SCOOP: Google has launched an "antiracism" initiative claiming that America is a "system of white supremacy" and that all Americans are "raised to be racist"—including Ben Shapiro, who is depicted as a layer of the "white supremacy pyramid," culminating in "genocide."

I have obtained a trove of whistleblower documents from inside Google that reveal the company’s extensive racial-reeducation program, based on the core tenets of critical race theory—including "intersectionality," "white privilege," and "systemic racism." pic.twitter.com/EfAbjoKuVT

In a module called "Allyship in Action," Google trained employees to deconstruct their racial and sexual identities, and then rank themselves on a hierarchy of "power [and] privilege," then “manage [their] reactions" through "cry[ing]" and "accessing [their] 'happy place.'" pic.twitter.com/LUtzbzenr2

In a video, guest lecturer Ibram Kendi claimed that all Americans, including children as young as 3 months old, are racist: "To be raised in the United States, is to be raised to be racist, and to be raised to be racist is to be raised to almost be addicted to racist ideas." pic.twitter.com/3TyF49mhXi

Denial of racism is proof that a person is racist. "For me, the heartbeat of racism is denial and the sound of that denial is 'I'm not racist,'" Kendi told Google employees. "It's a critically important step for Americans to no longer be in denial about their own racism." pic.twitter.com/60Fi1FYJJV

In another video, guest lecturer Nikole Hannah-Jones claimed that she created the 1619 Project to verify her "lifelong theory" that everything in the modern-day United States can be traced back to slavery: "If you name anything in America, I can relate it back to slavery." pic.twitter.com/yeV2DpVxHY

Jones claimed that "the first Africans being sold [in 1619] is more foundational to the American story" than "the Pilgrims landing at Plymouth Rock."

A Google DEI Lead created an internal document called "Anti-racism resources," containing readings and racial-consciousness exercises. One graphic claims that "colorblindness," "Columbus Day," "weaponized whiteness," and "Make America Great Again" are "covert white supremacy." pic.twitter.com/kLIc5JZu8U

Another graphic, titled "The White Supremacy Pyramid," advances the idea that conservative commentator Ben Shapiro is a foundation of "white supremacy" and that Donald Trump is moving society on a path toward "mass murder" and "genocide." pic.twitter.com/9s81yC1Cxd

In 2015, Google quietly ditched its corporate motto, "Don’t Be Evil." Maybe the company, which has now become the world's library, should revisit that decision.

- As mentioned earlier, Google’s former lead for diversity Kamau Bobb is involved. In a video interview he talks with NIkole Hannah-Jones of the 1619 project. Much of the discussion involves her advertising her reframing of American history as having started then, instead of 1776, because of slaves. "If you name anything in America, I can relate it back to slavery," she says. Nikole’s parting wisdom to Google staff is that if they’re white, they’re in part guilty of benefiting from "a 350-year system of white supremacy and racial hierarchy."
- Google's former global inclusion director (before moving to a Facebook job) Sherice Torres interviewed with Ibram X. Kendi. He expands further on the assertion of racism made by Nikole Hannah-Jones to say anyone born in the US was raised to be racist by fault. Kendi says children start to be racist as early as three months old, and that anyone who denies being racist is definitely racist. "Certainly, it’s a critically important step for Americans to no longer be in denial about their own racism or the racism of this country," Kendi says about his ultimate goal.
If the Pulitzer-winning architect of 1619 admits it's not history, should American public schools in districts in Chicago, Washington, D.C., and Buffalo, New York be adding it to the history curriculum? https://t.co/emc8XJwYfU https://t.co/Ki8Tk3OfK1

Here's @nhannahjones saying conservatives have falsely characterized 1619 Project because it "does not argue 1619 is our true founding."

And here's NYT landing page for 1619 Project, which says goal is to "reframe the country’s history, understanding 1619 as our true founding" pic.twitter.com/KU8i5CjMbh
Two years ago, we published the #1619project. None of us could have ever predicted the journey this work would take us on. I hoped to force the year 1619 into the national lexicon. It might be argued that can measure the success of that goal by the intensity of the pushback. pic.twitter.com/OUoop4V3Fg
