I'm sharing this comment below that caught my attention today which literally falls in line with the information in this article I'm sharing. But what I still don't understand and am trying to wrap my head around is how can our government SELL PUBLIC LAND to Communist China without THE PUBLIC's PERMISSION. That land belongs to us, the public, NOT our government officials. They are selling our land across America from right under our very noses to Communist nations and for peanut's far below market value. Please wake up.

FYI: "Type in “Nevada, BLM” on the White House website and a huge file appears of the FY2015 OMB Budget for the Department of Interior. Clark County, Nevada is mentioned 9 times. One of the mentions is a congressional finding that the public land in Clark County that has not been designated as wilderness is no longer managed by the Land Policy and Management Act of 1976, but “presents unique opportunities for the granting of additional rights-of-way, including for high voltage transmission facilities…” It further states that no funds may be used to permit “lands identified by the Record of Decision for Solar Energy Development in Six Southwestern States…that lie within the boundaries of the proposed Mojave Trails National Monument…”

This appears to guide the location for the Communist Chinese Solar Farm advocated by Reid and his son Rory– who represents the US domiciled Communist Chinese energy company, a major contributor to Reid–to a certain part of Clark County–perhaps the land Bundy and his family have ranched for generations. Hence, Reid has already moved legislatively to remove Bundy, the only remaining rancher in Clark County."

This story is becoming more bizarre every day. But the one thing that most everyone should agree on is that this is not, and never was about, desert tortoises. Back in August the AP reported that the “save the turtle” efforts were not bringing in enough money due to a housing slump. A BLM (Bureau of Land Management) sponsored research facility was surviving from mitigation fees that developers paid and tortoises were set to be euthanized. Here is part of the AP report from August 2013, via the Huff Post:

The Bureau of Land Management has paid for the holding and research facility with fees imposed on developers who disturb tortoise habitat on public land. As the housing boom swept through southern Nevada in the 2000s, the tortoise budget swelled. But when the recession hit, the housing market contracted, and the bureau and its local government partners began struggling to meet the center’s $1 million annual budget.

Housing never fully recovered, and the federal mitigation fee that developers pay has brought in just $290,000 during the past 11 months. Local partners, which collect their own tortoise fees, have pulled out of the project.

“With the money going down and more and more tortoises coming in, it never would have added up,” said BLM spokeswoman Hillerie Patton.

Back at the conservation center, a large refrigerator labeled “carcass freezer” hummed in the desert sun as scientists examined the facility’s 1,400 inhabitants to find those hearty enough to release into the wild. Officials expect to euthanize more than half the animals in the coming months in preparation for closure at the end of 2014.

The desert tortoise is a survivor that has toddled around the Southwest for 200 million years. But ecologists say the loss of the conservation center represents a harmful blow in southern Nevada for an animal that has held onto some unfortunate evolutionary quirks that impede its coexistence with strip malls, new homes and solar plants.

I added the emphasis on “solar plants” for a reason. You will understand momentarily. Just remember that the Associated Press reports that the desert tortoise can not coexist with solar plants. I have no idea why they made this distinction but I find it extremely ironic.

Yesterday we reported two possible scenarios on why the Bureau of Land Management really wanted to drive Cliven Bundy, and his cattle, from this land. The first possibility was fracking and the second was the vast wealth of minerals in the area. Either is a possibility for big money and neither story should be discounted.

But, as reported yesterday by the AP, there may be a third possibility that involves a death sentence to the desert tortoise as well as a further erosion of America’s wealth. It is being reported that Harry Reid, and his son Rory, have been dealing with the Chinese to construct a solar farm and solar panel manufacturing plant on these very lands that are supposedly being protected for the sake of the desert tortoise. AP reports:

Now, questions surrounding family ties are flaring again in Nevada around the Senate majority leader. He and his oldest son, Rory, are both involved in an effort by a Chinese energy giant, ENN Energy Group, to build a $5 billion solar farm and panel manufacturing plant in the southern Nevada desert.

