Les Miserables - I Dreamed A Dream

I am posting this video for you so that you can hear how beautifully the performer from the Les Miserables musical sings this song. I was unable to post the video of Susan Boyle performing in front of three judges at Britains Got Talent. Embedding has been disabled by request, copyright issues.

I have one word to describe Susan Boyle and that word is REMARKABLE! I too welled up with tears of joy watching this 47 year old woman who is currently unemployed, has never been married and admitted to never being kissed, walk on that stage confidently with such a GREAT sense of humor and DECIDED it was time to reveal her GIFT to the WORLD! WOW! She serves as an example for all of us to follow. Step out in faith, have COURAGE and be true to yourself. Pursue your dream no matter how crazy it feels or sounds to you or anyone else for that matter. Make it happen. What have you got to lose? Fear of the unknown. And it's NEVER too late to take a chance on your dream as Susan Boyle proves! For she has NOW made her DREAM COME TRUE! Bravo Susan Boyle Bravo!!!

Please click HERE to watch and hear how beautifully Susan Boyle performs the song, "I Dreamed A Dream" from Les Miserables. I think she may soon be getting lot's of calls for employment on STAGE! Perhaps even lot's of calls from potential suitors. Enjoy! ;)

I Dreamed A Dream ~ Les Miserables

I dreamed a dream in time gone by
When hope was high,
And life worth living
I dreamed that love would never die
I dreamed that God would be forgiving.

Then I was young and unafraid
When dreams were made and used,
And wasted
There was no ransom to be paid
No song unsung,
No wine untasted.

But the tigers come at night
With their voices soft as thunder
As they tear your hopes apart
As they turn your dreams to shame.

And still I dream he'll come to me
And we will live our lives together
But there are dreams that cannot be
And there are storms
We cannot weather...

I had a dream my life would be
So different from this hell I'm living
So different now from what it seems
Now life has killed
The dream I dreamed.
