I'm posting the BP actual news conference after President Obama met with the BP Chairman this morning so that you can HEAR IT for yourself. The meeting President Obama held with the BP Chairman this morning LASTED a mere 30 minutes! He waited almost 2 months to request a meeting with BP. Now I want you to ask yourselves how serious you think a 30 minute meeting could be minus the cordial greetings, small talk and farewell? President Obama's beer summit lasted longer than that. The BP Chairman makes the statement @4:55 minutes into video. He cares about the SMALL PEOPLE and we care about the SMALL PEOPLE.
The Chairman of BP told the reporters that he understands that President Obama cares about the SMALL PEOPLE. He wants us to know that he too cares about the SMALL PEOPLE. The Chairman of BP deliberately used those exact words because he wants the public to know that President Obama USED those exact words in the private meeting with him.
Tsk Tsk Mr. President. The proper and correct way to describe the people in the Gulf is the American public affected by the ecological disaster. Like the child in the Hans Christian Anderson tale called out, "But the Empereror has no clothes!"
SMALL PEOPLE = Peasants!!!
And for those of you saying, "hey I'm a peasant." NO you are NOT a peasant. That term is USED when a King or Queen are RULERS. The USA is NOT a monarchy! The President of the United States is voted in by the people and a servant of the people and is CONSTRAINED by the Constitution of the United States! in order to PROTECT the people from TYRANNY! NONE OF US are President Obama's SUBJECTS!
The Weekly Standard included the following in an article written today.
As Daniel Foster notes at NRO:
There’s an added layer of irony here as well. As Planet Gore contributor Chris Horner rehearses at length in his book Power Grab, the prime architect of the cap-and-trade idea was — you guessed it — former BP CEO Lord John Browne. So there is a special kind of cognitive dissonance going on in the juxtaposition of BP bullying and carbon tax cheerleading.

Hi,
Thanks for sharing the link - but unfortunately it seems to be not working? Does anybody here at www.globalawareness101.org have a mirror or another source?
Thanks,
Oliver
Hi Oliver, thanks for bringing this to my attention. It appears that the youtube user who posted the clip of the news conference was removed altogether. Someone at the top doesn't want people to see or hear these words spoken from the horses mouth. That sucks!
I'm sure if you do a search for BP chairman and Obama for that date you may find something written about the event. Sorry about that.
