I just got through watching this 10 minute video of Pastor Louis Farrakhan talking to his disciples. It's sad to see the African American community and other communities that are held captive by this kind of hateful ideology. These are oppressive words he speaks to his own kind. He is not liberating them, he is keeping them in a constant state of bondage. He is doing more damage than good. He reflects prejudice in his words, plain and simple. These kinds of pastors keep perpetuating a constant state of VICTOMHOOD within their communities. Racism and hate are taught.
It's sad that this guy is disguised as a pastor of God. He is not empowering his sheep, he is serving to cripple them. Farrakhan is sending these people out into the world fearing and hating white people. These are the worst kind who use the pulpit for their own personal agenda.... CONTROL of the masses. Just because Farrakhan chooses to be STUCK in the past, doesn't make it right to force new generations to keep reliving it. Now that is evil.
They should instead focus on African American achievements and encouraging their followers to prove everybody wrong. Tell them to be a shining example of determination, hard work and success. Tell them they have every power at their disposal to become VICTORS and NOT victims of society. Use African Americans as examples who have broken through any barrier's and overcame any discrimination set before them. There are hundreds of thousands of African American Doctors, Scientists, Lawyers, Teachers, Politicians, Writers, Journalists, Business Owners, CEO's, Producers, Directors, Actors, Musicians of every genre, Opera Singers, Ice Skaters, Ballet Dancers, etc that can be used as role models.
Thank God Venus and Serena Williams did not let the stigma that tennis was a white person's sport stop them both from winning numerous national and international tennis medals. The moment they step foot on the competitive court with the confidence instilled in them, they both took tennis to a whole new level.
Just because someone was born and raised in the ghetto doesn't mean they are the ghetto. There should be no shame of where they came from, only they should be taught that they can rise above to much greater heights! Ghetto's have existed since the beginning of mankind and every country has them. We should teach every child that they can achieve anything they want to become. I believe the saddest thing you can do to a child is to impose limitations on them. Every child should be strengthened and empowered from within. Every child wants someone to believe in them. Nevertheless, we should teach them that they must first believe in themselves above all else. There will always be critics and people who will not want to see them succeed. Because when the child does succeed, they expose those around them who have not. Misery loves company!
Now I too am not white. I am a host of many nations. I like to say that I am the world. In fact, every child I meet I make sure to say to them 'you are the world'. I was never raised to have a minority mindset. Therefore, I never saw myself as a minority. I was taught to love, value and respect myself first and foremost. The key here is I had self-worth. That is the most important thing that needs to be instilled in EVERY child.
Sure, I have come across my share of ignorant people. But that was there problem to deal with and not mine. I never made it my burden to live with. What was astonishing to me was that I encountered more discrimination when I began clubbing and meeting people from many different urban areas. I would get stupid questions like, "Why do you act like you're white?" My response was, "Do you mean only white people can speak proper english and be educated?" Another stupid question after they found out I was a college graduate was "So you think you're smart don't you?" My response was always, "That was the point in getting an education."
I'd like to share the following opinion made by a SodaHead pal who happens to be African American: a lot of BLACK people stereotype each other more than anyone. I am not speaking for all black people of course, but I know where I come from, you are a sell out if you are Black and speak correct English, aren't "urban" or "ghetto" and aren't giving away what you make (if you become successful). A lot of black people feel that we owe each other everything. That's why people stereo type us as being crabs in a barrel.

Thank you for showing the video of Minister Farrakhan as it aids him, as the Servant of God, to "hurl truth at falsehood until it (truth) knocks out its (falsehood) brains.
Well if you honestly believe with all your heart that this man is actually a Servant of God, then you are BLINDLY mistaken.
This man will have God to answer to in the end. It's just sad that he has intentionally led his sheeple astray.
Who have you saved from a whorish ameriKKian lifestyle? Has this Man done any good in your eyesight? Love Him or hate Him He is a "Redeemer of Lost Souls", If he were around Two Thousands years ago you would refer to him as a disciple of Christ, or you probably would be doing to Jesus what you are attempting to do to this Man.

If you dislike our country so much why the heck do you still live here? You have the FREEDOM to leave and find happiness elsewhere. No one, NOT one person is holding you back!
and Louis Farrakhan is NO DISCIPLE of Jesus Christ! He is a FRAUD and a HYPOCRITE. He does not teach God's WORD! His HEART is filled with DARKNESS and NOT LIGHT!
