How I Feel About The Cliven Bundy Rancher Situation

Cliven Bundy is old school who doesn't subscribe to our politically correct (pc) society. He was open and honest about how he felt about what dependence on government has done to the family structure and our youth. His delivery of that message wasn't eloquent, it was a very truthful unfiltered reality.

My mom is a 67 year old, old school classical liberal democrat. I know my mom would also be straight forward in this kind of conversation. She too doesn't have a pc filter. Unless she were at work, then she would refrain from speaking her mind. But other than that scenario, whomever she's having a discussion with about certain issues will hear her tell it like it is from her perspective.

My mom and I still stand with the Bundy family solely on principle. What our federal government did to the Bundy family was wrong and way over the line and unacceptable in a free society.

I'd like to share a reply I made to someone still "offended" by Clive Bundy's statement that the NYT took a clip from and used to distract America from the real story.

Do you have any idea how many unjust federal raids using militarized swat teams with high powered weapons have happened across America to small businesses since Obama has taken office?!?!

To name a few, the feds SWAT team raided Gibson guitar manufacturing facilities with high powered weapons TWICE. The feds SWAT team raided several Amish farms with high powered weapons at the crack of dawn for selling raw milk across state lines. The feds SWAT team raided an organic store in Venice, CA with high powered weapons for selling raw milk and then raided the CA farms that sold that raw milk to that store. The feds SWAT team raided an organic farm with high powered weapons in Arlington, Texas. The feds SWAT raided the home of a Washington Times journalist at the crack of dawn under false pretenses with a bogus warrant to illegally seize sensitive confidential files that Obama didn't like.

Now don't get me wrong, I am grateful when the feds raid a child trafficking ring, human trafficking ring and other heinous criminal organizations in America. But those of us who have been paying attention to these egregious federal government actions I mentioned above have had enough when we saw what the feds did to the Bundy Family because of a DELINQUENT grazing "fee" bill. He doesn't owe back taxes to the IRS as the democrats and their supporters claim. He owe's a DELINQUENT grazing "fee" bill. How can you not understand what the federal government did to the Bundy family was wrong by sending over 200 person SWAT team and snipers to their ranch?

Our damn federal government spent way over $1 MILLION, more money than what the feds claim the Bundy's owe to them, to pay a PRIVATE company to wrangle and kill the cattle and destroyed parts of his ranch which is his family's bread and butter. So it clearly was not about the money. Democratic Senator Harry Reid used a federal government agency to intimidate Cliven Bundy.

I still love watching the Golden Girls today. One of their main characters is Dorothy's mother, Sophia Patrillo. In every episode Sophia always told it like it was, with no sugar coat. Well, Clive Bundy and my mom are like Sophia. So it did piss me off to hear many in the media call Cliven Bundy racist based on the small clip the New York Times and Obama's Marxist media distorted in order to push as a racist distraction.

I will not fall in line with the media narrative. Screw them. I stand on principle and stand for the American people. This could easily have happened to any of us.