Reid has been one of the project’s most prominent advocates, helping recruit the company during a 2011 trip to China and applying his political muscle on behalf of the project in Nevada. His son, a lawyer with a prominent Las Vegas firm that is representing ENN, helped it locate a 9,000-acre (3,600-hectare) desert site that it is buying well below appraised value from Clark County, where Rory Reid formerly chaired the county commission.

Craig Holman, a lobbyist for the non-partisan advocacy group Public Citizen, said the senator is dealing with “an iffy ethical landscape” because of the family connections and should recuse himself from the project. “Is this just happening because… it benefits the Reid family, or did Harry Reid actually believe in this?” Holman said.

The senator has supported numerous clean energy projects in Nevada. Rory Reid cites energy as one of his specialty areas at the law firm.

There are plenty of reasons to be disturbed by this story. Not only is the fate of the desert tortoise being deliberately jeopardized by such a project, but this would seem to be just another attempt to sell America to the Chinese. To see these things transpire, while continuing to line the pockets of another corrupt politician, is just more than anyone’s palate can take.

Yes America, your government really is this corrupt.

The Bureau of Land Management knows of these plans. They are not in the dark. This is just another possibility, and maybe the real reason that they are hassling Cliven Bundy.

Not only do they know of Harry Reid’s plans, Kit Daniels is reporting that they SCRUBBED a document entitled “Cattle Trespass Impacts” from the BLM.gov website:

DELETED from BLM.gov but reposted for posterity by the Free Republic, the BLM document entitled “Cattle Trespass Impacts” directly states that Bundy’s cattle “impacts” solar development, more specifically the construction of “utility-scale solar power generation facilities” on “public lands.”

“Non-Governmental Organizations have expressed concern that the regional mitigation strategy for the Dry Lake Solar Energy Zone utilizes Gold Butte as the location for offsite mitigation for impacts from solar development, and that those restoration activities are not durable with the presence of trespass cattle,” the document states.

Another BLM report entitled “Regional Mitigation Strategy for the Dry Lake Solar Energy Zone” (BLM Technical Note 444) reveals that Bundy’s land in question is within the “Dry Lake Solar Energy Zone and surrounding area” which is part of a broad U.S. Department of Energy program for “Solar Energy Development in Six Southwestern States” on land “managed” by BLM.

“In 2012, the BLM and the U.S. Department of Energy published the Final Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement (PEIS) for Solar Energy Development in Six Southwestern States,” the report reads. “The Final Solar Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement assessed the impact of utility-scale solar energy development on public lands in the six southwestern states of Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, and Utah.”

How can our government be this corrupt and get away with it?

If you asked ten random people who Cliven Bundy is you might find two who know. One of those two would be a liberal who might say that he is the guy that is killing the turtles. America is dumbed-down and divided. That’s exactly how they get by with it.

If there is to be bloodshed in Nevada it won’t be over the turtles, and more than likely the desert tortoises are going to die too. It would seem that Cliven Bundy may be their best hope of survival in Nevada.

As much as Harry Reid turns my stomach, I have saved the worst for last. This is a totally unsubstantiated report, but I think it is worth noting. I started blogging about America about a year and a half ago. This has been a journey that has changed me. The more I learn the more cynical I become. Why?

Because this New World Order/Agenda 21 stuff is real. I hate to use those terms because they sound so conspiratorial. But if the shoe fits I suppose I should wear it. The truth is that countries like China, Russia and the United States can be publicly embroiled in nasty disputes, while working together behind the scenes to advance a common agenda. The public can be of the belief that World War III is unavoidable (and it may be) while these same governments are engaging in covert operations to advance a common agenda. It is all about the end result to them.

So what is this unsubstantiated report I am talking about? Well, it has been reported that a portion of those armed federal agents we have been hearing about, are actually Russian soldiers. With all of the reports of Russia troops training with Americans in the Western-half of the United States, I would not be surprised if this were later found to be true.

Chew on that one for awhile folks.
