Mission Accomplished? Not so fast Barack Obama!

Wow! It's amazing to me to find out that Barack Obama is ALREADY preparing to declare victory tomorrow May 20th. He and the media have been pushing for this the past several months. Here in the Los Angeles Times when Hillary Clinton WON W. Virginia and BEAT Barack Obama by a 41% HUMONGOUS margin, the Los Angeles Times put her story back in like page 14. How obvious is that! That should have been front page news! That is why I and many many others I know cancelled our subscription to the Los Angeles Times.

I wouldn't be declaring victory so soon Barack Obama. Your actions are not only being viewed by ALL of Americans but by the WORLD. We have five states remaining and these voters are quite anxious to have ALL of their VOICES heard and COUNTED in this primary election. This does NOT even include the voters in Florida and Michigan who have been TOLD THEY don't COUNT! What I really want to know is what is the RUSH for you to declare victory? You have not reached the finish line? ALL 50 states have NOT been counted.

Are you running out of steam? Is the traveling getting hard on you? If you ARE ALREADY getting tired Barack Obama than that ONLY PROVES how UNFIT YOU ARE TO BECOME THE NEXT PRESIDENT of OUR United States of America! Your ARROGANCE will become your downfall and YOU are ONLY to blame. We have already had and experienced an arrogant President in the White House for the past 7 1/2 years. We do NOT need you to REPLACE him.

Re: Mission Accomplished? Not so fast.

Senator Obama’s plan to declare himself the Democratic nominee tomorrow night in Iowa is a slap in the face to the millions of voters in the remaining primary states and to Senator Clinton’s 17 million supporters.

There is no scenario under the rules of the Democratic National Committee by which Senator Obama will be able to claim the nomination tomorrow night. He will not have 2210 delegates, the number needed with Florida and Michigan included in the process, nor will he have 2025 delegates, the number needed to secure the nomination without Florida and Michigan.

Premature victory laps and false declarations of victory are unwarranted. Declaring mission accomplished does not make it so.

While Senator Obama inaccurately declares himself the nominee, Senator Clinton will continue to work hard, campaigning for every vote in the upcoming states and making the case that she will be the best nominee to take on John McCain and be our next President.
