The 44yo okay looking Colombian Plastic Surgeon must have felt like he scored big time landing a gorgeous hunky 29yo guy who comes from an aristocrat family in Spain. Premeditated murder is really bad. But being able to chop up a body into 14 different pieces and methodically disposing the bags filled with body parts is a special kind of psychopath known as a malignant narcissist the worst kind of evil. I mean this guy was supposedly a well known YouTube chef who was well liked among his wealthy friends and here he is cutting his lovers head off and putting it into a suitcase and throwing the head into the sea. I'm just speculating here, but I wonder if a drug dealing agreement was involved and the doctor backed out or changed the terms of the agreement OR maybe the victim came to a sudden realization he was dating a psychopath and abruptly broke up with him? On the surface without knowing the exact motive, the moral of the story is don't judge a book by its cover.

Malignant narcissists are aggressive, arrogant, and cold individuals with an excessive desire for power and high social status. They may exhibit a sense of entitlement, believing that they are superior to others and deserve special treatment or privileges.
They tend to exploit and manipulate others for their own gain, showing no remorse for their villainous behavior.
While malignant narcissists have calculating, aloof, and cold personalities, they can be extremely charming when pursuing a narcissistic goal. They are loyal to certain associates but generally paranoid about other people’s intentions.
To ensure they are always the center of attention, they can be loud and dramatic. They expect others to admire and submit to them and will demand and extort special treatment and obedience even if the other is reluctant.
Malignant narcissists view their sadistic tendencies positively and believe they have the right to hurt people.
Additionally, malignant narcissism, like all forms of narcissism, is associated with high levels of aggression. Malignant narcissists are extremely sensitive to criticism, so if they perceive a threat or challenge to their dominance, superiority, or grandiosity, they will become enraged.
Their entitled and sadistic nature means they aim to psychologically and/ or physically punish the person who “betrayed” them.
They might not always show their rage outwardly, but instead may plan their revenge deviously to cause the greatest amount of suffering. (emphasis mine)

A YouTube chef has been charged with murdering and dismembering a Colombian surgeon on a Thai island.
Daniel Sancho Bronchalo has been charged with premeditated murder, which carries a possible death penalty, and with concealment of a body to cover up the death, said Surat Thani provincial police commander Saranyu Chamnanrat.
The 29-year-old was taken from the tourist island of Koh Phangan, where the remains of Edwin Arrieta Artaega were found, to the island of Samui where he is being held, Mr Saranyu added.
Last week Thai media reported plastic bags containing the body parts of a man, later identified by police as Mr Arrieta, 44, were found at a landfill on Koh Phangan, an island famous for its monthly "full moon" parties.
Police said Mr Sancho, who is the son of Spanish film stars Rodolfo Sancho and Silvia Bronchalo, came in to report a missing person after the body parts were found and was subsequently detained.
He later confessed to killing and dismembering Mr Arrieta and then dumping the body parts in the landfill and sea, though he denied it was premeditated, the police said.
Mr Saranyu declined to elaborate when asked about the motive, but said it was likely because of a personal relationship between the suspect and victim.
Security camera footage broadcast by Thai media reportedly taken a day before the body parts were found showed Mr Sancho and Mr Arrieta on a motorbike together.
Regional police chief Surapong Thanomchit told public broadcaster Thai PBS Mr Sancho was seen buying a knife, rubbish bags and cleaning solutions before Mr Arrieta's death.
Colombia providing assistance to victim's family
The Spanish embassy in Bangkok said it was aware of a crime involving a Spanish man but declined to give further information because of data protection legislation.
Colombia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs posted a statement on its website on Sunday thanking the Thai police for their investigation. It said it was providing assistance to the family of the victim.

Daniel Sancho Bronchalo, the son of renowned Spanish actor Rodolfo Sancho was arrested last week in connection to the murder of his boyfriend Edwin Arrieta Arteaga, a 44-year-old Colombian plastic surgeon.
The 29-year-old who pleaded guilty to the murder of Arteaga is accused of killing and dismembering his boyfriend, whose remains were found strewn across multiple locations on the island of Koh Phangan in Thailand.
Per multiple reports, Daniel, who has been detained in a Thai prison, is charged with premeditated murder and concealing and removing body parts to cover up the death of Arteaga.
Daniel Sancho Bronchalo, a YouTube Chef, is the son of prominent Spanish actors whose acting lineage can be traced back to generations in Spain. Daniel is the son of Spanish actor Rodolfo Sancho Aguirre and actress Silvia Bronchalo. His grandfather, actor Félix Ángel Sancho Gracia, was reportedly touted as a legend in the industry.
Following the incident, Sancho's family released a statement on Sunday pleading for privacy “for Daniel Sancho himself and the whole family, in these delicate moments of maximum confusion".
Per multiple reports, Daniel Sancho Bronchalo was on vacation with his boyfriend Edwin Arrieta Arteaga on the island of Koh Phangan in Thailand, which is popular among tourists for "full moon parties." The couple was reportedly seen traveling across the island in the days leading up to Arteaga’s murder.
Authorities said that on Thursday, August 3 Daniel went to a Koh Phangan police station to report Arteaga missing shortly after human remains were discovered by trash collectors at a landfill on Koh Phangan.
Police said that after confirming the remains belonged to Arteaga through DNA analysis, they questioned the Youtube chef, who admitted to the murder before leading police to seven sites, including a beach where he dumped plastic bags containing the victim's body parts.
Authorities revealed that Daniel confessed to the crime after investigators confronted him with incriminating evidence in the case. Detailing the proof against the suspect, authorities said that shortly before Arteaga was found dead, Daniel bought supplies on Tuesday, August 1, that would be used in a crime, including a knife, rubber gloves and a bottle of cleaning agent.
Shortly after, on the same night, Daniel allegedly approached two women who run a kayak rental store asking to “hire a boat" and paid $1000 to convince them to sell the boat after they warned him about the perils of taking the vessel out in the night.

While the motive for the alleged murder is unclear, Spanish news agency EFE reported that Daniel was in a controlling relationship with the plastic surgeon who was allegedly obsessed with the YouTube chef.
Per BBC, Daniel, who has been denied bail, is being held in a prison on the island of Koh Samui while police continue to investigate the case.
