I'd like to share a very profound statement my mom made after she watched John Stossel's Illegal Everything documentary. My mom called me up very disturbed by what she learned and said, "I feel like our government is plucking out our feathers one by one with all of these new laws so that we won't be able to fly."
UPDATE 4:22pm: My mom came to my home to visit with me today. I had her watch this video. I asked her what she thought. She said, "It's great! It's to the point. Now I understand why the media, the other republican candidates and President Obama are deliberately ignoring Ron Paul. There are so many snakes that make up the government and Ron Paul's philosophy is not to kill one snake at a time. What they fear most, is that if Ron Paul becomes President of the United States, he will be in a position to cut off the head of Madussa."
In Greek mythology, Perseus the hero cuts off the head of the Medusa, the serpent-haired monster. This photo is from one of my favorite classic films, "The Clash of the Titans" released in 1981.
