I am overwhelmed by emotions at the global humanitarian response to Haiti. It is such a beautiful thing to witness neighbors (countries) caring for neighbors (countries), the profound kindness of others, and much LOVE. This song has been playing in my spirit the last couple of days. How very à propos!
Like I've said many times before, Walt Disney had it RIGHT... It is a SMALL WORLD after all.
For those of you who are unable to contribute money because times are tough, that's okay. You can still keep the people of Haiti in your hearts and minds and send them your love spiritually. Simply ask God to cover them, give them strength, keep them safe and ask for a speedy recovery. Your heartfelt prayers are worth more than a pound of gold. So with that said, let us all keep Haiti in our collective prayers and also be grateful for what we have.
