Whitney Houston: Botched Death Investigation

I finally have time to sit down and share my thoughts about Whitney Houston's sudden death. I've been very disturbed by how people in the media and quite frankly most of you out there characterized her death. Because of her history with drug abuse, all of you including the police and detectives immediately attributed her death to a drug overdose. Well I want JUSTICE for Whitney!

Police say there were no signs of, quote, "obvious criminal intent." Think about that for a moment. If there were foul play, would the person who committed the intentional or unintentional crime leave any evidence indicating their presence in the room? I think NOT! and since she had a publicly known drug addiction in the past, the person would make it so that all of you would blame her death on a drug overdose. None of you would second guess that now would you? That's what whomever was counting on and because all of you were quick to judge, you fullfilled their unconsciounable wish.

What really ticks me off is that any evidence that may have been found in Whitney Houston's room was completely tainted by all of the people that were allowed in her room AFTER her death. Celebrity or not, that room should have been cordoned off immediately NOT turned into a circus for lookie-loos! I would be asking to review the hotel security tapes near her hotel room to see who was entering and exiting around the time of her death. I would also be requesting to review her hotel and cell phone records for both incoming and outgoing calls the day that she died. I would be getting more details about the loud noise and man's voice heard in her room just before her death. Whitney order two complete meals and two different kinds of alcoholic beverages, a beer and a glass of champaign. Which would indicate the order was clearly for two people. At what time was the food ordered and delivered to her room? Has anyone asked that question and did the police interview the hotel employee who delivered the food? She talked to her mom 20 minutes before her time of death and she was just fine. Mother's have a keen knowing of their child's mood, even by phone.

Whitney was supposedly found in her hotel bathtub submerged in water, but there wasn't enough water in her lungs to be the cause of death. Which could mean she was placed there to make it look like a drowning or drug overdose or both. And how could the paramedics have found a lifeless Whitney with head submerged in water inside her hotel room bathtub at the Beverly Hilton hotel when Whitney's aides or her aunt claim they attempted CPR before calling hotel security. She would have had to have been removed from the bathtub in order to perform CPR! RIGHT?! Whitney's aunt reported that she entered the bathroom and pulled Whitney out of the tub and began administering CPR. Whitney was supposedly discovered in tub at around 3:30pm by whomever and they claim to have given her CPR for awhile attempting to revive her. And then the paramedics claim they attempted CPR on her for 20 minutes and was pronounced dead at 3:55pm. How could whomever find her, pull her out, attempt CPR, then panic and call hotel security for help all within 5 minutes? oh yeah and then put her back in the tub of water. Oh and who the heck calls the hotel security when someone you know has died or is dying? I would be dialing 911 emergency for immediate help!!! I get the feeling that someone is being protected.

Beverly Hills police Lt. Mark Rosen told a news conference with a slight 20 minutes of fame grin on his face I might add, "Further details of Houston's death are not being released to preserve the integrity of the investigation. As of right now, it's not a criminal investigation. We have concluded our portion of the investigation at the hotel." Integrity of the investigation? WHAT INTEGRITY? WHAT INVESTIGATION?!

UPDATE 1:19pm PST: Another thing that doesn't sit well with me is whether Whitney was removed from the bathtub either by the paramedics or whomever claims to have initially found her WHY do pictures taken in the bathroom where Whitney's body was found show that everything on the tub and around the tub were STILL NEATLY PLACED? Think about it, if she was pulled out of a tub filled with water, wouldn't there be a wet mess as her 5ft 8in long body was frantically pulled out and placed on the flat ground to be given CPR?

Now let us consider some key facts that where briefly shared via some media outlets and then all but forgotten because the cause of Whitney Houston's death was fixated on drug overdose.

