UPDATE 5/6/23 at 4:34pm: Added info below.
This is crazy. Apparently, authorities didn't put McFadden on the sex offender list. In this interview below, his former cellmate confirms that he contacted the local police department to tell them McFadden wasn't on the sex offender list and they told him well the state has a list. Then he went to check the state sex offender list and McFadden wasn't on that state list either. He called the local police again to explain McFadden was a sexual predator who has multiple offenses. He warned the local police and nothing was done. Then  in the following videos you'll see the family walk through the McFadden's home with the permission of the homeowners and they found evidence that the police didn't bother documenting like their murdered child's cell phone and McFadden's computer hard drives. The police officer at the murder scene tells the father of the child that was murdered about collecting this evidence, "What would this accomplish?" (emphasis mine)
NewsNation published May 4, 2023: Ashleigh Banfield: McFadden's former prison cellmate 'slept with one eye open' James Fleming, Jesse McFadden's former cellmate of 16 months, revealed on NewsNation's "Banfield" that McFadden was a "very weird, awkward person" and that he stalked nurses at the medical facilities.

Drugs, restraints and sex toys are can be seen in exclusive video obtained by “Banfield" filmed inside of the home on the property where police say Jesse McFadden fatally shot his wife, her three teenage children and their two teenage friends — before killing himself.
KFOR Oklahoma's News published May 5, 2023: Victim's family says "he planned the whole thing"

Murder is already a crime. This evil pedophile had already been convicted of raping a 15 year-old at knife point and let out of prison early. He was on trial now because he was charged with child pornography that had occurred when he was in prison. He's a child rapist that was allowed to be around children? This wouldn't have happened if they kept his ass in prison.

We don't have a gun problem. We have a lack of self-control problem, a criminal supremacists problem and a Commie Democrats local district attorney's, judges, parole officers soft on crime problem, not doing shit to catch the criminals as in crimes go unsolved, and when they do catch the criminals, they immediately release them back onto the streets to allow them to continue terrorizing the community. These same people siding with the criminals want to take away YOUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT to keep and bear arms in order to defend yourself, your business, your family and home against these criminal supremacists and a tyrannical government. Remember, criminals DO NOT obey laws. Therefore, criminals will have access to guns through gun trafficking venues and you will be left defenseless with no guns because the same government siding with criminals THEY'RE ALLOWING to terrorize you with guns said they wanted to keep you safe from guns. The anti-gun prosecutors are not even prosecuting gun crimes. But god forbid you kill an intruder, robber or rapist in self-defense in your home or on your private property, these same Commie Democrat district attorneys or prosecutors will charge you with murder and have you locked up for years in prison. HENRYETTA, Oklahoma – Seven bodies have been found during the search for two missing teenagers in eastern Oklahoma, authorities have confirmed.

An Amber Alert was issued Monday for 14-year-old Ivy Webster and 16-year-old Brittany Brewer, who were last seen Monday morning at 1:22 a.m. in Henryetta, roughly 90 miles east of Oklahoma City.

According to the Okmulgee County Sheriff’s Office, Webster was supposed to return home by 5 p.m. Sunday after spending the weekend with a friend but didn’t show up.

Webster was reported to be staying with Jesse McFadden, who was on the state’s sex offender registry, and members of his family, officials said. Oklahoma Department of Corrections prison records show McFadden was convicted of first-degree rape in 2003 and released in October 2020.

It was thought the group went to a ranch in McAlester, but the sheriff’s office says that didn’t happen. Investigators also say at some point, Brittany Brewer was picked up Saturday night by the group.

Monday evening, authorities confirmed to KJRH and KTUL that a search warrant was executed at a property belonging to McFadden in Henryetta. There, authorities say they found seven bodies.

They believe three are Webster, Brewer, and Jesse McFadden. The medical examiner is working to confirm the identities. Authorities did not identify the other four bodies.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol canceled the missing endangered person advisory for Webster and Brewer Monday afternoon. Authorities also confirmed they are no longer searching for McFadden.

Brittany Brewer’s father told a Tulsa news outlet that one of the bodies discovered was his daughter.

“Brittany was an outgoing person. She was actually selected to be Miss Henryetta … coming up in July for this Miss National Miss pageant in Tulsa. And now she ain’t gonna make it because she’s dead. She’s gone,” Nathan Brewer said.

Court records show McFadden was scheduled to appear in court Monday for the start of a jury trial on charges of soliciting sexual conduct with a minor and possession of child pornography. A message left Monday evening with McFadden’s attorney in that case was not immediately returned.

In a separate Okmulgee County case, the bodies of four men were found Oct. 14 in the Deep Fork River in Okmulgee, a town of around 11,000 people that is about 40 miles (65 kilometers) south of Tulsa. Joseph Kennedy, 68, is facing four counts of first-degree murder in that case.
