITE SUPREMACISTS INVOLVED 🚨

Everyone needs to make sure you use 3 to 4 inch screws on all of your exterior door hardward to secure into the frame of your mansion, house, condo, or apartment. That's the most basic and inexpensive way to secure your entry doors. There are a lot of videos on YouTube that can show you how to do this step by step. You can also change out your interior doors too if you want to secure those doors in case the robber does make it into your home through a window, you can shut your bedroom door or bathroom while calling 911 or neighbor for help and the robber can't kick that interior door open to kill you or rape you. At least it will buy you time you need to call for help OR so you can escape out your window while he's trying to kick down the door or shooting at the door knob. It's good to be friendly with your neighbors because nowadays sadly in many Commie Democrat-run cities across America, 911 never answers the emergency calls. Apparently, Commie Democrats not only defunded the police, they defunded 911 call center because they defunded the police response. Leaving the communities they swore to protect and serve as HELPLESS SITTING DUCKS. So if you have your neighbors phone number, you can call them and ask them for help or they can round up help from the other neighbors. Because if this robber can breach your home and savagely violate you, the neighbors know they will be next in line. The robber(s) will know this neighborhood is an easy target because no one cares enough to protect it or the people.

And I have another security tip, look into buying window alarm motion sensors. A loud siren will be triggered if a robber tries to break into your window. That siren will scare the heck out of the scummy robber. That siren will also wake you up or get your attention if you're home. But if you're not home, the siren will get your neighbors attention to find out what's going on and then call you and 911. Both of my tips will benefit homes of any size. For the renters out there, your apartment is your home.

I don't make any money on this product referral. I just want to show you a good product that's inexpensive and very effective for sounding a loud siren that detects glass breaks or window opening. WINDOW ALARM SYSTEM 4-PACK costs $27.99. You just simply stick it to your windows you need to secure. Feel free to shop around. But I just wanted to give you an idea of what I am referring to. DALLAS - A man police believe was involved in a dramatic shootout while attempting to break into an Oak Cliff apartment has been arrested and charged.

The incident, which happened on Saturday, August 19th around 6 p.m., was captured by a doorbell camera.

A man claiming to be a maintenance worker shows up outside the apartment door at a complex off of Gannon Lane.

In the video, Ethan Rodriguez can be heard talking to the man through his doorbell camera.

"We're checking the air filters," the supposed maintenance man says.

Rodriguez tells him no one is home and to come back another day.

A few minutes later, the man comes back with a friend and this time, they're armed.

Both men take turns kicking the door and attempting to break in to the apartment.

Little did they know, Rodriguez is home and had been on his phone talking to them through the doorbell camera.

"I check the camera to see who’s all at the door and I saw him kicking the door with a firearm and fearing for my and my brother’s life. I just let the gun go. I didn’t know what to do," said Rodriguez.

Dallas Police say Rodriguez fired 13 rounds and the suspects fired back twice.

Despite all the shots, no one was injured.

According to an arrest affidavit, the video posted and circulated on social media, leading to CrimeStoppers tips that identified the suspect posting as the maintenance worker as 30-year-old Aaron Contreras.

"This was a random attack, we couldn’t have expected any of this. He’s not linked to anyone in my family or anybody that we know," said Rodriguez.

Two days later, on Monday, police arrested Contreras and charged him with aggravated assault, deadly conduct and attempted burglary.

Dallas County Sheriff's Office records show Contreras' criminal history dates back to 2013.

The records show he's been arrested and charged with robbery and burglary several times before.

"I’m guessing he just thought this was just going to be a lucky pay day and no one’s home, free stuff to steal. No, he thought wrong," said Rodriguez.

Dallas Police couldn't share any information about the man in the ski mask from the video.

They told FOX 4 his identity is part of the ongoing investigation.

Rodriguez says he hasn't gotten any messages about whom that man could be.
