Business and Corporate Ethics Complementary or Complacency?

These videos were taken at a symposium held on November 10, 2006 at the European Parliament in Brussels. Each segment is 10 minutes long with part 1 at the bottom and part 3 at top. This is a subject that is very important to me. You see I was raised with Capitalist ideals that also included respect for humanity and nature. A win-win solution. I like to consider myself a Capitalist with a HEART. However, there is no party/category for this type of person. So, I leaned toward the Democratic party in my early years. This Symposium addresses the win-win solution and what is needed and required to attain this level of Global EFFICIENCY instead of waste!

"The International Business and Leadership Symposium on "Corporate Culture & Spirituality" (CCS) is an initiative of the International Association for Human Values (IAHV). This symposium will provide an opportunity for business and spiritual leaders to share insights and experiences on leadership styles of the future that are both sustainable and profitable for businesses. In particular, it aims to provide a platform for leading minds to share their experiences and expertise on the value of an ethics based approach in dealing with today's challenges in the global market." Taken from the description on YouTube.

I have already spent almost an hour on your blog. Of course, its been a week since I've logged on. So I have much to catch up with.

This conference was very interesting to listen to everybody's point of view from around the world. Now I'm babbling lol.

Have a great weekend!
