This is the actual promotional video that was made in 1948 to launch the Tucker autmobile. I have so much respect for this man. He had vision, creativity and much courage. Just imagine if you will for just one moment imagine if this car had been allowed to be massed produced back in 1948. Tucker was not ahead of his time as many would like to say. He was his time. However, he was prevented from sharing his innovations with America and the rest of the world. Can you imagine if he was able to create a beautiful stylish car with loads of safety features that drove with 20 miles per gallon in 1948 what we would have today?! I want you to stop and think about that for a moment. The Big 3 was afraid of competition and did not like Tucker raising the automobile standards to a MUCH HIGHER LEVEL that would cost them dearly in terms of their profits. The Big 3 were in the pockets of every politician and the media. It's much like a mafia ring. Correction, IT IS A MAFIA RING!
