Whoopi, I get where you are coming wanting to prevent Americans from using a broad brush and painting an entire group in a negative light. However, while it is true that not all Muslims are terrorist, it is a fact that all terrorist around the globe are bred out of Muslim factions, Islamic militia. It can't get any clearer than that Whoopi. You are choosing to remain super duper general about those who are intent on killing Americans. Well, all I have to say is when referring to the gangs across America, they are not just referred to as gangs. Each gang has a name and when they commit heinous crimes in certain communities, they are usually named. A reference to the specific gang is made and a description of the murderers is given, it's NOT generalized.
Oh and even if what you believe about 9/11 is true, think about all of those who have been caught since then. Were they made up? The Fort Hood shooting spree by Major Nidal Malik Hasan, the Christmas underwear bomber Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab, the New York Times Square bomber Faisal Shahzad. These are just few I've mentioned. There are tons more that have been caught. The common thread for all of them is that they are bred out of Muslim factions, Islamic militiamen.

Stockholm - Two Somali-born men were Friday charged in a Swedish court on suspicion of planning a terror attack.
The two, aged 22 and 26, are Swedish nationals. Both were linked to the RADICAL ISLAMIC al-Shabab MILITIA, the prosecutor said.
Prosecutor Agnetha Hilding Qvarnstrom told Swedish radio news that the suspects had planned a suicide attack, but said it was not clear when or where it would take place.
The prosecutor said the plans were at an early stage, and evidence included wiretapped telephone conversations.
The pending trial was to be held at the district court in the west coast city of Gothenburg, where the younger man was arrested in May. The older man was arrested in June in a Stockholm suburb.
Al-Shabab has claimed responsibility for twin suicide blasts in Uganda in July where over 70 people were killed, among other incidents.
