Murder is already a crime. We don't have a gun problem. We have a lack of self-control problem, a criminal supremacists problem and a Commie Democrats local district attorney's, judges, parole officers soft on crime problem, not doing shit to catch the criminals as in crimes go unsolved, and when they do catch the criminals, they immediately release them back onto the streets to allow them to continue terrorizing the community. These same people siding with the criminals want to take away YOUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT to keep and bear arms in order to defend yourself, your business, your family and home against these criminal supremacists and a tyrannical government. Remember, criminals DO NOT obey laws. Therefore, criminals will have access to guns through gun trafficking venues and you will be left defenseless with no guns because the same government siding with criminals THEY'RE ALLOWING to terrorize you with guns said they wanted to keep you safe from guns. The anti-gun prosecutors are not even prosecuting gun crimes. But god forbid you kill an intruder, robber or rapist in self-defense in your home or on your private property, these same Commie Democrat district attorneys or prosecutors will charge you with murder and have you locked up for years in prison. A police source confirmed to FOX45 News multiple suspects are believed to have been involved in the mass shooting that injured six people in north Baltimore on June 16.
According to the Department, so far the investigation has revealed an SUV pulled into the intersection of Cold Spring Lane and York Road, and at least one suspect exited the vehicle and began firing towards people at a nearby bus stop.
Six people were shot. The victims included five males, ages 17, 18, 22, 22, and 26, and a 32-year-old female.

BALTIMORE (WBFF) — A police source confirmed to FOX45 News multiple suspects are believed to have been involved in the mass shooting that injured six people in north Baltimore June 16.
According to the Department, so far the investigation has revealed an SUV pulled into the intersection of Cold Spring Lane and York Road, and at least one suspect exited the vehicle and began firing towards people at a nearby bus stop.
Six people were shot. The victims included five males, ages 17, 18, 22, 22, and 26, and a 32-year-old female.
BPD says investigators have interviewed the victims, along with witnesses and reviewed area surveillance.
The Department has not yet said if they’ve determined a motive.
On Tuesday, members of the community, as well as some outside groups gathered at a nearby church to discuss the violence, and ways to address it.
Some attendees expressed the desire for more of a police presence, as well as more help from city leaders and agencies. Specifically, as it pertains to accessing resources and funding to improve the area.
“The Councilman, I really respect him,” said one woman, speaking of Councilman Mark Conway. “He needs to tell us what programs, what finances are available for us to be able to make the difference that we need to make.”
Councilman Conway, who represents the district and also serves as chairman of the Baltimore City Council Public Safety committee, attended the meeting.
“People are tired, they're scared, they’re frustrated,” said Conway. “One homeowner drove nine hours to be here. They’re considering selling their home which is very unfortunate. We want people to see a future in the city and in this corridor. We don't want setbacks.”
Conway says he’ll speak with the district commander about the request for a stronger police presence, as well as the overall concerns about safety in the area.
Other concerns brought up during the meeting included trash and blight.
The Councilman says he’s working on getting a project approved where area businesses will be charged a small fee, and money from that will go towards the beautification of the area.
BPD has not yet released any additional suspect information.
No arrests have been reported.

I came across this incredible news looking for information about the Commie Democrat criminal justice reform implemented in the state of Maryland and particularly in the city of Baltimore where it's the Wild Wild West. They are already not arresting most of the mass shooters in Baltimore who are mostly under age 25. Now they want to give these out of control under age 25 shooters even MORE PROTECTIONS. Now, think with me for a moment. Ask yourself, why is it so important for the Commie Democrats to protect and defend criminals, especially underage criminals? Why not try to prevent them from becoming criminals in the first place? It's as if the Commie Democrats encourage AND PROMOTE the rotting of a soul and a city and a state... and eventually a nation. As Baltimore city and other areas across Maryland see more juvenile offenders, a bill up for debate Thursday would prevent anyone under the age of 25 from facing first-degree murder charges in certain instances.

BALTIMORE (WBFF) — In Maryland, felony murder occurs when someone is killed while a felony crime like robbery is being committed.
For example, if a getaway driver hits and kills a pedestrian while fleeing the scene of a crime, they are guilty of felony murder under current law.
Democratic Delegate Charlotte Cruchfield is looking to change that with her Youth Accountability and Safety Act, or House Bill 1180. Crutchfield wants that to apply to anyone under the age of 25.
In recent weeks, the issue of age has been a hot topic when it comes to justice reform.
Gov. Wes Moore's pick to run the Juvenile Justice Service, Vincent Schiraldi, has said no one under the age of 21 should be introduced to the justice system, because the brain is not fully developed.
However, opponents of HB 1180, like Republican Delegate Susan McComas, say Democrats are only using mental capacity when it comes to soft on crime policies.
“Proponents of the bill say that the human brain is not fully formed in the frontal lobes until age 25. But yet, we’re doing other things in the general assembly, letting children vote earlier and earlier, letting them get hormone inducing drugs to change their sex," said McComas.
McComas believes the bill, if passed, would lead to a spike in crime.
“If this bill passes, you’re going to have kingpins, you’re going to have gangs use juveniles to do their dirty work.," said McComas.
Law enforcement officials like Harford County Sheriff Jeff Gahler agree.
“The solution is not changing to law to excuse or to make excuses for the violator. The process that needs to be in place is to hold that person accountable," he said.
