Murder is already a crime. We don't have a gun problem. We have a lack of self-control problem, a criminal supremacists problem and a Commie Democrats local district attorney's, judges, parole officers soft on crime problem, not doing shit to catch the criminals as in crimes go unsolved, and when they do catch the criminals, they immediately release them back onto the streets to allow them to continue terrorizing the community. These same people siding with the criminals want to take away YOUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT to keep and bear arms in order to defend yourself, your business, your family and home against these criminal supremacists and a tyrannical government. Remember, criminals DO NOT obey laws. Therefore, criminals will have access to guns through gun trafficking venues and you will be left defenseless with no guns because the same government siding with criminals THEY'RE ALLOWING to terrorize you with guns said they wanted to keep you safe from guns. The anti-gun prosecutors are not even prosecuting gun crimes. But god forbid you kill an intruder, robber or rapist in self-defense in your home or on your private property, these same Commie Democrat district attorneys or prosecutors will charge you with murder and have you locked up for years in prison. Philadelphia police said a 15-year-old male was shot and killed Tuesday morning while walking to school in Tioga-Nicetown. According to police, the shooting happened at about 7:30 a.m. near 16th Street and Hunting Park Avenue. Family members have identified the victim as Devin Weedon. He was walking to Simon Gratz High School Mastery Charter when he was gunned down, police said.

NICETOWN - Philadelphia Police are searching for four suspects in connection with the fatal shooting of a 15-year-old Simon Gratz High School sophomore.
Devin Weedon was shot down in broad daylight while on his way to school Monday morning, just after 7:30 a.m., on North 16th Street and West Hunting Park Avenue, in Philadelphia's Nicetown section.
According to officials, no arrests have been made. Police believe the motive may have been robbery.
Anyone that has information regarding the individuals in the photographs or information regarding the shooting is urged to contact the Philadelphia Police Homicide Unit at 215-686-3334.
There is a $30,000 reward for information that leads to their arrest and conviction, authorities say.
Devin’s heartbroken parents spoke about him on FOX 29’s Good Day.
"Always there. He called me. He called me that morning," Devin’s mom, Wytina Burnside said. "He said, ‘I love you mom. Have a good day.’ And that was the last thing he said to me."
"He was the type of dude, if you didn’t want to be his friend, you had to be his friend because that’s how much charm he had. You all broke up two families, my family - you took my son’s life. Your family, because if you get caught, you are going to jail," Devin’s dad, Gary Weedon, said.

June 17, 2017PHILADELPHIA — Larry Krasner has sued the Philadelphia Police Department 75 times. He has promised not to seek the death penalty. He has even called law enforcement “systemically racist.”Now, in a twist that would promote the gadfly to the top of the food chain, he is poised to become the district attorney of Philadelphia.Mr. Krasner, a veteran civil rights lawyer, defeated six opponents — all of them with more crime-fighting chops — in a Democratic primary last month, winning nearly 40 percent of the vote and becoming the unexpected favorite in this heavily Democratic city.Unlike most would-be top prosecutors, who run on promises of locking up the bad guys, Mr. Krasner campaigned against mass incarceration and what he described as the “failed culture” of the Philadelphia district attorney’s office.And so he has offered up a menu of initiatives aimed at fighting what he called “the criminalization of poverty.” He has promised to cut down on the prosecution of minor cases, divert drug addicts into treatment and ignore, where appropriate, what he described as draconian sentencing guidelines. He has also said he would abolish money bail — which often leads to the jailing of poor defendants while wealthier ones go free — and would decline to seek charges in any case he deemed to be based on an illegal stop and search.This agenda has left an opening for his opponent in the November election, Beth Grossman, a career local prosecutor who was for years a Democrat before becoming the Republican nominee. Ms. Grossman, too, has promised to overhaul the city’s justice system by cutting back on the criminal prosecutions of small-time drug offenders. But she chided Mr. Krasner for going too far.When he entered the race, he had no experience with politics or fighting crime, and only two paid staff members — both of whom had worked for Senator Bernie Sanders. The anarchist anthem was meant to appeal to his base of grass-roots activists, who know him well from his highly visible representation of protest groups like Act Up, the AIDS awareness advocates, and Black Lives Matter in their confrontations with the police.
