Move over, Rover ... the world has a new top dog.
Meet giant George, 43 inches from paw to shoulder and 7 feet, 3 inches from head to tail. The Great Dane has been crowned both the world's tallest living dog and tallest dog ever by Guinness World Records.
George's 3-foot-7 height is in line with the average 7-year-old human -- but at 245 pounds, he's heavier than most adults.
And his owners say he acts like one, too.
Forget the doggy pillow. George sleeps alone in a queen-sized bed in the Tucson, Ariz., home of his owner, David Nasser. George also sits in a chair like a human and chomps through 110 pounds of dog chow every month.
He's also got more than 26,000 fans on Facebook -- enough to make most humans howl with envy -- and his own Web site.
