'Call of Life' Facing the Mass Extinction Trailer

This is a 9 minute video trailer of the documentary titled, "Call of Life". Please take a moment to watch this video clip and then watch the entire documentary when it is released. Visit Species Alliance for more information. Thank you! Knowledge is power. The human race gets so caught up in petty issues that only serve as a distraction to the BIGGER picture, OUR future survival! How long will we continue to ignore this issue that NEEDS to be addressed for all of our sake. This has nothing to do with religion or politics! This has to do with LIFE...

Simply put the Earth is in trouble BIG trouble.

We are over fishing our oceans and depleting fish stocks to dangerously low levels. We are guilty of releasing toxins, emissions and pollution that is entering and chocking the atmosphere. This in turn is making the hole in the ozone layer grow bigger and is causing more harmful sunrays to penetrate that will grow to unhealthy levels. Ergo, we are witnessing the warming of the oceans, north and south pole ice melting, and animal environments being threatened. Plus, the rainforest has been bulldozed down to create grazing land for cattle and commercial development. Thus, destroying natural environmental structure and animal habitats. Because of this animal species are going extinct, and so will WE if the human race doesn't do anything to reverse this fate we have created for ourselves!

These problems are caused by humans and humans only! It's a scary prospect, it really is. It will only serve to get worse if the human race continues to take an apathetic attitude towards the planet and everything in it. We only have one planet and we need it to ultimately survive!

We are dependent on the earth's bio-diversity for survival and without it we're in BIG trouble.

Hi Princess, have you seen the pictures taken of the ongoing "scientific" whale hunt by the Japanese in the Antarctic Ocean?

in the free newspaper they hand out on the Seattle morning ferries, I saw a picture of a dead mother Minke Whale and her dead calf, tied to the back of the whaling ship.

Try looking this one up on the Internet, if you have the time. These pix may help bring about the 'tipping point' in which the world finally says, "enough is enough," and makes Japan quit this terrible practice.

Thank you Mammoth for this information. I found a video posted today and I could not stop crying. This is soooo horrific!

There are several petitions I have already signed at the World Against Whaling website. I urge you and all my other readers to please do the same.

Together WE can make a difference. Thank you!
