10 AMAZING Self-Discovery Quotes!!! :)

Without test we could not grow. Without failure we could not grow. Sure the lessons may be painful, but nobody said life was meant to be easy and it is that very pain that makes you stronger! It's not easy for a catepillar to transform itself into a butterfly. They have to totally let go of their former life as a catepillar then go through the metamorphose stage which could take 2 weeks or even a couple of months depending on the species. Once complete the newly transformed butterfly has to PUSH and PUSH their way out of that cocoon. That's how they build up their strength. That is what prepares them for their new life.

I remember reading a story about a young boy who actually saw a butterfly trying really hard to push its way out of the cocoon. He felt really sorry for the butterfly and wanted to help. So he went and got a knife and cut open the cocoon so that the butterfly would be set free from its struggle. Unfortunately, the young boy's good intentions prevented the butterfly from completing its final stage and the poor butterfly ended up weak with its body deformed and its wings deformed and therefore could not fly. It was not fully developed. That final struggle was necessary to build up its strength. The butterfly spent the rest of its life crawling around on the floor never able to fly and butterflies are destined TO FLY!
