To all of my wonderful readers, BALANCE is essential. When things get to be a bit much for me, I listen to my favorite music, watch my favorite cartoons, play my favorite video games, watch comedy shows, read jokes/humor, and watch my favorite feel good movies to stay centered. :) and yes, I meditate too. Oh, and sometimes when the world news gets too crazy out there for me, I'll take a brisk walk to get the yuckiness of this world out of my system. Garbage in and garbage out. You need to find your outlet to cleanse you and/or an outlet to release it. To give you a visual, it's kind of like walking in the eye of the storm. I use those outlets when I feel like I'm getting pulled into the chaos (storm) of this world emotionally, and even spiritually. In this way, I am able to remain the observer, and able to continue participating without it penetrating my spirit. I don't lose any sleep over this world's never-ending madness, and neither should you. It exist with us, and without us. So why let it steal your joy, your peace or your sleep? Let the chaos go. Tend to your needs first, fill your cup, and then revisit the world with fresh eyes.
However, I would like to point out that it's not healthy for humanity as a whole to pretend the madness and chaos doesn't exist. Ignoring the problem, living in denial only makes it worse for you and your local community. Because what you are not paying attention to now, can have a negative impact on your life, and your community later on. But by that time what could have been nipped in the bud at the onset, has now become a gigantic monster of a problem. For example, wouldn't you want to know if there was a thief, or a serial rapist, or a serial murderer prowling your neighborhood? I sure hope you would. How else would you know that you need to be vigilant, and avoid becoming this evil person's victim. Yes, I said evil person. Evil does exist. If you are one of those person's who does not like to use the word evil, or is "offended" by the word evil, then by all means use whatever the heck word you want when referring to people who deliberately harm another person or damage other people's property for their own pleasure. A person is evil, malevolent, rotten when they do not respect other people's right to privacy and do not respect other people's right to private property and personal space.
Remember everyday is a brand NEW day, a fresh start to makes things right in our life and for this world. Darkness cannot exist where there is LIGHT! Let's keep shining together. LOVE YOU! ♥

Headscratcher for evil:So, it is good to be aware of the yuckiness in your neighborhood, and the rest of the world. I stay tuned in to the world, then keep people informed of what is happening and I shine the light on it. So observe the news, stay tuned in to what is going on around you. Just remember to always take a much needed break from it regularly hopefully doing whatever it is that put's a great BIG SMILE on your face. :)
