Federal, State And Local Government Over-Taxation And Excessive WASTE, FRAUD And CORRUPTION!

I'd like to share a Facebook exchange I had with fb friends after I posted this picture on my profile. It ends with some hard cold truth that all of us need to digest and get real about.

Josette (me): Hahahahahaha! Touchรฉ

Ken: well,, i dont know about that... lol

Monika: haaaaaaaaaaaaaaa oldie but goodie!

Josette: ‎@Ken, lol they figuratively like to have us bend over and take it like a "good" citizen should. We must acquiesce. Well, I'm tired of being violated by our govt at all levels. They work for us and not the other way around. They are not our pimps and we are not their prostititutes. We are the TAXPAYING BOSS hiring them to represent us.

Nadia: but she looks so happy... it spoils the sense of the action!

Josette: @Nadia, She's being facetious. Meaning: Treating serious issues with deliberately inappropriate humor; flippant.

J. Duncan: I love this. There's a FB Group by the same name.

Jeff: Ummmm....I'm with the government, and I'm here to help you. (What else do you want me to say?) LOL

Josette: @Jeff, lol or "I'm here to help you, said the inquisitor."

Pat: Ha leave if u dont like it here.

Josette: ‎@Pat, NO because it is NOT supposed to be that way. We've been asleep at the wheel, complacent, too busy to do anything about the constant violations they have been commiting on the American people!

Josette: @Pat, just take a good hard look at what was unearthed in the City of Bell. The city manager was paying himself $800,000 per year. The rest of the city employees were also voting themselves absurb salaries! THAT'S OUTRIGHT THEFT and unethical in the highest! If it wasn't for a Bell resident inquiring about their salaries and how their tax money was being spent, these a-holes would not be in jail today! She rallied the entire community to revolt and kick ALL OF THEM OUT!

Ira: That whole "City of Bell Gardens" thing IS what's wrong with government these days!

Nadia: I am sorry, Josy, I know you and majority of your friends hardly will understand.. but politic for me is not serious matter... :) i live in world with other priorites.

Josette: @Nadia, you're not alone. There are billions of other people around the world that feel like you. That's what I'm hoping to change. Or else "the power's that be" will continue to take advantage of all of us. We have to care. We have to want to get more involved. It's for our own good. Or else overtime you won't have the pleasure of managing your personal priorities.

Josette: @Nadia, you can start by including political news in your weekly priorities. Then as it starts to become more comfortable for you, you can get daily updates. Another thing you can do is find out what your rights are in your country. I can't stress how important this is because if you don't know what your rights are, how will you be able to defend yourself? What governments of the world fear most are INFORMED CITIZENS.

Nadia: ok, CARE! ;)
