The anti-gun prosecutors are not even prosecuting gun crimes. But god forbid you kill an intruder, robber or rapist in self-defense in your home or on your private property, these same Commie Democrat district attorneys or prosecutors will charge you with murder and have you locked up for years in prison. PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Three people were shot outside the emergency room entrance of Temple University Hospital early Thursday morning, according to Philadelphia police.
Action News is told all three victims are stable and were able to walk themselves inside the hospital after being shot.
The drive-by shooting happened around 12:30 a.m. on the 3400 block of Germantown Avenue.
Video shows three gunmen hop out of a car and open fire outside of the hospital. Three male victims who were standing on the sidewalk near the ER entrance were hit by gunfire.
"It's a very unusual location for three individuals to be shot; we're just a few feet from the doors and the driveway leading to Temple's Emergency Room," Philadelphia Police Chief Inspector Scott Small said.
Action News has viewed surveillance video and you can see a car going south on Germantown Avenue.
Temple police reported that a dark-colored or dark blue four-door Dodge Charger with tinted windows was seen driving south on Germantown Avenue.
"They believe three individuals were firing shots from that dark blue vehicle. We're getting information that one of the shooters may have exited the vehicle and fired shots," Small said.
Arriving Temple and Philadelphia police officers found an 18-year-old man shot in his hand, a 25-year-old man shot in his knee and a 25-year-old man shot in his arm and shoulder.
Police examined more than 40 spent shell casings in the street. Bullet holes were visible in the side of the hospital.
"Temple Hospital, the actual building, and the entranceway to the emergency room were struck multiple times by gunfire. A door was hit several times, a piece of glass that leads to the walkway to the emergency room was also struck by gunfire, and several other bullets did strike Temple Hospital property," Small said.
The hospital used an alternative entrance and exit while police processed the scene.
Neighbors woke up to gunshots.
"I heard every last gunshot, every last one," said Safiya Hernandez of North Philadelphia. "I live here. I have to walk outside. I have to live here, and walk my dog - like how? I'm scared somebody is going to shoot me."
Police will be reviewing surveillance video in the area as they investigate the shooting.
Two hours before the triple shooting, police officers had gathered outside the emergency room as an officer, who had been shot in the hand, was released from the hospital.

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- The Philadelphia District Attorney's Office announced the arrests of four men for shootings and murders in the city.
Prosecutors say these men would post videos on YouTube boasting about their exploits, and that their motivation for these murders and shootings was notoriety.
Law enforcement says the men are members of a gang and are responsible for five shootings. Two victims were killed, while five others were shot and injured.
Dontae Sutton, Jamir Brunson-Gans, Elijah Soto and Khalil Henry have been charged with homicide and gun crimes.
"This group sought notoriety, sought infamy, they sought attention, that was part of the motivation for each and every one of these shootings," said Asst. District Attorney Joseph Lenuti. "They do have a social media presence online, they've posted it themselves."
The district attorney's office says social media now plays a large role in conflict.
"This is a trend that we've seen in the last few years, that was not around a decade ago," said District Attorney Larry Krasner.
Prosecutors say the organized crime ring focused their attention on the Strawberry Mansion neighborhood in 2021.
Various members are allegedly responsible for:
-Shooting two people on July 14, 2021, on North 33rd Street.
-Shooting a man on September 5, 2021, in the 3100 block of North Judson Street.
-Carrying out a homicide of 19-year-old Jordon Murray the next day on the 2200 block of W. Huntington Street.
-Killing 33-year-old Jerrick Jenkins on the 2900 block of West York Street on September 18, 2021.
-And shooting two people on October 4, 2021, on the 2000 block of North 33rd Street.
The ATF employed the National Integrated Ballistic Network to help investigators connect the cases.
Prosecutors also spoke about text messages between these individuals, boasting they put the "H in Homicide."
Now the men, 18 to 20 years old face serious prison time if convicted.

NORRISTOWN, Pennsylvania (WPVI) -- Authorities in Montgomery County said Wednesday that they recovered several guns connected to at least five murders in Philadelphia.
District Attorney Kevin Steele joined Upper Dublin Township's police chief in Norristown to announce what they described as a significant arrest.
Tamir Hartsock, 23, of Glenside, is now in police custody, authorities said.
Steele said the suspect bought and sold 15 guns to who he described as "violent and dangerous people" over a two-year span.
Investigators said one of the guns sold was used in a quadruple shooting in Philadelphia's Lawncrest section on April 28.
Police said three people were killed in that shooting, including two students.
A 15- and 16-year-old were both arrested that same day.
Of the 15 firearms Hartsock purchased, authorities said only four have been recovered, meaning 11 are still unaccounted for.
Hartsock was arrested on charges of Unlawful Sale/Transfer of a Firearm, Dealing in the Proceeds of Unlawful Activities, Corrupt Organizations, Conspiracy, and other related crimes.
