Scorpio New Moon Was On Sunday, October 27th by Lena Stevens and Patricia Liles at PowerPath.

I added the gifs above to the message below. The pictures and gifs that I share sum up my interpretation of the current astrological message.

These images are from Bleach, a Japanese animated series. This is first time I learn of it. It sounds really good. I'm definitely going to be watching this series. I'll let you know what I think.

New Moon is Sunday, October 27 at 9:38 PM Mountain Daylight Time (MDT) .

This New Moon sets a container for a reset of values, a determined commitment for change, and the courage to face our deepest fears, embracing them before we send them off to greener pastures. There is not only great support for rewriting the story, but also great opportunity at this time to reach for something bigger, grander, more satisfying, creative and better aligned with who we are becoming. This New Moon comes with the possibility of initiating transformation. This can be tricky as some initiations are sudden and uncomfortable. We are moving into a time of needing to take responsibility for the change we wish to manifest. Find balance between allowing and directing. That is where the power is.

What should you do on this New Moon day? Pay attention to your thoughts, emotions, inspirations, irritations, restlessness, judgments, desires, and most importantly, your body. Make an inventory so that you have a good grasp of where you are, who you are with, what you feel, what you resist, what you don’t like, what you wish for etc. Watch for projections of others, and stay in your own lane with your own. New Moon energy is always a good time to reset and start fresh. It is also a good time to clean something out like your car, refrigerator, closet, junk drawer or sweep your yard, as a way to honor the fresh new start.

Blessings,
Lena

Scorpio New Moon
Sun and Moon in Scorpio 4º
Sun. October 27, 9:38 PM Mountain Daylight Time
(Mon. October 28 3:38 AM Greenwich Mean Time)

Uranus is bound to bring excitement, major change and eruption to this New Moon cycle in Scorpio. Exactly opposing the passionate, power conscious Scorpio Sun and Moon, Uranus is our ally in breaking up what will not serve us in the future. ‘Wake up!’ says Uranus with a lightning bolt. Sun/Moon in Scorpio means we will be called to let go of our secrets, shadow material and old wounds where we are still carrying security blankets from the past. Time to lighten up and let go of those everyday habitual ways. Uranus is here to liberate your personal power, to help you show up in your full strength, to help you drink the medicine and transform out of the past and into the future (the realm of Uranus). Combinations like this are preparation for the major alignments of 2020.

Keep this trajectory in mind:

1) Jupiter enters Capricorn in early December where it will join Saturn and Pluto

2) Saturn joins Pluto in Capricorn 22º exactly on January 12, 2020 just after a lunar eclipse

3) Jupiter joins Pluto 3 times in 2020, April 4, June 30 and Nov. 12 in Capricorn

4) Jupiter and Saturn change signs to Aquarius and join exactly on Winter Solstice 2020 at 0º Aquarius

We usher in a whole new era with this last meeting of Jupiter/Saturn in air sign Aquarius. Jupiter and Saturn meet like this every 20 years and are considered a social-political reset. The reset has taken place in Earth signs (Taurus, Virgo, Capricorn) since the mid 1800’s, but now at the meeting of Jupiter and Saturn at Dec. 21, 2020 we will leap into a long cycle of Air sign conjunctions every 20 years. So imagine from the end of the Industrial Revolution until now we have focused (in a social-political sense) on our earth-based resources, building in the material world, goal-driven focus, and valuing what money can buy, now we learn from a long cycle of resets focused on the mental, objective realms, where we create from our intentions, where we communicate and share ideas and make connections. We mark a major turning point with these conjunctions of Jupiter, Saturn and Pluto. Three major astrological cycles reset, much like a New Moon, in 2020.

Uranus has many faces. Chaos may be stirring your caldron, rebellion is a possibility, wild imaginative insight may come, unexpected and sudden changes may inspire freedom, fanaticism can rear its head out of nowhere – or illumination!

Scorpio teaches us about power – how to embody power, what powerlessness feels like, how to find power balance in relationship with others. Scorpio as a water sign teaches us about feminine power – the power of the emotional, receptive realms. Scorpio is about the purging process that precedes metamorphosis into a more powerful state. Scorpio manifests through our deep psychological probing, and our ability to give birth out of the darkest parts of our bodies, mind and spirit. It is no wonder Scorpio is given domain over death and sexuality where emotional truth lies.

Although Pluto is the modern ruler of Scorpio, Mars is the traditional ruler. Mars in Libra is active with an exact square to Saturn at 15º. Squares invite crisis or the clashing of two energies where resolution is needed. Mars is action and aggression, so we are called on to assert ourselves but in a balanced and disciplined manner. Are you disciplined and focused enough to change your life in the ways you want? Do you want it all right now, or can you manage step by step to find your way like the goat to the top of the mountain. Right use of time and inventory of how you handle your commitments is up for review. Mars will move on to square Pluto and Eris Nov. 5 further invitation to calling up the emotional clearing needed to access that glorious energy of the Phoenix available to Scorpio in its highest manifestation. Anything is possible now as the veils between the worlds thin and the powers of the invisible world are closer. Halloween, Samhain, Hollowmas at October 31/November 1 mark midpoint between Fall and Winter in the Northern Hemisphere (or Spring and Summer in the Southern Hemisphere).

Call on your ancestors to support you in manifesting the dreams that have been long held in your ancestral lines for generations. You hold great power as the focus of your lineage and asking your ancestors to bring you healing support can send amazing results your way.

Mars, not well placed in Libra, is also in a close, distressed aspect to Neptune strong in Pisces. We have action and we have fog; we have aggression and we have illusion – sort of a Don Quixote fighting windmills situation.

Jupiter is paired closely with Ceres, goddess of agriculture, resources of the planet that feed us, midwife of birth and death and the rites that pass us through the veil. We are more concerned about our planet now. We are learning to receive nourishment and support from our Mother. The more we honor and bless Gaia/Pachamama, the more her presence and gifts will grow and be felt in our lives.

Mercury goes retrograde for the third and last time this year on October 31 at 27º Scorpio, going direct on Nov. 20 and regaining 27º Scorpio on December 7. An introspective time to revisit the emotional realms and reevaluate the roots of powerful experiences in your life and the lasting traces they left on you, a cathartic time to bring light here and transmute those experiences into personal power, a time to uncover your truth and find the strength to live from that essence.