Key fact #1: Music industry executives staying in the room just above Houston says she heard two loud booms and a man's voice around 20 minutes before Houston was pronounced dead. [source: CNN transcript]

Key fact #2: Whitney's mother, Cissy Houston, spoke with her daughter 25-30 minutes before she died and nothing seemed unusual ... sources tell TMZ. We're told they talked about attending the Clive Davis pre-Grammy party. [source: TMZ]

Key fact #3: Dionne Warwick, Whitney's cousin, called as well ... several hours before Whitney died ... to make sure they were sitting at the same table at Clive's party. And again ... there were no signs of trouble. [source: TMZ]

Key fact #4: TMZ has obtained photos of the room where Whitney died, showing remnants of her final meal. We're told she ordered a hamburger, fries, a turkey sandwich and jalapenos. The picture also shows a Heineken can and an empty champagne glass. Sources say the glass had been filled with champagne. [source: TMZ]

Key fact #5: Whitney Houston's family was told by L.A. County Coroner officials ... the singer did not die from drowning. We're told Coroner's officials informed the family there was not enough water in Whitney's lungs to lead to the conclusion that she drowned.

Our sources say the family was told Whitney may well have died before her head became submerged.

And family sources tell us ... it was actually Whitney's aunt, Mary Jones, who discovered Whitney's body in the bathtub. Mary had laid out Whitney's dress for the evening on the bed and then left for about a half hour. When Whitney didn't come out of the bathroom, Mary entered, pulled Whitney out of the tub and began administering CPR. [source: TMZ]

Key fact #6: Whitney Houston was under water and apparently unconscious when she was found in a Beverly Hills hotel bathtub, police said Monday, as the singer's family prepared to send her body to her native New Jersey for a funeral.

The singer was found Saturday by a member of her personal staff at approximately 3:30 p.m. She was pulled from the tub by members of her staff, and hotel security was promptly notified, Beverly Hills police Lt. Mark Rosen said.

Further details of Houston's death are not being released to preserve the integrity of the investigation, he said.

"As of right now, it's not a criminal investigation," Rosen told a news conference. "We have concluded our portion of the investigation at the hotel."

Rosen said it was a coroner's case and police were awaiting the determination of the cause of death. The coroner's office says toxicology testing is continuing.

There were no indications of foul play and no obvious signs of trauma on Houston's body, but officials were not ruling out any causes of death until they have toxicology results, which will likely take weeks to obtain. [source: Yahoo news]

Key fact #7: On Saturday, paramedics found a lifeless Houston inside her hotel room bathtub at the Beverly Hilton hotel. TMZ reported that Houston's aides found her in the bathtub with her face underwater and attempted CPR before calling hotel security. Officials were also unable to revive her. Beverly Hills police Lt. Mark Rosen said Houston was pronounced dead at 3:55 p.m. [source: Yahoo news/GMA]

Key fact #8: Bishop T.D. Jakes, a Texas minister and producer on Houston's final film project, said he saw no signs she was having any substance issues. He said Houston was a complete professional and moved the cast and crew to tears two months ago when she sang the gospel hymn Her Eyes on the Sparrow for a scene shot in Detroit.

"There was no evidence in working with her on Sparkle that there was any struggle in her life," Jakes said Sunday. "She just left a deep impression on everybody." [source: The Star Press]

UPDATED at 4:17am PST: I also want to add that Bobby Brown should not be allowed any where near her funeral nor should he be allowed any where near her daughter. Whitney Houston found the courage to finally sever her god awful relationship with Bobby Brown in 2006 when she inititally filed for a divorce. The divorce was made official in 2007. She obviously wanted to separate herself from his negative drug influence and domestic violence that she endured for 15 years. Whitney Houston had good reason to keep her daughter Bobbi Kristina away from her ex-husband Bobby Brown for the past 3 years. So why would any of you think Whitney would want Bobby Brown at her funeral to pay her "respect" when he NEVER RESPECTED HER or any where near her daughter knowing he smells the huge Whitney Houston estate she will be inheriting from her mother? Stop "feeling sorry" for him. He's never given a damn about anyone other than himself. Afterall, the Bravo show was called “Being Bobby Brown" that publicly displayed Whitney Houston's private life and personal struggles for all of the world to see.
