There is a message going viral on Facebook asking us to change our Facebook profile picture to our favorite cartoon character from our childhood and to invite our friends to do the same. Until Monday, December 6, there should be no human faces on Facebook, but an invasion of memories. This is for a campaign against violence on children. Please help to spread the word to your Facebook friends and show your support! ♥
I have many favorite cartoon characters, but I chose Popeye the Sailor man because he was my childhood hero and role model! This is how my mom got me to eat SPINACH when I was a little one... LOL!!! ;) I still LOVE spinach today. Popeye's cartoons are most entertaining. PLUS, they offer great inspiration on how to deal with bullies and many other kinds of predicaments.
