Maryland's 7th congressional district of the United States House of Representatives encompasses just over half of the city of Baltimore, most of the majority-black precincts of Baltimore County, and the majority of Howard County. The district was created following the census of 1790, which gave Maryland one additional representative in the House. It was abolished in 1843, but was restored in 1950 as a west Baltimore district. It has been drawn as a majority-African American district since 1973. Democrat Kweisi Mfume is the current representative, winning a special election on April 28, 2020 to finish the term of Elijah Cummings, who died in October 2019. Mfume had previously held the seat from 1987 to 1996. So, voters decided to elect a candidate who served them before for a decade but failed? I don't believe it. There has to be voter fraud happening over there. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different result. Democrats have been IN CHARGE of this 7th congressional district since 1953. (emphasis mine)
List of mayors of Baltimore. Democrats have been IN CHARGE of Baltimore, Maryland by winning the Mayors seat consecutively since 1967. From the looks of it, Baltimore has been turned into a hellhole by the Democrat party for the people who live and work in that community. The Democrat party blames White Supremacists for the problems in their communities when the obvious culprits are the Democrats helping criminals terrorizing their cities getting away with murder. Their cities look like 3rd world countries because of their corruption. (emphasis mine)

BALTIMORE -- Fresh data from the city's Open Baltimore website shows 179 homicides were recorded in the first six months of this year, putting the city on pace for one of the deadliest years in Baltimore's history.

The Baltimore Banner has described the first six months of 2022 the deadliest in Baltimore's history—and the shootings just don't stop.

The Baltimore Police Department reports that 10 shootings and five people killed over the past weekend alone along with 17 confirmed robberies.

This morning, police responded to yet another shooting in Southeast Baltimore.

The shooting happened on Rose Street but police found the 46-year-old gunshot victim around the corner on North Luzerne Street.

The gunshot victim is Tyree Moorehead—a former gang member who has been on a years-long mission to stop gun violence in Baltimore.

He initially went to a local hospital to receive treatment for his injuries.

But later in the evening, Moorehead could be seen standing outside of his home in hospital scrubs, surrounded by police.

Moorehead spread his message across the city by spray painting "No Shoot Zone" on abandoned buildings, sidewalks, and other objects.

Some of his no-shoot messages are incredibly detailed. Others are generic.

Roughly 200 of his anti-violent messages have been scrawled across Baltimore.

All of them mark the place where someone was shot and killed in the hopes that the message may prevent additional violence.

"See, I go straight to the shooters. That's who my rapport is with. My rapport is with the shooters," Moorehead told WJZ back in 2019. "I can look them in the eyes and say, 'Homie, I was shooting, too.' But, what I didn't have was a me back then."

Moorehead estimates that he shot about 20 people when he was between 13 and 15 years old.

At 15, he said he had a shootout with police. He served 11 years after admitting to attempted murder.

Back in May, over 60 bullets flew down Rose Street, killing one person and injuring three others. Moorhead was nearby when it happened.

"I actually heard every shot and when I came around here, it was still smoking," he said.

Several months later, Moorehead was shot on that same street.

Back in 2019, Moorhead was stabbed but he survived going on to spray paint additional "No Shoot Zone" messages throughout Baltimore City.
