It's so hard to have faith in humanity because of pond scum sucking human beings like Janet Arvizo who use people and then try to scam them! I know in my heart not everyone is like this EVIL WOMAN! I know in my HEART there are KIND people in this world. But just put yourself in Michael Jackson's shoes for a moment and imagine the betrayal you would feel after spoiling this family, taking them into your home and helping them take their mind off of her son's cancer problems. Janet Arvizo is a PARASITE! With a history of FRAUD. May Janet and Gavin Arvizo's souls ROT IN HELL for ALL of eternity! For God's law is written, "You must not testify falsely against your neighbor" (Exodus 20:16)I MUST mention the Santa Barbara County Sheriff's department to my dismay. I love Santa Barbara. In fact, I will be having brunch later today in Solvang. I also skydive out of the Lompoc airport. Nevertheless, the way in which the Santa Barbara County Sheriff's department handled the two cases against Michael Jackson is appalling! Since when does any Sheriff or Police department send 70 deputies yes you read that right 70 DEPUTIES to raid a home on child molestation charges? they even drilled yes drilled every safe or locked cabinet found in the home. Janet Arvizo approached Larry Feldman, the attorney who represented Jordie Chandler (first accuser) in 1993. This made some believe she was intent on getting money because she went to an attorney before the police – it was also the same attorney who helped get an out-of-court settlement for Jordie Chandler for a reported $20 million. Larry Feldman then sent the family to psychologist Dr. Katz, which was also the same psychologist that assisted the first accusers family to uncover whether there might have been sexual abuse. Dr. Katz later stated that in her opinion Jackson was not a pedophile but a regressed 10 year old. Larry Feldman and Dr. Katz were later focused on by the defense, stating that the mother (Janet) went to the same people that triggered the first investigation on Michael Jackson back in 1993. Obviously some type of research of the Chandler case must have occurred. On June 13, 2005, the jury found Jackson NOT GUILTY on all charges

Janet Arvizo, the welfare mom who instigated the mother of all child molestation trials, pled no contest to a welfare fraud charge in Los Angeles today. She will not have to appear in court for sentencing next April if she completes 150 hours of community service and pays $8,600 in restitution. During Jackson's trial, Arvizo invoked the Fifth regarding welfare fraud.
The mother of Michael Jackson's 2004 accuser is no longer a felon.
TMZ was in court as Janet Arvizo (whose married name is now ironically Janet Jackson) told a judge -- through her attorney -- that she successfully completed her community service in connection with a no contest plea to felony welfare fraud.
During cross-examination in the 2005 molestation trial, Arvizo admitted she had failed to disclose income that would have disqualified her from receiving $8,606.98 in welfare benefits.
Arvizo is charged with fraudulently obtaining roughly $8,000 in welfare payments by allegedly lying about her financial situation. She invoked her Fifth Amendment right under oath during the Jackson trial when asked about why she took welfare when she had more than $30,000 in her bank account.
After the judge was satisfied that Arvizo complied by paying the fine and doing the community service time, she reduced the felony to a misdemeanor.
