If it's not a fricken TAX, why does the IRS need to be NOTIFIED of our health care coverage!!?!?!?!? Do you realize and this is no joke, if you do NOT have any health care coverage the IRS will penalize you! Therefore, If you are unable or refuse to pay this IRS penalty that will also include interest and late fees of course, you can face a prison term in the same way that you would if you were a tax evader! Isn't it ENOUGH that you must REPORT ALL of your annual earnings to the IRS but NOW we must report our health care coverage to the IRS?!?!?! The key words you NEED to pay attention to are MANDATED and REQUIRED. These two words mean FORCED! Yes, if this damn bill passes every U.S. citizen will be FORCED to have health care insurance coverage! You don't have a say in the matter. How is that FREEDOM of choice? Therefore, if you want to fly by the seat of your pants and spend your hard earned money on other expenses you can't. Our government wants the POWER to charge you a penalty (TAX) for being "irresponsible". WOW! Since when have you been much obliged to welcoming a NANNY STATE? Is that seriously what you want for your children? or future generations?

Medicaid reform to help the 10% of the American population that is the root cause of the health care debate! Medicare reform to improve the quality of care our seniors receive and tackle the MASSIVE FRAUD committed against our government. BILLIONS of taxpayer dollars per year are LOST in medicaid and medicare FRAUDULENT CLAIMS!
